Beautiful rooms. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Views are incredible.

Awesome didnt stay long but did enjoy the time I was there. The waitress was nice and polite. And the staff was awesome friendly and helpful. Will be back to experience the world of gambling. If u aint in u cant win. LOL.

I won here.Its not a bad place. Operating under WuFlu guidelines places it at a disadvantage for a first time review, but overall our visit was pleasant. Food choices are understandably limited, but i had a decent chili dog.Staff is friendly.

We spent a couple days there recently..was overall impressed. The room we stayed in did need a facelift, but it was very clean. All the employees in the hotel, casino, and the restaurants were very nice, polite, and friendly.

Hotel staff was very nice. Room was clean. The bed was poor quality. The frame was wood. As soon as my friend sat on the bed it broke. The room they moved us to was also nice. The bed frame was metal and more sturdy than the first one. No bed bugs in either of the rooms. Would stay again.

What I like about this place so far is there gift shop cute earrings and a ring I hardly ever take off (since it dont turn me green) for great price.

I enjoy my time everytime I come down. Very quiet and peaceful. When I visited the City of Vicksburg, this is my favorite place to come for the nice room and the Jacuzzi tub.

It is terrible what covid has done to casinos. Nothing but slots and its boring with no board games and people close together having fun.

The service on the casino floor was okay, especially considering the covid 19 issues, however the meal I had in the Lucky Bean was the worst! The fish tasted so bad I gagged and had to spit it out. The friends I was with told me the fish was bad last time they came and the green beans that came with their meal were inedible as well. Very disappointed!!!

It is very obvious that the covid-19 pandemic is wearing thin on the employees. Their stress level its transferred to the patron via their attitude and willingness to help or even be friendly for that matter.there is little to no instruction as to how the queue works for table games. it took me a while to find out how things worked, but when I did I finally got my name on the list I was told by the pit boss to stay in the table games area and if she sees me she will get my attention. Otherwise I would lose my spot in line.

Love it! One of my favorite places to visit, to gamble, and eat! The staff is a joy. Always happy! I enjoy chatting with them and the banter is always pleasant. I love the buffet. While it does not have a large selection, it is moderately priced and the food is always good. The pasta station is great! I always enjoy staying there and it is my go to when I visit Vicksburg! I always recommend it and my friends and colleagues love it! Thanks Waterview for the great time this weekend, even though I lost a little money! LOL See you in April when I come back home!

Nice place, went there to work on their sound system, they have 2 new wireless mics for promotions use. Fresh upgrades have made the interior nicer

I sont like all the new machines.... yall should have a section with older machines for us folks who like the older ones... I will eventually stop coming.I hate those machines that you play 2.50-1600 and u win.. but your only paid .48 or $1. Keep your customers coming back. Make it a win win for both of us

We went for a night out, to eat and to enjoy the casino. We had free buffets otherwise I would have given them a lower rating. The buffet is nothing to write home about. The gaming was fun but this is a very small casino compared to the coast. I don’t know the other Vicksburg casinos so I can’t compare them.

I understand that we have to distance on the machine,but some of the ones that suppose to be working are not. Dont you have some one to fix them. This was a problem before the virus and you still have that problem. What is wrong?

I can tell you if you are expecting anyone associated with this hotel to be friendly you can forget it. Casino is small with mostly slot machines and very few table games. Room was clean but very average at best.

We have five casinos in this and out 5. Waterveiw is by far the best,great service,and nice people.

Not offered anything to drink in a timely manner. The buttons on most of the machines are worn and you cant use them. It takes entirely to long to get bonuses on the machines. Other casinos are more fun than this one. It use to be a fun place to visit. Players were complaining about the same thing. They should be fun to visit. Not some type of scam just to get your money...

Its a nice place to come and have a good time. I just wish they had more up to date machines. One of the bar hostesses could have been a little more hospitable, although I can kinda understand her attitude. It looked as it she was the only one working that bar and the floor at the same time. But overall I enjoyed myself.

Only gave me $10 and the food is expensive out the store.

Tonite was a packed out, many had great winnings. If you wasnt here, then you missed out on your chances to win more.

Could have more variety of machines

Floors filthy my kids feet and babies legs were charcoal black. Mirrors were dirty. Jacuzzi had hair, dirt, chipped fingernail polish, soap scum and trash in it. Shelves next to jacuzzi was full of dust.

THERE SLOTS HARDLY EVER PAY OUT! THERE HOST DONT HARD acknowledge other players other than the main one they want to speak too! Pretty much their security is the only thing that is 5 star and their hotel rooms

The staff were very nice and very attentive, the room I had needed a bit of work on the tub there was rust and wear in the bottom of it.

Man where to start with this place. First off the staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with however the room is why Im giving this place one star. The hall way carpet is stained and walls are missing paint. After arriving at the room I noticed that the room carpeting is also very stained and I felt like u didnt even wanna remove my shoes. Next the walls throughout my room where missing paint and chipping away. The night stand was also very worn and gross. The room did not have any lighting in the ceiling so my only light was a lamp that had to be repeatedly turned on and off until finally it would stay on. The bathtub/shower would hold water when trying to shower so you where pretty much forced to take a bath. When going to bed I tried plugging in my phone and tablet to charge and the electrical plugs where so worn out my chargers just where falling out of the sockets. Lastly in the morning when I was finishing getting ready I was going to make some coffee after adding my water and coffee I tried turning it on and it didnt work. I tried multiple plugs and still it did not work. All and all I would avoid this place unless they do some major remodeling!

I can only speak for the amazing views outside but downside was there was a lot of mosquitoes and fire ants. I couldnt really enjoy being outside in the fresh air. I got to enjoy the views from the car. The river and sunset was beyond beautiful! Worth seeing for sure.

Restaurant is only open 4 days a week. Air conditioner is not strong enough to cool it down. The casino does not have popular tables. The staff is nice and the rooms are clean.

My experience was good I enjoyed the new rooms there are a few things that I think should not have been changed like the mirrors that are for the ladies in the bathroom that were hanging on the wall to put their makeup on. It makes it better for people that cant see well. And the little shelf that was behind the door when you walk in that was took off the wall it was Were we set are ice bucket and are 2lt cokes it didactually helped whole different things that was another thing that I wasnt really did liking too much. And my husband said something about needing something in the shower from not slipping other than that it was enjoyable very much so thank you. P.,S we was spending are 13th Anniversary there with yall. We always come to play there and still will. Thank you.

A place to gamble, however the atmosphere wasnt that inviting,only one greeting was given and that was security, upon entering the casino. Do not remember hearing any music, or it was so low I could not hear it, either way thats not good for business and the Spining spirit.you see, that is what help get customers in a cheerful mood,the happier they are, the less they realize how much theyre actually spending.

Dont stay at this hotel,its infested with bed bugs. My wife was bitten twice and the management refuses to to do anything. They wont return my calls. I drove 4 hrs to go there. The HR lady has lied,she was supposed to call and talk to my wife,but that still hasnt happened. I was there the day after Thanksgiving and almost a month later,still no response.
