This is the only place in Vancouver that I go to for All of my smoking accessory needs as well as ciggerette rolling supplies. Tom assorted tobacco to tubes and machines. They have it all here. I cant forget the friendly and helpful staff. This place is all around a great place to shop. It also has wheelchair access and handicapped parking.

My home away from home! Quality of glass is always on point and the service is very informative and amazing. Their rewards system is super awesome and they have the cleanest Kratom in town, always a guarantee i never leave empty handed. You guys rock!

It has always been the only place where I can find the original HEMPZ Body Lotion, I love the smell of it, been buying it for years. They are always so nice and helpful when I go in even though that is the only thing I buy. I do remember when there was no Cascade Park.......still a lot of farmland and country and the original Mary Janes store was up in that area of town. Always clean and smells good, I am so happy there is a store in Hazel Dell, for many years now. Anyway, the original HEMPZ Body Lotion smells so fresh and clean and I LOVE IT.

The store employees are seriously the best! They are so patient and will take the time to explain everything in detail and sometimes explain it twice if necessary, its not just one employee either. This shop has good pieces at reasonable prices. Their selection is decent, although lacking in a few areas. The staff is very polite and helpful. They were able to help me find everything I needed in one go and made a few suggestions for extra items. All of which I am quite happy with. I had an enjoyable shopping experience here and I look forward to my next visit.

So when I first moved to town I went to this store as it was close to where I lived and the people who were showing me the area stated it was a great store. I will say they had a nice piece I wanted, and I had a med card from California, and they honored the 10% discount for med card holders even though it was not a local one. That said the 10% helped as their pieces are very expensive compared to what I am used to. Dont get me wrong. They have some very nice stuff, but it is WAY more than it should be. Even for simple replacement parts it was less expensive for me to call my old store in San Diego and have them ship it to me, than it was to buy at Mary Janes. I would say many things are almost double to what I am accustomed to. Now if you like great customer service, and price is not a concern at all, they are very nice, and try their best to be helpful (but there did seem to be a lot of uncertainty with some questions, and the person helping me would ask their coworker). Granted they have nice pieces and I do not want to discount that, and you might find the perfect piece that you fall in love with here. But I dont think I would go back after my experience with some of the other shops in the area....nothing against Mary Janes they just arent worth it to me personally.

I called, late at night, asking questions about kratom. The staff answered many of my questions over the phone but encouraged me to come in so that they could give me a better idea of what I was looking at. There was a trainee at the counter and a seasoned representative helping me through all of the different, overwhelming choices for kratom. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and willing to answer my numerous questions. They ended up giving me a special on some bulk Kratom to try and while I browsed their excellent selection of glass made in the United States they rang up my order. Staff is amazing; super friendly and knowledgeable. While their kratom *quality* is top shelf, prices are ridiculous. I stopped using them as my kratom resource when I realized that I can get nearly a kilo of kratom for what they charge for THREE OUNCES! But I still cant hate on them; if you want consistent quality every time, they are the place to go. Good selection of glass, and their soy candles smell AMAZING, and are long lasting and quality. 9/10 would recommend.

I purchased a Wulf vaporizer from here recently, and the mouth piece cracke under normall use less than a week later. I took it back to them for an exchange or a new mouth piece (which they had in stock) but was denied even after returning it with their return policy that stated exchange it within 14 days for new or in store credit with original package and receipt this is BS. while the customer service is fine the return policy is miss leading.I try to purchase locally if it means pay 40% than the Internet for the easy of return if things like this happens. But that was a bad experience and would not recommend anyone buying anything here if you rely on return policy to be effective.

After a downright terrible experience at both the mill plain grass location and the 4th plain glass location I was ready to swear off mary janes and hit up the jiffy mart. When I called the store (while still in the 4th plain parkinglot) Jordan answered the phone and handled a pretty pissed me very well and after hearing my story was extremely helpful in finding a solution to my torch problem. When I arrived at the store about 15 minutes later Jordan then showed me all my options along with some pros and cons and a now valued personal opinion. I had spent all day trying to place my hands on a vector torch and after calling every head shop from here to clackamas with no luck Jordan had 2 options for me noting the bigger one was the one he had personally and was an excellent torch. It wound up being the one I went home with and am extremely grateful to Jordan for the awesome experience. He saved mary janes a customer today
