I hesitate to review this park because I dont want it overrun with destructive kids and other bad things. This is a beautiful park. This park is for people who want to get away from it all. This is not the loud weekend BBQ park. This park will help you forget that you live in Yakima if only for a little while.

Very nice and peaceful to walk around hardly anyone around

I love this park its beautiful and in a quite area it has a building that does fun projects when it is open. I love the trees on the field when I was a kid I would climb them now I like to come here and read books.

Great park usually quiet and peaceful. Only possible downsides are it doesnt have toys or a bathroom but those may be hood things to cause it keeps it quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful. Take the time to walk through the labyrinth. Just avoid stepping on the grass and alerting the minotaur of your presence.

Gilbert park is a great park to walk your dog read a book or just relax in the shade. There is not a playground for children its a quiet park.

As parks go, this is fairly basic: Grassy lawn interspersed with mature trees and bushes and a few picnic tables. On the western edge is a moderate parking lot, a few sculptures and a labyrinth. The park is used mostly by dog-walkers, walkers, and picnickers. As the land slopes down from the east and west edges towards the middle, it is not usable for most sports.

Love this park really nice

With several picknick tables and trees for shade this park is great to bring a lunch and enjoy simply being out of doors. The big hill has enough slope for sledding in the winter time and there are 1 pokestop and 1 gym for PoGo.
