Cherry Park in Weatherford Texas is a very family friendly park to have much fun at indeed!! Huge thanks to the City of Weatherford Crew for keeping our beloved Park in wonderful shape!!

Kids love this park. We stop by anytime were in Weatherford.

Its clean, its visually appealing and the park is great but I dont recommend the pool. I LOVE POOLS, my daughter LIVES IN WATER and we got here at 3:21 pm just for my daughter to get told she cant swim for another 30 minutes for adult swim timeUPDATE: August 2020 the water is HOT. There were so many people you couldnt move in the pool without hitting someone.

Nice quiet park in central Weatherford. Historic homes are just around the corner, if you like a small car tour.

This will be my 2nd time renting the building. And I happy to say they have updated it. The last time I was there. The ceiling tiles were falling and just the whole place looked run down. But they have cleaned it up and it looks nice & clean. Always like renting the building because its next to the park, its bigger than what it looks, and its affordable.

It is completely remodeled. They have a kiddie splash pad and pool area for toddlers. Tons of fabric reclining loungers and shaded areas along with life guards. Inexpensive day if fun for family and friends. Safe environment with a park n playground outside if gated pool area.

Beautiful park, well cared for grass and playground equipment. But since the park is open past sunset, the lighting could really use an upgrade!

This local area for Weatherford, Texas is a nice spot with a recreational field and playgrounds as most parks would provide. However, what attracts most locals to this area is the ever improving pool area they have provided. Prices are reasonable for most people ranging approximately 3-5 dollars per person. While their hours may be short through out most days to which they are open, they do offer night swims and water aerobics to name a couple extra curricular activities as well. A place worth visiting to cool off during those heated days of the summer here in Texas

The City has done an excellent job in updating and renovating Cherry Park Pool. Our city pool can now easily rival and outdo other small town city pools and be an alluring summer place to be. It now accommodates all fitness and physical levels, zero-entry, splash station, splash pad, great deck, lap swimming, artificial grass in some areas (save precious water and keep your feet clean). New chairs and sun benches, just overall excellent! Need to update the pictures when the landscaping is completed. They need to rename it the Weatherford Oasis.

We only used the enclosed air conditioned building and went to the Beautiful pool. Lots of different areas for kids and adults to enjoy.

So much fun, but its too spread out and its hard to keep track of the kids. Theres parking on all sides of the park, so easy to snatch kids. Its not my favorite park.

Cherry park was pretty chill. They have a huge playground here and we brought our 2 6 year olds here. There were way more teenagers than there were younger kids but the teens were real nice and some of them even played with our kids!! It was real sweet. The park also has a public pool and a little book box where you can trade out books! Please drop off more kid books yall!!! All i see mostly are romance novels but weve been having ours dropping off more kid books too for a variety! All in all they had a blast here!

Th is is where I went on my first date with my first boyfriend and my last. Favorite park go to for lunch. Nice and shady. Cool pavilion. Public restrooms. And plugs are available.

$4 to get in and have a blast on a hot day. Nice neighborhood

Real clean pool and the staff was nice.

Google maps said open until 10 pm. Thats not true. Closes at 5pm.

Its a okay park not my favorite.

Not very populated and amazing equipment for children 7+. Merry Go Rounds to slides, they have a lot of fun activities for kids. I highly recommend this park for the people who want something to do.

Awsome place to take your kids and to walk

There are two playgrounds, one for ages 2-5, and the other for ages 5-12. Theres one nice sized pavilion for group get-togethers. Theres a large field to run around in. Theres a large swimming area. There is a walking trail around the property. All-in-all, its a nice place for families to spend the afternoon together.

Since this is asking me for review 7 months after Ive been, I cant remember exactly which store I went into. Im thinking I went into three. I cant tell you though that this area of shopping is definitely worth visiting. Theres plenty of places to shop and eat. And there are some good tea and food places. If you havent been out there to walk around or drive around to see whats there, you need to. Guarantee well find something that you will find a hard time not stopping to visit.

This is a nice park where people and kids of all ages can use the park. Just wish the toddler play area had a cover over it. This park has restrooms and a pool.

One of the nicer parks in weatherford. The high point is the pool during summer time. The gazebo by the pool is good for gatherings... bring a grill, cooler, etc and have a good time before heading to the pool

Very nasty bathrooms trash everywhere

My family goes to the pool at least once a week and my kids have played on the playground. Good park overall. I just wish the pool was bigger sometimes or maybe the city can build a second pool.

The Weatherford Parks department keeps this park clean and well maintained. And the shade makes for pleasant play even on a hot day.

Ive come to this park consistently since i was 13 and i am now 19, this place is so family friendly and although only one set of water fountains works, when i first moved here neither of them worked at all so i suppose we compromise lol
