Great COVID testing site. Easy parking. No line! Good spacing between people. Way to go DC with the great testing sites!

It was Great as Always!

Me and my friends go down every Sunday to play basketball. I love this park. Peaceful, the pool helps for a good breeze, and its relatively clean for the most part.

Clean gym. Looks nice, equipment works good. Summer hours are different . It opens at 4pm due to summer camp. I wish this was on the site.

Love this pool.

Half the time that this place is supposed to be open it is actually closed. I have walked here multiple times trying to use the gym during listed open hours and it’s closed. It’s so frustrating

Pool is awesome, great lifeguards staff.

Great local recreation center. Has a real community feeling with the track, fields, and pool. Easy to find and just an overall great place to workout.

Sure has changed..... Not the Banneker Rec. I grew up playing @..... But Still got love for it.

Nice pool!! Has a separate Kidde pool with a water feature.

Well utilized pool. Lots of different levels of swimmers there. Would be nice if lifeguard staff would let unknowing swimmers who come there to swim laps which lanes are open to them and which ones are not due to the fact that there are swim lessons and swim teams and aquisize people there all at the same time.

A great local pool that only cost a dollar to get into. I advised going early on any hot day especially on the weekends.

I always enjoy coming here, theres shaded areas and the atmosphere is very amicable.

Theres a nice track and baseball field here. If you come to this track dont bring anything you dont want to run with. There are homeless people in this area and they are known to steal your stuff while youre working out. Other than that its safe. At night its lit up (most of the time). If you go at night or once its dark, I suggest to go with a buddy. If you dont have a buddy youll be okay. Ive never been hurt or had anything stolen. Ive heard stories of people getting their stuff taken and they ended up chasing down the homeless guy lol.

First day, and the mayor came to visit! Next time, I told her to grab a mojito and join us!

Played tennis there. Sometimes there is a wait, but with 8 courts, its not too bad

Swimming pool is great and the judo program is one of the best you can register your kids to practice martial art!

Big, beautiful and well maintained. Good for kids and adults. And a great pool in the summer.

The tennis courts are terrible. Lots of cracks throughout the courts, some even have grass growing in them. And the lights are poor as well, several bulbs are out. In fact Ive never seen all the lights there working.

Cool public pool that is very big. Lots of space, people from all ages and likes throughout the district, and staff is nice.

Large park with plenty of facilities, including pool and numerous tennis courts. Can get a bit crowded and doesnt have the newest and best maintained equipment, but is still a great spot, especially with the usual high demand for tennis courts elsewhere in the neighborhood.

A public recreation place that has it all! A ballfield, a track, and a pool.

Many tennis courts in good condition . Good lighting . As a result you often have to wait after 6p.

Went to the pool with the kids and they had a ball.

I had a barbeque there with my best friend

If only there was more shade!
