There was a covid 19 testing site there.To register, get yr test and walk out took about 15 min.The people administering the test where helpful and professional.

Havent been inside the rec center, but the playground is pretty nice. Basketball courts for big and little, a combo basketball and enclosed soccer area with permanent goals, play areas for big kids and little ones, and a baseball field. Nice!

Great fenced-in park for kids of various ages. Dogs not welcome. Some hardware could use maintenance.

This is an awesome park for children to play me and my grandchildren made some beautiful memories here.their are many things here for the children to enjoy.

I grew up on this playground and it has done nothing but helped the kids in the community stay active in sports and learning. Soccer, T-BALL and more....

Hamilton has several sectioned off areas for different activities and age groups. The little kids have an age appropriate (and size appropriate) section and the big kids have a nice large area perfect for running, climbing, and balancing. There is a basket ball area, a small track area and even an adult fitness area. A large field is also available for soccer, baseball, or anything else one might want to play. A small building is located on the property with restrooms available. There is plentiful street parking.

Awesome neighborhood playground. Toddler playground has swings including an infant swing and special needs swing. The older kids playground has some serious climbing options and slides that are fun even for adults. Plus basketball courts, a large open field and outdoor exercise equipment for adults.

No trash pickup. Courts are a health hazard and attract vermin. Playgrounds have been completely updated. Field is awful. A neighborhood spot that needs work and attention.

Great atmosphere. The only park in the area where I havent noticed kids smoking cigarettes and weed near the kids. They really need to crack down on the smoking at other area parks

Very good collection of items for kids to play on from very young through grade school. Also some exercise stations, a huge field and basketball courts. I think this is the best part in this part of the city.

The best playground in the neighborhood. Great for little ones up through elementary with two separate play structures plus fake rocks and other fun things to climb on.

This is a great local park with two fantastic playgrounds (toddler and small child), basketball courts, a huge field, and small rec center. Shaded picnic tables and benches for the adults.

Great place to come for after school they help you with your homework they have arts and crafts available the site manager is really friendly. The park itself is very clean and very nice maintain.

Great playground for children, teens soccer matches on weekends, playdates fo rmoms at home and parents to hang out with the kids before sunset and after sunrise. Moderate self exercise area for adults.

Trash pick up on the weekends and after hour population can make the playground a less than stellar outing.

Our kids favorite playground near us, though its not the closet one to us in Petworth. Two-story tube slides, a huge playground thats fun for older kids, a separate playground for little kids, a small indoor soccer court, a large grass field and basketball courts. Has swings for toddlers and older kids alike. On a quiet residential street in a lovely neighborhood and always full of parents and other kids. Well-kept and maintained by both DPR and also the 16th street heights neighborhood association.

Two of the highest, fastest slides in DC with a little kid playground too.
