I LOVE Faulkner Park, it was one of the first parks that I visited in Tyler and I’ve been a frequent visitor ever since. The walking trails are well maintained, yet still have that nature feel to them that I love.

Went here with my girlfriend because there was nothing better to do during the coronapocalypse. I had a great time and were now talking about bringing her son so we all can go for a nice trailwalk *maybe bike rides in the future*. Faulkner Park is always a good experience thats different every time I come because of their numerous trails.

Great park! There are hiking/walking trails through the woods, a small lake for fishing, feeding the ducks or just enjoying the view. Also, there is a traditional playground that includes a splashpad family fun area too! Good lil park hidden away next to the hustle and bustle shopping areas and the new Loop 49 in south Tyler Texas.

Review №58

Great mountain biking trails. Recently has been expanded to about 10 miles of trails. The trails are well marked with signage. Whether you are a beginner or an skilled cyclist, these trails are for you. Expert and hard routes are available as well as bypasses and easy flat routes for beginners. These trails are regularly maintained.

Mi
Review №59

This is my favorite park although there are bike riders everywhere and they dont follow warning procedure when they ride up on you by saying Rider up! So please be aware of that. The pond with the ducks is beautiful! The ticks are normally in full force so make sure you wear a lot of bug spray and check your dogs when you get home. However, the views are undeniably beautiful and get you a little closer to feeling like your in the country... Its a nice step away from the city!

Very nice park! However anytime I go to watch a ballgame you have to pay anywhere between $7-10 to even get in. This I totally disagree with. Tournament or not. The teams have to pay to play there and then they charge the patrons as well

1.Don’t like have to buy food/drinks from concession stand / NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK at this park. Good thing I don’t have food allergies.2. Score boards are not used because the controls can’t be kept safe from vandalism so it’s just easier not to replace them.

Tyler has a free hidden treasures and this park is way bigger than I thought, its nicely laid out and kept up well. Watched a few tournament type games there. Seating was true stadium style, at least where I was. Adequate parking, a bit of a hike to get to the field, but Im sure a little more exercise wouldnt hurt me!
