Very nice looking park. A little pricey rent though.

We moved here(thinking temporary) 6 years ago and love it. Neighbors are great, there when you need them but never “in your business”The management and maintenance team is excellent ! I recommend.

Management is very rude and unprofessional.

This is the nicest mobile park for 55+ seniors. It has a park like setting filled with wild life like ducks and geese and occasionally a kit fox. There are several ponds in this park so you really feel like you are in a nearby neighborhood . Too many of these senior parks have trailors that are lined horizontal to one another and theres hardly any personality to the place to look like home. This place everyone has a yard and they landscape it to their own individual taste. Emma who manages the place does a good job keeping it well maintained and running well. Theres donuts and coffee for the residence on Fridays.

Its a beautiful place . I went to visit my sister she bought a brand new mobile home there and shes very happy. There is ducks all over the place you will have to see it to believe it. To have nature all around you lots of trees.

Its very quiet. And the people around are very nice

Westlake village is currently ran by unprofessional management and owner never gets back to residents. very rude and untrustworthy people. residents are great but management however are miserable and fake. will say anything to get you to move in once you do they dont care about you just want your money. a lot of work they do is not legal or up to code. also adding chlorine to falling apart outdated smelly ponds eating away under houses and scooping out dead fish weekly. everything from pipes to wires have bandaids, like makeup on a pig. I personally saw it all not just from a resident perspective. much cleaner and more to do across the street with better management and updates. if you want trees and water dont spend money here go somewhere actually worth it.

The management team are extremely unprofessional and need further understanding regarding Landlord Tenant Laws. Not to mention child endangerment. As Im reading, the management team changes very often. Besides that, its a really cute senior community IF your unit is near the lake.I witnessed the Assistant Manager ILLEGALLY use a golf cart to perform and obstruct vehicle traffic from proceeding. He did it 5 times that I witnessed with a small child with him. FYI, you have violated these individuals civil rights, you cant approach them as to impede ones freewill to leave. Furthermore, know your place.. you are of no authority. Why would you approach anyone in a hostile manner with 1 hand in your pocket, idiot.

A+ atmosphere, great views, quite living, safe and secure, peace and quite sums up the overall experience that my husband and myself felt when we walked the property, and what I also loved about this park is that everyone that lives here is so clean and tidy. We found a very nice Mobile Home that would be just perfect for what we have been looking for :). We are looking forward to becoming tenants in this lovely place. Being able to take either long quite walks, or riding our bikes together is something to look towards. The location is also perfect, the feel of country living is super!! Managers come and go like flies. SoCal attorneys own this park, and Gold Star Estates, and do not appear to care about anything except money, go figure. The landscaping was once beautiful. The trees are now dying from lack of proper care. It has one of the highest space rents in town, yet is no longer any nicer than the rest. We were kicked out when my Mom died. She had lived there 32 years. My son was her caregiver for the past 6 years, but now he doesnt meet the age requirement. I would not recommend this park to anyone.

If youre old and grumpy this is the right place for you. There are friendly people here also they stayed to them self.
