New managment trying to get the park in order and make some well deserved changes

Seriously fix this dump up. Yall are paid good money for lot rent but the roads are HORRIFIC. Hopefully the new owners do something about this. Also kids just chase your car with bikes and run out purposefully, like where are the parents? I hope and pray that my grandchild and his mother move from here, Its just Not safe! Someone ran into her house with a car! Someone spray painted the house. Police had to be called! The tree thats on the rented lot fell and damaged a shed and theyre worried about shed removal, how about they pay for the damage its their property the tree is planted on... Smh a dump!

I live at the entrance of the Manufactured Mobile Home Park ..I have an extra large lot with plenty of room for a yard and small garden .I have been treated with courteous professionalism.Management is very personable and has worked with private situations as they came up..

Run down trailers that could be switched out to newer trailers considering there price on lot rent.

The place is a dump should be closed down.

Worst place to live the new manager isnt any better at fixing it up and allows her employees to do whatever they please cant even fix a trailer up right wet stain from animal urine and they placed brand new carpet right over it the trailer has been there two months still not done we were supposed to be in there sort 2st still not done yet. Its a joke and highly unprifessional

Trailers are in disrepair,park is not well maintained at all,streets need repaved, lighting is extremely poor and safety is an issue, manager is inexperienced and does not manage park well and is hardly there, no park for the kids to play so they are always doing things they are not suppose to, and alot of disrespectful people live there. And maintenence there is an absolute joke,. Issues are never addressed and taken care of appropriately or in a timely manner. Do not recommend living there. Not to mention they have their favorites that are allowed to break all the rules while they fine everyone else for it. Certain people can do whatever they want. They bully and harass anyone who complains. And the place is loaded with roaches, bed bugs, and fleas and they expect you to pay to get rid of them. Kinda pointless if not everyone is doing it. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED !!
