Very quiet peaceful community. The couple who manage the park are very pleasant people!

This is a well kept, quiet community. We are always willing to assist the residents with moving needs.

Lack of security.No HOANo formal complaint and reaolution process.Residents not totified of armed drug dealers .crossing their property

My mother lived here for many years. When she started getting dementia, and forgot to pay her space rent, the evicted her and stole her home that she owned on the lot. Seems there are always a bunch of punks who do not live there using the pool and driving around bumping their rap music. Not a Safe environment and owned by shady people who burn the elderly for their property when they age.

It was nice. But expensive. Didnt have anything I was looking for or could afford.
