Nice community for 55+. There are lots of activities. Shuffle board courts, pickle ball courts, pool, spa, huge exercise facility and Ballroom/ party hall. This is also a boating community as well, so there is an inlet from the inner coastal with piers for the residents.

Its a nice and pleasant community with beautiful swimming pool and courts for various games. The beautiful water canal that goes through the community makes it beautiful and peaceful.

This is a 55+ mobile home community on the intracoastal waterway on Venice island. Its the nicest park in Venice with 80 boat slips, a huge pool, clubhouse, hot tub & amenities. We own the land so there is no rent to pay.

Its paradise

Its an exceptional place to live....there are so many amenities and things to do that if you get bored its your own fault. People are very friendly and we can walk or bike to almost anything that you want to do.....living in paradise!

$300 mo lot rent and the homes are close enough you can hear your neighbors fart indoors.

If you are a boater or a fishermen this is where you should relocate. You will be only 100 yards from the Intercostal and 3 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. We have our own marina with docks and electric lifts for only $125.00 per month. We accept vessels up to 40 feet. Hospital, stores, businesses and doctors are within walking distance, 1/4 mile. Great place to enjoy Venice and the surrounding area on Floridas Gulf Coast. Great management, beautiful pool, Club house and patio overlooking the lagoon and boats on the Inland Waterway that leads to the Gulf. Clean, secure and happy, kind, fun residents!

My parents lived at CCE for over 30+ years as snowbirds. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful community. Many changes over the years and many baby boomers are arriving now. I enjoy leaving the fast pace city life of Chicago to a relaxing community of CCE. Many wonderful people who actually stop and say good morning! I look forward to retiring in Florida perhaps CCE will be my Florida home.
