There is some cool BRP history nearby!

At mile point 441.4 youll find a overlook that is dedicated to a huge rock. this is a nice overlook not only do you get a view but if you turn around and look back youll have a view of a mountain. if you getting hungry no worries this is a picnic table and trash can but there are no trails at this point on the parkway. it was early and i only took two pictures because i meet another guy and had a nice chat and forgot to take more. ooopppss sry.

There is a picnic table to eat at. And there is a little tunnel under the Standing Rock. No public restroom at this stop on the Blue Ridge Parkway. But, there is one close by.
