The staff at this store is great! They are extremely knowledgeable and spend time educating their customers on what they need to truly enjoy the game of golf. The club techs are responsive and do quality work. Thank you to George, who added a new driver adapter and grip in a few hours and in time for a round the following morning! Definitely the place in VB to get new clubs or repairs done to your old clubs!

Good selection of clubs. Staff is helpful to a degree. The old men in there are fairly knowledgeable. However, they are grumpy. They never say hello with a smile. They dont like that I want to hit clubs on their GC quad simulator. They do want to sell me clubs...They tried to trick me a bit with clubs that have jacked up lofts. I havent bought a full set of clubs from them. But I did buy two used clubs, My wife bought three nice golf bags as gifts, ball retrievers, shorts, shirts, balls, gloves. grips, grip tape, putter grips, gift cards etc. But they are still grumpy. They dont see that just because I havent bought a set of irons from them that I am still dropping plenty of money in their store. Boo...

Staff at this location go above and beyond to assist and are very knowledgeable.I have made several purchases at the location over the years and have not regretted any so far. Would be nice if their apparel section would cater a little toward taller people.

I’ve taken only two lessons, but David Stacey is fantastic. I’m certainly a beginner at best but my swing has improved tremendously after only two sessions. His tips have helped a ton. I’ll be back!

I visited the store today at Virginia Beach and was assisted by Mr. Ed Collins. He helped me with finding golf irons and he was great. Although I did not purchase the irons yet, I plan to return and buy from him.

I always enjoy going to this Golf Galaxy - they have a good selection and their prices are always reasonable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what they have in the store. They are always willing to hear suggestions and try to bring products in that people ask for. They have a good selection of equipment for advanced golfers as well beginners.

Awesome! Paul was extremely patient with me. Im new in town and buying new clubs isnt something you do every day, he stayed with me all time and helped me a lot. Highly recommend this place.

Best golf shop in Hampton roads, all the employees have great knowledge of clubs and arent just trying to sell you the most expensive set in the store. Ive found some great deals there!

Golf Galaxy is a fun place to go not only for kids but for adults to. I have to to alot of mini golf places and I had alot of fun here. Every body is friendly and will help you out if you have a problem. So go see for your self.

Nice selection, they let you try the clubs first!

Solid customer - brought over $450 in clothing and equipment in last 20 days. Got a pair of the new Footjoy Freestyle shoes ($159 plus tax) in a 11W but after wearing to the range - got blister on foot. The shoes felt great in the store but after shoes hurt, I noticed the shoe box was 11M. The Sale Associate must have taken wrong shoes to counter. Tried to exchange for right size ( Range visit was one bucket) and Golf Galaxy would not honor - stating shoes were now used. Thats a bunch of crap. I left and said I would never return - what type of customer service and support is that. I plan on contacting Acushnet ( parent of Footjoy and Titleist) and voicing my opinion. Over 45 years of playing nothing but Titlesit products - I just a change could be coming. But - never again at Golf Galaxy on Virginia Beach Blvd in Virginia Beach. Claude Reid
