Rude manager!!!

If there was a negative zero I would rank this place. I never seen a unsafe place in my life. Im getting ready to move out. My foot went through the floor after being told many times it would be fixed and it would never have. Cant do my wash with 2 dryer and 4 washer and sometimes they never come back clean. Guys outside pissing in the so called pool that we only get to use 4 times a year. Grown ass man running outside butt ass naked there is kids around here. Dont they care about out wellbeing. We need more younger people to live here old people dont care about anyone but themselves.

I dont understand how this place is even allowed to operate under its current conditions. They get elderly people to move in thinking they are going to own their home and have the sense of security and freedom that comes with home ownership. Unfortunately, the way they have it set up you get all the burden of home ownership with non of the rewards. The park has strict rules for who can and cant come in to the park. Thats right, you dont own land just a trailer. You cant sale, lease, or even rent out the trailer without there say so, and they usually say no. The utilities are all ran thru them. In other words they tell you what your bill is every month. Very similiar to renting they have rules made to prevent or discourage you from even taking on a roommate. In a nut shell I find it peculiar they would require someone at the end of their life to put tens of thousands of dollars as a down payment just to rent a place

Facility old and starting to run down. staff was wonderful and helpful, but when staff sends off for credit to be pulled they pull a mortgage credit and not a rental credit. If you are renting a unit, make sure its a soft pull not a hard pull like purchasing does.... be warned they dont tell you......

Nice quiet place to live some of the Park rules what kind of stupid but all in all its a nice quiet place to live for seniors I wish Tulare County have rent control however for senior parks

Ok first off the pool is only open 4 times a month then Second thing is the maintenance guy is stupid af dose not no what’s he’s doing and then laundry room only has 2 dryers and 4 washers it’s crazy here
