My boyfriend and I had so much fun here on a little road trip away from home. Plenty of stuff to do and reasonable prices. We stayed for several hours bowling, drinking and playing in the arcade area. Loved it!

Clean beyond normal standards. Friendly and attentive staff. Good bowling lane and everything was catered quick. Sanitizing air con advertised inside made me feel comfortable for the outing. Food was 7/10 but was better than most bowling arcades, Priced $$.

Came here with family and the service was the worst I have ever had due to Marcelina our waitress. She was soooooo rude and unfriendly it was disturbing. She had the nerve to have an attitude and tell me don’t touch her when all I was trying to do was get her attention by waving at her. By the way may I add she was the ONLY waitress WITHOUT a mask on. Due to her bad attitude throughout the time we were there we ended up just leaving early and wasting our money we spent. We will NEVER EVER EVER come back to this location due to the tasteless service we received.

I took my kids for our first trip this weekend. Lots of fun games for them to play. Absolutely loved the ropes course. My 13 year old almost didnt want to come down. Laser tag was a lot of fun and all of the awesome VR games really made our day. We will definitely be coming back. The staff was also very attentive and nice. If a game didnt work right- they came right away to fix it.

Great place to bring the family or for a date night with your love!!!! They have an arcade, movie theater, bowling alley, ropes course and laser tag. Also they have a cafe and a restaurant. What more could you want in a day if fun?

Its clean, if not a little limited. Games are reasonably priced for a modern arcade. The the vr technology is pretty cool. Lazer tag arena is large and plenty of fun. The drinks and food are a bit overpriced but I guess you pay for the setting. Its particularly great for grade school kids

Staff was nice, We got our drinks fast and bowling was fun. The arcade was fun as well with all the vr games and normal games. Prices not to high but not too low.

I have to say, the management team has done an excellent job bringing this place back up from what it was. It use to be that one movie theatre that we only went to when every other one was full, now we go there every time we want to go see a movie! The additions of a bowling section, arcade section, laser tag, American restaurant, and coffee shop make this place a must-go for anyone looking to spend a couple of hours in Tyler.

Very clean and loads of fun! Lazer tag was great, as was the ropes course. The coffee bar served up an amazing Mango Smoothie and Caramel Machiotto.

My cousin and my husband and I went bowling last night there for the first time. We had a blast. Staff was great and friendly. The only thing we didnt like was that the bowling pins are connected on top with strings,which doesnt let them spin right when you knock them down. Also it would give us a strike when we did not get one. We will go back to try all the other entertainment they have.

A recent public deposition from owners regarding the unfortunate incident that took place with several off duty Bullard Police Officers. Grand Slam claimed they were only enforcing code of conduct......okay for starters its not easily noticed any code of conduct signs posted anywhere when youre there to have fun. Ive investigated into the matter of what really happened that night. Turns out it was just a teenage boy around 12 years of age, initially trying to charge his cell inside of GrandSlam. GrandSlam employees blew the situation out of hand that was really quite unnecessary. Then they promted for security(Off Duty Bullard PD) to remove him from the premises which also didnt make any sense whatsoever. If I remember correctly not too long ago, Grand Slam was struggling financially, especially at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic, & advertised publicly with commercial ads pleading asking for local community to support local businesses like GrandSlam because if matters got worse they would have to close down indefinitely. So the government lifted some restrictions and the local community came to your aid and bailed your business out. This is how you show your gratitude, GrandSlams code of conduct is a joke. That young teenager who was cuffed wrongfully, grabbed by the throat and slam to the ground is just a discrace to the type of people East Texans really are. If GrandSlam/BPD cant act responsibly and handle a typical teenager because they raised there voice and/or talked back, or hurt your feelings then you shouldnt be in business/law enforcement. Grow up, and take some accountability yourselves, wheres yalls code of conduct?! I dont feel safe coming back to GrandSlam especially if Im subject to the same treatment if not worse.

Great place to take the family! They offer arcade games, laser tag, bowling, virtual reality games, ropes course, pizza, espresso bar, restaurant bar and a movie theater! Basically a one stop shop! You load individual games on your card for laser tag, ropes course, VR. Prices range from $3-5 per game depending on how many you load. You use they same card to load tokens for the arcade. Prices ranging from $10-100. Tokens are loaded directly on card as well as tickets you win with certain games. They have a prize room to redeem tickets. They have a pretty good selection of games! Laser tag lasts for 6 minutes, VR lasts for 5-6 depending on which one you select. They have 22 lanes for bowling. Prices vary from $15-32/hr depending on what day you go and time. Shoe rental is $3. They have six VIP lanes that offer a full service bar that can be used for a party. They also do offer party packages. Overall, very satisfied with this establishment! You need to visit this place!! We plan on returning very soon.

If your going to serve Guinness Draft please TRAIN your staff on the appropriate pour for this specific beer. Its a two-part pour and there is a MAJOR difference in the taste when not executed correctly. There arent many places that offer it in Tyler, Tx. Just such a major let down.

Love this place. We are hooked. Everything inside is open now. Bowling, VIP Bowling, Laser Tag, Laser Maze, Rope Course, 3 Party Room rentals, Cocktail Bar, Coffee Bar, and of course the Movie Theater. They also have great food for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Its an all in one event center.

We just finished family fun night and WE HAD A BLAST!!!! Our son accidently spilled his drink while we were bowling and he felt bad about it. Our sweet waitress took time out of her night to cheer him up.Customer service is through the roof!! We had a couple of minor glitches with our bowling game and they fixed them in record time!Definitely suggest going during the week!!

Wow! Im glad the rose city finally got with the times. Kudos to the pyle family for bringing this to life. You can access this via purple or red line. In the bustling area of South Tyler, come this behemoth of entertainment and the go to place of East Texas! There is a little bit of fun for everyone. There is a bar for the adults and separate bowling alley! There is a plethora of games to go to for the kids plus the laser tag and obstacle course. And of course the movies.

Issue from 3-23-2020 ordering Take-OutWith everything going on, I tried to help local businesses around town and help out those in the restaurant business. After placing an order over the phone and arriving 20 min after placing the order (like they told me on the phone), I parked in the dedicated section and called that I had arrived. After some time I was finally able to pay and was told by the person taking payment that my order was not ready but should be out shortly. 10 mins past, then 15 (I’m a very patient person so mind I don’t care if I have to wait and since paying with card I figured they literally are just making the food fresh after receiving payment) then I see other people who arrived after me getting their food first. Call again and right away I can tell there is a problem when they are shocked to find out I haven’t received my order, mind you it was under $10 so it wasn’t like I ordered a lot where it takes time to make that much. The girl that answers takes my info and order info again and says she will call me back once she finds out what happens, more time passes by and at this point no one is calling me back. So at this point I just want my money back and just want a refund since it looks like no food is ever coming. Call to talk to the manager and for get the usual oh well we have not had issues today and I’m sorry, mind you it been over 45 min since placing the order that I was told would be ready in 20 min. I believe I was told it would be 2-3 business days to receive my credit, it’s been over 9 business days and I still don’t have a credit. I’m sharing my experience that way no one should have to endure what I went through. Will I ever go back probably not and I’m not the first person that had this happen to, I was told of something similar happening the week prior to a friend, so not shocked. Hope no one endures what I endured.

We got into a bowling lane that had a pin that was lagging out and kept replacing it after we would knock it over. The manager moved us to a VIP lane even know we said it was okay. Really good experience. We’ve always had a good experience here and we love it. Our server katlyn was really sweet too!

The amount of games is crazy. My kids and their friends really enjoyed themselves. Will definitely go again.

We had a good time. Snacks are WAY OVERPRICED, not worth the money. Also, need a way to keep the bowling balls separate. People in the lane beside ours kept using ours, and it was not appreciated. Even saying something to them did not fix the problem. Will not be going back ANY TIME SOON.

The food at the pizza restaurant is good, very friendly staff! My husband and I had a very nice date with dinner, playing pinball in the arcade, and a great movie (The Breakfast Club) at a great discounted price!!

Went with the kids the first time they love this place the arcade and the bowling. Arcade seemed like a good price but the bowling seemed a little high. Food was ok . Went back with some adult friends to the VIP bowling loved the idea they had but they need more room in the VIP area feels cramp at times people on top of people and especially for the price you pay to be in the VIP bowling room.

Relatively inexpensive for what it is. Clean, well kept. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were just treated amazing in their restaurant! For every 10 dollars spent we got a free laser tag pass. Then because it was Sunday we recieved a free kids meal with every entree we spent. Also deal on appetizers. And because we got kids meals they gave each child a 5 dollar arcade card. Our daughter gas cancer, but she said we do this for EVERYONE! Mattie was our server and she did great woth the nicest smile and even the manager asked how everything was and smiled at us in the way out! 45 dollars for a family of four with a free ten dollars in arcade dollar and laser tag for the while family!!! You cant beat that!!! Thank you all!!!

LIKE A WATERED DOWN DAVE AND BUSTERS..... but with older games. The VR was subpar and nothing more than cheap free Oculus VR games. Bowling was fun, however, and i recommend getting a VIP lane for comfort and privacy!

This place was awesome. We went on like a Thursday to a matinee and we were the only ones in the theater. They have a happy hour where some cocktails are only $3. It was a great experience.

Hands down, our absolute favorite theater ever!We’ve always been fans of them even before when they were Times Square cinema. Even after the remodel they have reasonable prices and the entire place (including the bathrooms) are immaculate!As a woman safety is a high priority and I’ve met felt anything but comfortable there!We highly recommend this theater!!

Great experience. A hidden gem of this town is going to Times Square for breakfast. Its a legit place, and if you eat enough breakfasts that you would welcome adding to your The Diner, 4-Way Cafe, Mamas rotation, this is certainly in that league. And its quiet, which is important for a morning date. And while youre there, why not bowl for $3? Nice morning date.

We have been to this place several times now as a family and we all love it. There is something for everyone. The staff is polite and very friendly. The pizza is very good, games for the kids and bowling. And if you have the time to see a movie they serve beer and a wide variety of food for kids and adults both. 5/5 !

Took all three of my nieces here, and it was a cheap date with top quality entertainment for all three of them. Got the 3 event package for each one, and a $30 game card. The activities offered for probably $65 worth of events and games was more than enough for all of them. Had some amazing pizza while we were there, and dragged ourselves back to the car all played out, and didnt have it in us to try a round of bowling, but that looked equally fun. Will 100% come here again. Theres not many places I can take three kids and have that much fun for under $100, but this was definitely it.

I love this place. It is a great local movie theater. It is generally very clean. They have a VERY good rewards system too! I was worried that their prices would go up with the new construction and everything, but they havent. Ive taken little kids there to play the games in the arcade and they had a good time. I wish they had more games for smaller kids though. Their bowling lanes look really fun as well and I look forward to using them. Would highly recommend.

Best place to go to for entertainment! The staff is so nice and you have to try their new drink! Margarita shots! Like who doesn’t want that. Pair it with an order of fried pickles and your set. 10/10 would recommend. Will get drunk here again.

Theaters are smaller and not as comfortable as their competitors in the new mall. They employ a younger staff and customer service was as good as could be expected on a really busy night. They dont really have any organization to create a smooth flow of people in to each theater, so people were cutting in on other people. Not a horrible experience, but given the choice, I will probably go down the street to watch movies from now on.

My husband & I took my daughter just for the arcade & laser tag. The arcade is kind of pricey but it’s also 2020. Laser tag was a blast even for us adults. It was like being 7 years old again & forgetting about all the bills & adulting I actually have to do. Which, I must say, was really nice. Our overall experience was great. Can’t wait to go back.

We got on movie show times using Google, clicked on the Times Square Grand Slam site. Movie show time 4.00. When we arrived 3.50 and purchased our tickets. But the tickets showed a start time of 3.40. The cashier was extremely nice, however the management to get a refund was rude and ask my wife to prove the posted show time on her phone. She did it was at time we had stated. He then suggested we not use the internet for movie times. This has always been my favorite movie house in Tyler Texas. What has happened to the management? I have met the owner he is 5 stars plus.
