Trampoline Parks are a serious health hazard. I wish I researched this before going. These places KNOW that they are a hazard.My son was injured with 20 minutes that sent him to the urgent care. The Jump staff has no medically trained personnel, instead they rushed to get me to sign next to a statement that a) was factual inaccurate and b) said that I take full responsibility for my sons injury; I refused to sign the form. They were more concerned with trying to alleviate liability than the health condition of my son.

Love how this places closes for cleaning every other hour. The area is big for jumping! The grandbabies love it. Don’t pay attention to the short bad reviews from some. Example Rebecca turner. That’s a local business putting up fact reviews.

Great place! No toddler time so anyone can jump! There is a Ninja area super fun for little one as well so big ones we had loads of fun there!!!

Wonderful. Jump was an amazing trampoline park. Convenient location at Lynnhaven Mall. The staff were all so pleasant and professional and the facility was very clean and well kept. Easy check in process. All the activities were fun. The entire family got in on the fun and had fun jumping around. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend as a fun indoor activity.

Fun place to bring the kids. Staff here can be hit or miss. Ive seen some workers be extremely rude to young kids. Highly recommend coming here at slower times. Can be a bit crazy in here when its packed. Small foam pit, decent dodgeball court and open jumping area. Also 2 Lanes of basketball hoops. Prices are very reasonable.

My girls love coming to Jump & it’s an amazing place to play date with our girlfriends and their kids. The facility is always clean, the staff goes above and beyond (always walking around and checking to make sure all the kids are doing okay), and the new upgrades are top notch (such a cool ninja course). I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun activity for kids big and small.

I have no idea where the bad reviews come from but this place is incredible. The people are friendly, the prices are perfect and its just so much fun. I think the bad reviews come from entitled parents and stuff thinking they own everything. I love this place. I go every weekend

Great place to go and have fun for all ages. I just went with some friends and we had a blast. They have a few things to do there besides just jumping. Like dodgeball and a cool obstacle course. If you go, be sure to save your socks, because you can reuse them if you come back in the future.

This place is huge. Lots of room to play. The dodge ball pit was the best. The staff was playing with the kids this made the game that much better. The foam pit is nice sized to. Just dont lose nothing in there. The building was very clean. The staff was very friendly. We will be going back all the time. I recomend this place to anyone looking to have fun.

We’ve recently had our son’s birthday party here and the staff were wonderful! They were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They sent me emails providing all the details about the party and replied promptly when I had emailed them information. They even sent an email after the party thanking us and asking if we had any additional feedback. Great example of exceptional customer service.

My 8 year old had an amazing experience at Jump!! This was our first trip and we will be back for sure. Everything was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. I’ll definitely choose this place over other trampoline parks in Hampton Roads.

A really great place for kids to blow off steam. And adults, too. Get here fifteen minutes before the half-hour, as they start a new jump every 30min, and it takes a minute to get checked in. Youll need to buy a pair of their socks the first time you come.

Took my grandson to jump at the VB Jump (at Lynnhaven Mall) and he had a great time! The staff was friendly and the facility was clean and cool. For the most part they let you do your thing but are there to help if needed. Really appreciated the constant supervision in the dodge ball pit, that could get crazy! Great place to spend an afternoon.

That place was jam-packed with kids literally bouncing off the walls. Our group had a ball flipping, jumping, swinging, bouncing around. They even had a dodgeball game. Although I havent seen it for myself, I heard they also have adult fitness classes.

Originally we were headed to Dave and Busters, but saw this place as we approached. We went in to see that facility, and my kid said he wanted to jump instead. So after an hour we were both exhausted and sweating. We played dodge all, swung into the pits, basketball, and overall had a blast. Definitely recommended!

Jump is my go to place when I have guests with children visiting from out of town. Unlike many other youth activities, they are open throughout the year regardless of the weather. They have a great variety of fun, safe jump programs that are challenging for children of all ages and even adults. And theyre always adding something new. The Ninja Course just opened and I cant wait to try it! The staff is exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. We were given a tour by Luana, one of the managers, and she couldnt have been more helpful. I wish I could give it more than five stars!

We love to go here as a family. I get out of my wheelchair so I can jump with my son (really all I can do is bounce on the trampoline, due to disability, but I have fun)

The staff was friendly and my event was well organized. My party helper was sweet and very helpful throughout the whole time of the party. The facility was clean and I would definitely do another JUMP party in the future!

Jump has become an almost weekly stop for us. The Jumping Beans time is our favorite- my son is 3. We were able to check out the new Ninja Course today and it is awesome. The General Manager, Josh, is always very friendly checking in with guests and keeping his younger staff attentive. We typically end our visit with Dippin Dots and always recommend Jump to our friends!

Great place for a rainy day

My kids love coming here! We dont have one close to us back home so when we go on vacation we always visit. It doesnt cost an arm and leg to come here. It is well worth the money.

First time here I noticed it was way smaller than Rebounders in newport news. I hate to compare places but I was like thats it?? Best feature is swinging into the foam pit for sure. My son was all smiles and sad to leave so from a kids perspective this place gets 4 stars.

Clean and tentative staff led to a great experience for the kids. I have two under 5 years old and it was easy to keep track of them in the facility. Only downside were the adults that found it necessary to play dodge-ball in the vicinity of very young kids. These types of parents you cant avoid no matter where you go. Either way it didnt detract from the positive review.

I have been here a couple of times. It is a great place to take the kids and let them jump around and get their energy out. The staff is usually nice. The place is completely padded and they have alot of great sections. Overall it is a very fun place to go.

We went for a birthday party today. At first we were worried it would be too much for our daughter (18 months old) but with one parent with her on the trampolines she wasnt run over and the people working were scattered throughout to keep an eye on all the kids (you still have to watch your kids of course). The party room was a good size too. It was a great time for all the kids and us.

I recently came here with a couple of friends for the first time and we had a lot of fun. Pricing is decent, we paid for thirty minutes each. And we were worn out after those thirty minutes! Lots of space with plenty of trampolines. There is a foam pit you can jump into, and you can also play a bit of dodge ball on the trampolines while youre at it. Great for people of all ages.

I had an absolute blast here for my best friends son birthday party! Kids had fun, adults had fun.... I recommend it for anybody!

We took our little girl here for her 7th birthday, this place is a wonderful place for kids to jump and run out that extra built up energy and they have a blast doing it. It was great.

If you’re looking for a workout this is the place to go. Take the kids here and they’ll have a blast. Also if you’re looking to budget for a party they have rooms here if I’m not mistaken. Come to jump and you’ll jump into a night full of fun.

Great place with nice and welcoming staff, clean and safe. Unlike competitors they have 30 minute windows for play. And unlike Cloud9 they will allow other brand grip socks. Once we had a birthday party. It went well and the kids (and groun-ups) enjoyed it to the max. Would visit again as it is a great place to exercise.

Went on a Friday with my kids there is no open jump from 4pm to 8pm. The place was empty so we asked for an exception they denied us so we went to Surg Park right around the corner so much more space and fun.

First visit. My nephew had a wonderful time and the young lady at the register was pretty friendly. The only downside was that the tables werent cleaned.

Took our son here for an impromptu birthday party and we were very impressed. Very simple. No stuff to distract your children into spending more money. You pay to jump and you jump. Pretty happy with the pricing. Place was clean and the staff was pretty good. We had a blast and honestly an hour is all you need. My kids and me were worn out by the time our hour was up. Will go back for sure.

For almost 30$ you get maybe half a cup of rice. And it includes a salad she actually looked shocked i wanted what i paid for being that they forgot it. I would never go back and if i did, it would be to teach them to cook spanish food.

They deserve NO STARS! I attempted to travel to Jump in Va beach on 2 different occasions on a Saturday night, and both times they falsely advertised that they are open until 11pm.. when in fact the staff closes the establishment Before business hours for their own personal reasons! The first time we came at 930 and they said they were closing at 10 despite the 11pm closing hours on the door.. they compensated us for the inconvenience by only making us pay for socks.. the 2nd time we traveled from Portsmouth through the tunnel that charges TOLLS to arrive at the establishment at 955 for them to tell us.. because we were the only ppl in here they would allow us to jump until 1030. DESPITE THE fact that google and their sign on the outside advertises that they stay open until 11pm! This time we were not compensated and were told that they were doing us a favor by staying open until 1030. Tuh! The only reason I liked this place and continued to return is because they are never crowded like Cloud 9. With their false advertising, fruit flies, and unprofessionalism; now it all makes sense as to why nobody spends their money or time in there! They will be out of business in no time; it’s no wonder they have been open this long.

Need to help the kids blow off some energy? Do this for 30min. 1 hour is pretty long, but that will knock the kids out cold. Definitely recommend.

Perfect rainy day activity. I love that you can buy tickets online. That helps to eliminate what can be a long wait because this place is super popular. Don’t forget your jump socks because you will absolutely go back and buying them again and again adds up!

My kids had a blast. Weve been here before. My biggest concern is safety. I found it a bit disturbing when, in the big area, two team members were just on their phones the whole time, barely looking up to make sure everything was ok. They stood in front of me by the giant pole near the registers. Right after they both left, another team member comes, walking back and forth looking at everyone, and a kid way in the back was hurt, and the team member ran over to check on him and took him to his father. If you could step your game up in the safety department, that would be great.

Horrible wait in line. Waited 45 mins in line with 1 person on the register checking in a birthday party. In the back hallway there were 4 employees just standing there talking. After the party was checked in 30 mins later the other employees decide to come help on the register! Obviously weekends are busy but totally unprepared unorganized and very inconvenient. Parties should be checked in on a separate register while reg attendees can be checked in

My daughters love this place, despite leaving in tears after taking a dodgeball to the face. So, in addition to fun, they offer valuable life lessons (even though most of the wisdom is lost on a crying 6 year old).

My great niece loves this place and for the adults in the family, well you become a kid again for a few hours. Great family time enjoyment for a good price.
