Gettysburg should be on every Americans list to visit. There are thousands of memorials to see as you drive around. My two favorites were South Carolina and Louisiana. I am biased towards Louisiana of course, but it really is a beautiful monument. They are on each end of the main confederate line across the battlefield from Little Round Top. To me these two really stand out amongst all of the others.
