This is a mobile home park. It appears very neat and tidy. None of the units is excessively old. I was there for a rummage sale. The prices were very reasonable and the people were very friendly.

If you like living on top of a neighbor who when he coughs you can hear them next to you then this is the place for you the people are nice which makes everything worthwhile investment wise I dont know why anybody would buy a trailer Ive been through that twice not once lost money twice and I own a home improvement company I made them quite beautiful theyre not Investments theyre just a place to live and if your budget says this is what you get then enjoy every bit of it it has a clubhouse you can make it whatever you need to make of it count your blessings every morning and enjoy your day

Friend has lived there for 10 years, loves it. Quite a snowbird base though shes year round.

Went there for a community yard sale...very nice mobile home park.

We have a game of shuffleboard for the team. Nice people, fun game .

Employees that work the grounds are great, the old people who stay here...not so much.

HiIm at work and other things that make you happy and follow back on the phone and the first half of the day before I get my money back or something like that you can get it right away
