It was a wonderful discovery for my family. The place is truly beautiful. Enter with respect. All are welcome. We prayed and also took pictures of this lovely Church. The parish church is next door. Its the new and improved Catholic Church. I went to school here as a young boy it was always so big and overbearing until one day we discovered the catwalks between the walks that led to the top of the steeple.... For three years my friends and I did this every Friday mass......I wonder if it made God mad

A beautiful, historical church, built be Polish immigrants. Worth a visit to enjoy the stained glass windows alone.

It is a beautiful bacilica with the large area for the choir. I like the structure with four pillars to hold the heavy doom, it is also beautiful.

I didnt go inside, but the structure looks beautiful from the outside :-)

Pretty exterior, but a pretty average interior by Midwest American standards this is probably 4*.

St. Stanislaus is the oldest Catholic parish in Winona. I m not a native, but I love this church. Our 3 children were baptized there. My husband has ushered for over 50 years. Its a traditional church, so if you are very moderate you might not fit. I personally like the beautiful statues..a true traditional Catholic Church.

Worth a long trip ro see the beautiful Polish Church named a basilica a few years ago. It is open at 7 a.m. each day

Beautiful church in a quiet small town on the banks of the Mississippi River. Lovely interior with gorgeous stained glass windows and a huge pipe organ loft. Exterior is difficult to photograph due to electrical wires and poles, but nice from across the street. Pretty little grotto on the side.
