I went there with my son on Sunday and the staff there is super helpful. The store is well organized and they have so many great clothes, surf, and skate gear. Definately a go to store when you are visiting Virginia Beach!

Wanted a new pair of Vans but the pair I wanted had dirty soles. Libby went above and beyond the call of duty and offered to clean them up for me...SOLD!! Wes, you have a good employee in Libby.

Great store, with awesome workers. The staff and manager here are super kind and friendly and very helpful and looking for things I have a wide range of goods white selection. Came in looking for some element shirts and gear I was able to find it my large selection but they do have some. Also doesnt look at it too far on the beach when short bird ride and youre good

Love Costal Edge...they are a great place for the kids to come and relax freely and skate. Not to mention my Dad buys clothes from them and does their graphics sometimes.

I was pleased by how well the young girl and the off site manager handled my vbhotdeals discount. I had the coupon on my mobile app but they didn’t have a scanner to accept my coupon. (Why have a coupon and no scanner I dont know). The girl said that the coupon had to be printed out. (I don’t have a printer). So the girl at the register called the manager who spoke to me on the phone. He got my name and number from the coupon. So I ended up with my purchase using my discount.

Good boards but over priced

VERY RUDE AND BAD SERVICE My 7 years old daughter when to Wes Laine surf camp that part of Coastal edge business I Guess for 3 days and her last day after the class we all back to the surf shop for lunch and reward everybody have pizza and drinks everything was ok till the end that everyone get a bag from them and they gave my daughter real small Roxy T-shirt and Small Surf Camp T-shirt and we try to tell the guy that I not fit her even go trough her head and we show it to the guy but he kept saying that will fit her and a lot of the kids have the same problem so the guy when to get the OTHER kids Right size but not for my daughter. And than my mother in-law went to talk to him again THE GUY just throwing the bigger size on the floor and said here bigger Size while my mother in-law was standing next to Him if he just hand it to her we won’t be upset. The Guy was so rude to us on the last day of the Surf Camp he acting like the CampIs over he don’t have anything to do with us anymore AND THE guyGUY is THE MANAGER of Coastal Edge 21st Street and The One that the teach my daughter how to surf . That was he treated us the end of Camp surf We plan to go to Surf Camp Again before the end of summer but forget it NEVER go back there Again

As someone who has frequented surf shops his entire life, it is refreshing to know that a place like Coastal Edge exists. From the second you walk through the door, you know that every employee is there for you. Always greeted upon entry. Assistance is always offered, but not forced. The staff is excellently trained and very knowledgeable. Their prices and specials are always competitive and they are always well stocked.In a world where customer service is at a minimum, Coastal Edge give you a totally different experience.

Its a great shop, friendly staff nice and cool in there .. everything is retail priced though .. and 20 percent sales based on retail pricing seemed kind of silly.. either way they have the most up to date surf and skate fashion with a great selection of high end flip flops.. also a large selection of skate boards
