Nice and peaceful. A lot of people relaxing on park benches under a trees shade. Others taking their pets on a walk. Some fishing the lake while others played on the playgrounds with their families. There were paddle boarding and kayaking going on in the lake. All around it was very tranquil to relax and enjoy Windsor Lake. I like the feeling there.

In love with this park!

My sons and I have a ton of fun here. They have water activities for just $7! Paddle board, kayak, canoe, and water trikes. Theres a specific swimming area, and then we can still walk down there pier and fish. I also love it because its only 20 minutes away from home

The lake its self was really nice, clean beach area, the fishing area was well kept. The only down fall was from the fires in the area made ut hard to breath an hard on the eyes. Overall l would be willing to return at a time when natures nicer.

Super family friendly place with a great walking trail and stores nearby.

It cost $50 annually or $10 per day for a paddle board permit. Boarding available Tues and Thurs. On weekends you can use but in conjunction with motorized boats. Lots of people, lake is just ok in my opinion. The swim beach is great for families with kids.

Fun place to chill and take the kids to have fun! Water looks and feels clean, the beach is clean and it doesnt get too busy in the morning.

These days we have a minute more than we did this last winter to write a quick review! Windsor Lake and swim beach has been a pleasure and a lot of fun for many years for our family and friends when we have been able to go there. We hope the town will thrive and be able to rebound from this stuff around us (near and beyond,) and our prayers are with the community!

Had a great time at this Windsor event. I think the night pictures turned out ok.

Wish I had known about this great park before now. It is in the town of Windsor. They have huge stage for summer concerts (I was there to see Blue Limousine, a really great blues band). They have a really nice swim beach, covered pavilions with picnic tables, bathrooms with flush toilets and sinks(just til colder weather) and lots of parking. It is a really nice big park.

Love going to the lake, very serene. You can sit. Dream, pray or just sit and talk to your loved oneYou can also walk around the lake for exercize your dog.

Love the lake!! Great place for families. Gets pretty crowded during the late afternoon and on weekends. The swim beach isnt huge, but theres usually enough room. You can buy concessions, rent peddle boats, and Kona ice is usually there.

An AWESOME day of fun. Brought a picnic lunch and only spent $5 for an aqua trike rental.

This place is so tiny. This last year the water was really gross, usually its not. But I love that they do the concert in the park every Thursday night throughout the summer. I just wish they would get more food trucks there.

Beautiful scenery. Excellent walking path clear around lake. Grounds are well kept and clean. Beach is great.

The park is huge and fun and very close to the beach area. The sand on the beach is clean and soft. There is a canopy with cement foundation next to the beach. The grass areas are huge and not muddy or patchy. The water is usually dirty and gross, lots of algae and the water smells horrible and leaves whatever touched it smelling like it until washed.

Kids love it here

Usually I really love the lake. The last time we went, the water was foamy and neon green. One of the works said it was just algae, but it looked like chemicals and didnt look inviting or safe.

Always a good time. Everyone keeps to their own. Live bands during the summer. Its a nice place to walk. boating, Pedel boats, kids can play in the water. walk a ways and I see people always fishing. fun times

Windsor lake is beautiful. We go with our family often. It is a good place to walk around, fish, and hang out. A staple in the Windsor community!

Great for cooling off after a hot day! The water is a great temperature, there is sand and a playground for kids, and you can even rent human-powered watercraft for quite reasonable prices.

We go to the park at Windsor lake often. We go to music in the park on Thursday nights during the summer an spend go there every 4th of July for a great fireworks show. The park is always clean, has large covered picknic areas and good security. I highly recommend this park on the lake.

I was very impressed with everything from an active Wi-Fi, ATM, clean facilities, clean restrooms, clean Beach head and picnic area even had water flotations that you could rent to take out on the lake. I wish our local parks and recreation would take a few pointers!

We went for the fireworks which were spectacular once the lightning and rain stopped.

Love this spot! One of the cheapest and cleanest lakes to paddle board. You can even rent them for $5 a half hour. We will definitely be back all summer.

One of the best lakes to stop and walk around, takes about 40 min and its beautiful. Stop by the local ice cream shop after too and thats a lovely afternoon.

Love this lake! The beach is nice and clean. The water is clean too (not a lot of junk floating in it). They empty the garbages frequently. There is a park right behind the beach with playground, there is a concession stand, bathrooms, you can rent paddle type boats etc. There isnt any shade on the beach so be sure and bring something or wear sunscreen.
