Good place. Nice people

Lived there most of my life. Its quiet, outside of town, not too far away from Waterloo. The owners could do more as far as cleaning and fixing up the place. Hes too busy buying cars and motorcycles to worry about the little things. Lot rent is cheaper than anything in Waterloo.

Nice place lots roads need work

Seems like a quite place but a few of the trailers need repaired. There are some that are quite nice though

The blacktop roads out there are terrible potholes all over cant even drive a car through without bottoming out
