Beautifully kept, great staff really nice community

This is a quiet little mobile home park with a country setting.

We rolled in on December 24th. Only place we could find at the last minute for short term rental. Wonderful staff. Great neighbors. Quite community. Cold pool, so so clubhouse, no bathhouse and laundry machines were substandard. Many homes were in disrepair but the grounds are tidy. Water pressure was a trickle (ugh). If I had to, I would do it again.

Mom has lived there for 28 years. Wonderful neighbors and the park management is friendly and responsive. Thanks again Melissa and Steve for your help.

Live there for almost 15 years great place to live was out of the way now its growing up

Went to visit a friend. Very pretty and well kept mobile home park. They were having a large community garage sale at the community center

Nice retirement place

Easy to find, many nice affordable manufactured homes available to buy and rent lot, nice outdoor pool and clubhouse

Ive never been there. Played golf at pelican pointe, and Google thinks I was at the trailer park.
