We absolutely love living in this area. The location couldnt be better for our lifestyle. Legacy Trail is one street over, boat on lift in back yard, 10 minutes to open water, walk over the bridge to downtown Venice on the island & the best neighbors anyone could ask for, we are truly blessed!

We own our lot and mobile home, 55 plus park ours on water, hoa dues are high and they basically have no amenities except lawn care, water and garbage pick up, lawn service is terrible at best, sandspurs cover yard, they could at least spray for that!!!
