Took some family from out of town, not much going on these days for obvious reasons, the place was clean, staff was amazing! Followed mask and glove mandates and then some, felt nice to break and smash stuff! Ill definitely be going back for some more destruction soon, very therapeutic to say the least! Thanks for the memories!!!!

Great time! Some very good friends brought us here tonight. Mid twenties daughters, my wife, and I had a blast smashing stuff. Brought out a side of my wife I’m not sure I want to see again, lol.

Loved this place! So much fun to smash things. We played our angry music loud and got to business. The staff got photos while we were busy as well as before and after of the room. I left feeling weightless. All my stress was left on the floor of that room. We definitely be back.

If I could give more than five stars I would. This place is fantastic! Everything about this place was perfect. We brought in a gigantic group of talkative, loud girls and they were so patient with us. They allowed us to cater, decorate, play our music loud, and hang out. The owner was fantastic and so nice!! He laid out the rules for us clear and concise and made sure we stayed safe as we destroyed the place.10/10 would do again!

Friendly staff. My son surprised me by taking me here for my birthday and I had so much fun. I was great to have my music playing full blast. Even though my kids were not in the room smashing stuff with me, they enjoyed watching me. They took tons of pictures and loved when an item would get smashed to smithereens. We can’t wait to go back.

Went here today, Feb 12th with my husband.Its a great stress reliever.The customer service was so good. Super friendly.The jumpsuits were obviously cleaned and smelled nice.Instructions were very clear. Ill definitely be back and recommend to everyone!

This place is probably the most therapeutic place Ive been to. I went there with a group of my nursing school classmates who were all stressed from school. Aaron gave us complementary plates to write out our feelings and frustrations that we got to smash in the room. He waited for our whole group to get there and was very patient with us. We took tons of pictures and videos and so did he. He even gave us more glass to smash because he sensed our need to release more stress. I came in with music that I wanted to play and he allowed me to do so. Not only is the customer service great what this man is doing for the community is great. Taking care of your mental health is so important and just for a minimum of $5 you can release that stress. I came in there thinking I was stressed about nursing school but when I was actually in there destroying things other supressed thoughts and emotions and memories came out that I never got a chance to address. What a great therapy for PTSD. I never felt so much release and peace and awareness. Thank you so much for what you are doing for the community. This is more than just a business. Its a therapeutic service to us. Thank you!

I did a 5 min package and honestly felt really good from just that. I was only few minutes late and they was very accommodating. The worker/owner of the place was very detailed with me for my first time on what to do. And when you smashing things you can play music through their Bluetooth. I had a rough few days and honestly a person to hold my fustration and anger in till I explode and this one of the best things in my life to invest right now when Im stressed out.

Great place, very cathartic, good prices, and pricing is all-inclusive, even the table they set the things on is to be destroyed!

Took my wife here for some much needed therapy after her first term of grad school. Highly recommend this place! The owner is a super cool guy who allowed me to bring some approved breakable items that represented things that annoyed her throughout the term. I’ve never heard her laugh so sinisterly in our four years of marriage. Will be back next term I’m sure.

I brought my son here for his 19th birthday. He got 20 minutes to release some serious frustration and had a blast doing it. Our stress guides were phenomenal hosts and set us up for an amazing experience. Well certainly be returning every time we head back to Virginia Beach!

A great setup - all the space, equipment and even safety instruction youll need to make your destruction dreams come true! Oh, and of course PLENTY of stuff to break! Love this place!My wife and I had 15 minutes in the room just last Tuesday night and it was great! A good amount of plates, glasses and even a nice sized table and karaoke machine were among the items processed to go to their respective recycling centers - and we had a blast doing it!I couldnt keep away long... Jump to today - for which several co-workers and I reserved packages to take up a couple hours. The verdict is unanimous: worth the trip! So much so that we all had to hang around in the parking lot for at least a half hour discussing potential monthly returns!Thanks to Aaron and Sarah at The Destruction Room - hope to be back yet again really soon!

It’s as fun as it sounds. Owners were really nice and made it very fun. Everyone should do this at least once in their life. Or at least once a year depending on what you got going on.

Definetly worth the time and money. If you have any stress in your life this is definetly the perfect place to relieve it all! Highly recommended. Staff is also super friendly, 5 star service all the way!

My wife and I just went there while celebrating our 21st anniversary, and it was a blast. Well worth it. They were very welcoming and kind. I’m coming back soon.

I had way too much fun here last year. People thought I was upset about something when I showed them video, when in all honesty, I just wanted to break stuff.

What they fail to mention is that they don’t offer refunds. Booked it and wanted to cancel due to an emergency and they were unable to refund the money. My loss but I find it a bit odd a company doesn’t offer refunds nowadays.

If your in need of a stress reliever or just want to have fun you can finally live your childhood and break everything you were never allowed to. Amazing experience for everyone. Its also something new if your trying to break the norm.
