My five year old son and I went in October, so the splash pad was closed for the season. He enjoyed playing on the playground equipment and in the Kiddie City with a six year old friend of his. It was quiet when we were there. There are picnic tables under a pavilion where I could watch the kids play on the playground and the Kiddie City. I would definitely go again.

Due to covid they are only allowing 25 people at a time so you may have to wait to get in. Also, no chairs for adults, however there are 4-5 picnic tables. Water fountain for drinking is shut off and obviously no concessions,so pack a very small cooler for drinks to stay hydrated. They are asking that you limit your stay to a maximum of 2 hours so others can enjoy the spray park as well.

My bf family reunion was here. Nice to have a covered place to gather and eat. I heard the water park cost $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for kids. Cute & colorful place to cool off and let kids play, but I think the price is about $2.00 or $3.00 to high per age group. Theres no pool, no concessions and the bathrooms - to me are horrible. As I was heading to the bathroom someone said + get ready to feel like youre in jail. What!! Well, they were right. Rest stop bathrooms are Way better. A stainless steel or some metal toilet without a seat, same kind of sink - hand dryer, no paper towels. Just cold & primitive looking. UGH Also, there was a couple of people that wanted to let there kids play in the water, but couldnt b/c they were cash only and they had a debit card. Actually I didnt see the front of the building so maybe they did sell a couple of items but, overall for the price I wasnt impressed!!!

Brilliant! This little bit of genius is perfect for little ones. Our youngest was not old enough to enjoy long stretches at local pools, but we were able to come to the spray ground and trust that he would be safe and play for hours. It works out for kids as old as eight, but it is ideal for the younger ones. Access is available daily for a fee (if youre just visiting), or you can purchase a pool pass for unlimited access (very affordable).

Havent tried out the spray park, as we missed its seasonal closing by one week. Kiddie City is adorable though! My kids had so much fun! We brought their bikes and they were able to ride around, using their imagination, and run their own little town. I would highly recommend this place to people with younger children.

We have went twice to use the kiddie city and it was closed for no reason. When I called the girl acted like I was not able to open a simple gate. Really, should be better handled. The second time we went was after she said it should be open. It wasnt. Not impressed not were my children.

I wish I had read the reviews before considering this spot. The spray ground itself is pretty nice and was a great reprieve for my 2 year old. As others have already remarked, they (the city) charges $7 for adults who are entering the spray ground for nothing more than to accompany their small children to make sure they are playing safe and behaving. That is completely and utterly absurd.I showed up with my son today at 3:30 PM and the spray park closes at 4:30. The park is supposed to be free for kids 3 and under, but the man at the desk said Id have to pay $7 for myself. I explained that I was fully clothed and had no interest in participating--I just needed to watch over my son. I mean, cmon, hes 2 years old! He said it was city policy and couldnt do anything about it.Anyone with a small child knows that theyll have a lot of fun and enjoy themselves at a park, pool, or sprayground, but their energy and attention span is pretty much done after 30 mins to an hour. My son played for about 40 mins and decided he was done 15 mins before the park even closed at 4:30. I would rather have to pay a small amount, like $2-4, for a toddler and nothing for myself, than have to pay $7 to just sit there in the hot sun for 45 mins. Id be better off using that $$$ at the pool for both of us to enjoy ourselves. At first I wondered why there were so few people at the spray ground on such a hot, sunny day. But after understanding how things work, I can see why. I hope the city considers updating their policies--or this spray park is going to fail from all of the people theyre chasing away with their poor cost to satisfaction ratio.

We went for the first time Saturday. The water park was really nice and well priced. The park itself as far as the playground was dirty. Riff raff looking people up to no good hanging in the park, food containers laying all around with food smeared on the picnic tables, trash on the playground.I wouldnt let my kids play on the equipment itself.

It was a nice play to hang out and play and swim as a kid until Wooster got cheap and closed the pool, probably because more money comes from Freedlander pool and Christmas Run pool. Havent been back to any of the pools or parks since.

Originally I was excited to take the grandkids...until I saw the price. Considering the place is designed for young kids who NEED an adult to be with them, charging $7 for that adult seems excessive. Childrens admission is $5.

Be
Review №33

Costs too much and not enough to do. Children were bored within 15 minutes. Not worth it at all. I had to pay $5/child and $7/adult. Adults dont get in free just to watch children. thats just bad. We wont be back. Ever.
