Came here for an outdoor wedding...Beautiful waterfront setting with a large gazebo & parking right across the street. Venue available close by (just a couple of blocks) for the Wedding Reception too! Loved it!️

The Riverwalk is a lovely place to stroll around and enjoy historical Washington mixed with waterfront scenery and wild estuarine areas. The turtles ham it up for food

The park is nice but more shade trees would really improve the park on these dog days of summer. The playground is closed related to Covid but, it was not being maintained.

A great place for families. Sit and relax on the benches and enjoy the view or take a nice stroll on the boardwalk. There is a nice playground for kids and clean public restrooms.

Its a great places to go for a walking or exercise route. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful even if you dont happen to be a fan of boating. And not far away, the downtown Washington eateries and shops.

Nice clean park that sits by the waterfront. It has a awesome view of the water. You can sit and watch the boats go by. They even have a nice small park out there for small children to play on. You are also welcome to walk your dogs out there. Its just a nice place to get away for a little while. One more thing you can also walk around the little trail the have.

Usually has live beach music or classic rock cover bands at the wine bar down the street. Very nice boats docked at the marina, they actually have a Christmas decorations contests for the yachts and other boats. All in all, its very laid back and relaxing.

Washington, NC waterfront is one of the best I have ever been to. Very beautiful place to stop for a nice walk and relax. The locals are so friendly and great to talk to! We always make it a point to go there when we pass through!

I was recently there for an outdoor wedding. It was the perfect venue for the occasion! There is a large grass lawn with a very large gazebo. The park is located right on the water which makes it very scenic. Theres also a playground for kids to play.

It helps calm your nerves down after a long stressful day

Very nice waterfront. Well lit at night. Picnic tables with bathrooms nearby. Trash cans along the path. Benches, swings, and a playground. Very good ice cream shop you can walk too. Pet friendly.

They keep it clean. Washington is about the best place around for sailors. In the inner Banks of north Carolina. I sail here from my home to get bight to eat all the time.

Awesome little waterfront park. Age 12 children and under only.

Very community friendly park. Safe location and near local downtown restaurants with good eats at good prices. Try Down on Main and Ribeyes for a nice evening meal.

City of Washington has stepped it up a notch.. Great family area for gatherings or just to walk and take in the scenery. Addition of restrooms was a huge plus.

Kewl waterfront park on the Pamlico River in Washington, NC. Bring a blanket and a chair and enjoy the sights and sounds of the riverfront and events hosted on a covered round stage. The Pamlico Arts presents live music through the warm months with a Sunday in the Park series.

My favorite place in my hometown. Love seeing its growth. Strongly support downtown rebirth.

My daughter and son-in-law had their wedding ceremony at Festival Park. It was beautiful! We loved the scenery surrounding the gazebo. We were a little worried about the parking for a large wedding but it didn’t seem to be a problem. While the wedding party took pictures we had large yard games, an ice cream stand and a photo booth for the guest to enjoy before the reception which was held at the Civic Center.
