I do not dislike this place at all. In fact Im quite fond of it. Is a very wonderful friendly, and warm living community. Besides, two trailer park girls go round the outside, around the outside, around the outside. Who dont love trailer park girls?

It is your typical trailer park. You spend a ton of money on lot rent and get very little in return. You dont get sand period when its all icy. Not even at the intersections going on to independence road. So be aware of this in the winter time, its an accident waiting to happen. Management used to be decent but now its as strict as Hitler. You pay extra for road use even though the roads are poorly taken care of. If the trailer park makes a mistake they will charge you for it. Like I said a typical trailer park ran by dictators. I would recommend buying land over coming to this place. Im glad I was finally able to rip myself away from this place after the new management took over.

Stay away. The owners are constantly raising rent, they barley plow and are charging people deposits on trailers they already own. The owners are terrible greedy people who dont give a about anything but ripping people off.

My grandsons dad lives here. It is a clean, seemingly well organized & managed park. I dont know a whole lot about it otherwise.

Very run down. Not well lit. Not located in a very good neighborhood. There are train tracks within a half block of the entrance with lengthy wait time for train traffic.

Lot rent keeps increasing $10 a year and now a new charge of infrastructure $10 a month minimum lot rent here is $ 320 a month. The park management lets grass get 6 to 10 inches before mowing also winter time they make one path through roads and dont shovel visitors stalls or renters stalls . Havent painted parking lot lines to tell where to park only in front of office they paint every year why are we being charged for infrastructure? Lot rent increase they said was maintenance cost are more because needed another maintenance man they put a hiring sign out to hire new man and hired no one I know I applied for position.John are maintenance man works his butt off trying to keep up they manage to many parks for one man.The sign is up again ? ?? They are false leading tenants again??? Office manager we had one they now have three running office ???

Great place. They have really cleaned it up a lot the must have good maintenance seems like a really nice place in a good location. Woodland down the street is actually really good as well.

In the winter they dont plow very good, if at all. The place is full of infested ash trees that were suppose to be cut down a few years ago but they never got any further than spray painting a red x on them all.

Lots of old mobile homes in the park attracting some not so reputable people. There are some nice homes and friendly folks as well but driving by it doesnt look so nice.

A lot of the mobile homes are in definite need of attention. Im just guessing but there must be a lot of rentals. Management should be a little more stricter or have strong guidelines on the owners keeping up their rental properties.

Horrible place to live. They raise your rent every year for maintenance fees and yet their maintenance does nothing. Ive missed multiple days of work because they dont plow the entire street, just one section of it. Same even when they DO tend to their snow removal, the roads are never actually cleared. Dont live here if you depend on going to work to pay your bills

Eastgate Estates a grace place to live a great community and great people that work there they all do a good job especially the secretary and maintenance guys

Good location from schools, downtown, and medical clinic. But the main downfall is the trains stopping and blocking the roadways regularly and having to go all the way around them to get anywhere.

If you ever travel to Florida as family or just vacationing great place to stay with good prices and friendly people
