Park is a quiet one. Management is great. Park is clean. Pool is nice. Conveniently located within close proximity to stores.

Worst place to be. If I could give it a lower rating I would!

Nice place to stay for a couple of days

Granted, I do not live here, but from an outsiders perspective, this place looks great, not at all like a raggedy trailer park. Peaceful, quiet, serene, secure perimeter, privacy, plenty of space. Best trailer park Ive seen.

Love this place. Close to everything we needed, clean facilities and awesome people staying there and working there.

Great place for a city stop. Age 55+ only. Friendly place, clean well maintained. 5 full hook up spaces near the road but its quiet at night. Great showers toilets laundry. Good Wi-Fi. $60 pn. Good Sam discount.

Manager is the kindness and most helpful person. It is very clean and well kept grounds. I advise everyone to stay here on way to The Sequoias.

Clean and quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, schools and transportation.

Its clean, drug free. A great small overnight or weekly, or monthly mobile home and motor home park.

We stayed for 3 nights in a 37 Class A with a tow vehicle in mid April 2015. We did not use the laundry, showers or pool during our stay so I can not comment on them. The parking for the RV was level, provided nice trees and lawn on a generous site with ample parking for the toad. I dont think there were any pull through sites, ans all seemed to have concrete parking pads. All of the people I encountered were very friendly and helpful. We traveled with 2 small dogs and found the park to be pet friendly. This park is a combination of permanent residents and sites for overnight RV stays. It is located very close to down town Visalia and Mooney Blvd (the big street with most of the stores). This is where we will stay on our future visits to this area.

My relative has lived there over thirty years and all manager have been the most responsible crew ... Amen

The best RV community for long term or overnight Camping

Park was nice, but make sure you secure your possessions especially bikes. If ours were not stolen, it would have been perfect.

Good location to Sequoia National Park and downtown area. Too many old mobile homes and I had to bring in bikes at night to avoid theft. No security in park
