100 acres of woodland classic. Fun for biking, hiking, pets, holidays, weekend BBQs (i noticed recently refurbished and fresher grills), heavy on Canadian Geese (my favorite bird watching foul), it goes on and on with beautiful memories i am sure from generation to generation.

My mom lives here and I love going. Especially with it being so close to Mooney Grove. Every day you wale up to peacocks roaming around the area. Theyre so comfortable just hanging around there. Its awesome seeing them.

Its ok but not great still has good people living here but also has some bad but if you stick to yourself its ok.

...Let me let all of you know the real story about the mgtalier park.well this all started for me about three years ago when I moved to the mgtalier me and my sons soon after we moved in I went to work for the park it was great rent payed spending money left over wasmy thought to but not so one big rip off after another the park is one big scam matter of fact

My daughter and her family lived in this park before it was sold, she liked it very much. The park managers were nice people and were very flexible with all the tenants. They were let go and new managers came in and were doing the same. They accepted partial rent payments, suddenly from 1 day to the next they stopped. We noticed tenants leaving the park unexpectedly. Then mobile home started getting on fire in the middle of the night. Now we saw more more mobile homes vacant!!! Then my daughter gets an eviction letter. The was pregnant at that time, they were inconsiderate and pressing the issue that my daughter went into labor before she was due. We had to move! Hate those people (management)

The Park is under new Ownership now and they have cleaned it up A LOT since we purchased here 1.5 years ago! They continue to clean it up!. A new mobile home is coming across from our lot and it will continue to get better! Give it more time....It will be a nice park!

Pretty pleasant experience overall. Couldve had better benches and cleaner overall.

This is an up & coming community...the park has cleaned up SO much over the last year...and there is more to come...the atmosphere is great...new homes are moving in...there will be a gated entry...the pool is inviting...the staff are friendly & helpful...im glad I made the choice to move here with my family we love the beautiful peacocks & proximity to everything we need...

Quiet, secluded, family setting, next to Mooney Grove park. Not to far from Target and Best Buy, as well as other shopping facilities and a Gamestop.

Cockroaches!!Every mobile home here has them inside and outside.They live in the dirt and the trees.There are many of the two legged variety living here as well.Enter at your own risk!!

This place has become a really nasty place!!I grew up here and now I would never come back because the place has went to hell!!

To the person(s) that got me kicked out of my parking spot at the end of D St: Remember, if you bought it, a truck brought it. That food youre eating, a truck brought it. That soda youre drinking, a truck brought it. Those clothes youre wearing, a truck brought it. That car youre driving, a truck brought it. That trash you throw away, a truck took it. That very house youre living in, a truck brought it and placed it in that very spot youre living now. This country is full of hard working truck drivers, working 60 to 80 hours a week, 12 to 18 hours a day, gone away from home for up to a month at a time, maybe more. All I was hoping for was not having to walk home two miles after a 14 hour day of work. I was also hoping to not have to wake my wife up at 3am to bring me back to my truck. That 45 minutes spent walking to or from my truck is 45 minutes less sleep I get. Out of the dozens of illegally parked cars in this place, youve got to pick on the truck driver? Really? Its sad

I was homeless and this place fit my budget byt? If I had more time I wouldnt have move in this park at all in have 3 grandsons and this Mobile Home park is not a place to bring up children. I wouldntrecommend anyone to movehere only if it the last place uhave and good luck if u doPictures look better than what it is.

Now the five stars were for the park not the sizzie trailer Park next too it.asfor that place it sucks.

A lot of nosey people drugs look like theyre involved in that zone

To many meth heads in MHC. Would not recommend this place. Prices for lot rent has gone up three times since my wife and I moved in. They say there for affordable living, but there not. Most of the trailers are worn out and falling apart.
