My favorite theater in Tyler. Love the large theaters and the retro vibe. Great employees as well. Can’t wait for the re-open. Been missing y’all.

Personally have been going here since 2006, despite the newer cinemas opening I still love to come here for the great prices and experience.

Still a great theater. The layout is nice with restrooms out front and also at either end of the theater so it is never a long walk. Have always loved this place.

Tried to see RAMBO opening day which is my favorite movie series. I had my 7 month old with me. I was told we could not see it because she was under 6. She doesnt speak and a movie screen looks like a lava lamp to her. So I am told by management that you can let a 6 year old see an R rated movie. A six year old that understands the language and comprehends the violence. Ridiculous policy by this theater. I will not be coming back. Unfortunately its the closest theater to my house.

Ive never had a bad experience at this theater. Im 72 and have to walk with a cane. It makes it difficult for me to carry a drink and food into the movie from the concession stand, and the employees are always so willing to help carry my things for me. I like the way the theater is set up with bathrooms to cover all areas. They always have plenty of showtimes for different times of the day. I enjoy being able to get my senior discount with friendly service. I gave you a big woohoo!

Sorry for my earlier review, I was not paying attention. This place was wonderful and clean, it was nice to come back too, I hadnt been since I was a child. The staff was friendly and no one really gave us a hard time, I only give a four star because half the candies were out and only two sodas where available at the time we had come (about 8pm ripe time for customers to come in). All in all, wonderful experience and I am definitely going here again

This place is absolutely filthy. The floor was sticky and even some of the chairs were sticky. It smelled really bad in parts of the theater. My son bought a monster drink for like 6 bucks which is absolute highway robbery.I went to the restroom after the movie I had to go down five or six stalls just to find one that was halfway clean. I would not recommend this theater to anyone not even my worst enemy..

Low-cost low-traffic theater that its well-maintained and run with securitywith discounts and rewards for regal theater members

The seats are not the most comfortable and some of the lights were left on for about half the movie. The sound is very loud which would be good for a crowded theatre but a little much during the afternoon. The ticket and candy prices were not as much as other places.

Very enjoyable at this theater. Been to this place a few times now and liked this theater more so than the others. Restrooms are clean. Staff are friendly.

We attended Church of the Pines service at the Hollywood Rose. Pastor taught a Biblical based, modern day applicable message. Praise team was awesome!!

Affordable ticket prices, great snack bar, and clean establishment. Occasionally the theater is unclean and bathrooms need attention but for the most part its clean. Its never busy!I guess I hit the wrong star level, @Regal. I forgot to mention that a few weeks ago the ticket box person suggested we go to the early show even though it had already started. He let us know that there was only about 20 people in the theater. We accepted his offer and was extremely happy with the decision. We did miss any of the movie because it was still showing previews. We also saved a little by see an early movie. I would recommend this theater to my friends and family anytime!

Ive seen numerous movies at this theater and have always be treated kind, Im certain that Ill continue to go to this theater. Clean restrooms and reasonably priced for theater prices.

Its not a bad theater, my headset for earring impaired didnt work, but lucky my hearing aids worked well and the movie was loud enough. We saw Harriet, very good movie and the popcorn was good.

Great alternative to studio movie grill. Reccessed stadium seating, less crowded, and clean.

Ive gone to this movie theater since I was a kid and now I take my 13yr old. It is very spacious and from the outside looks great still. But I feel the seats are a little too worn and the general theater rooms (walls and floors)need cleaning to get them looking nice again.

The prices are a little high but its a good place

Great place to see a movie. Not crowded.

Ticket woman was not inviting. She never broke a smile. Our movie was late starting and that’s because we finally went and informed someone. When our movie finally started, we went thru all the thriller previews only to start “Glass” when we were there to watch “Second act”! We had plans after the movie so we just asked for our money back and neither the manager or assistant manager offered anything for our wasted time. Neither of them were particularly hospitable or apologetic.

My wife and I enjoy this movie theater mostly because it is quieter than most theaters. And not as crowded as others in my city

Love the regal rewards cards they offer. And never an issue to find good seats. Customers service is always nice and helpful.

Its dated and in need of a face lift. The chairs arent that comfortable either. It will work if you can only catch your movie showtime here but otherwise would rather go to one of the other ones here in town.

Ive been this theater numerous times. Its usually clean and I have no issues. Its one of the older ones but still good.

Good experience, but not great. The atmosphere is good and fairly clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, but our screen wouldnt turn on for the first 10 minutes of previews, and when it came on, the lighting seemed to flicker and not be as bright as I expect from a projection screen. Our movie still played from beginning to end without interruption, but it wasnt the best movie-going experience Ive had. Still, we will probably be going back. :)

I watched Aquaman in here. Movie was great. I loved the comfortable seats in this theatre. I got 7$ off from Atom tickets. That was a plus point.

The theater is definitely older. The movie quality and sound was fine. Our movie was in auditorium 6 and it was warm, damp, and smelled awful, The chairs were comfortable enough but felt really dirty. The womans bathroom next to the auditorium was nice and clean and well-kept. It seems to me, to fix the dinginess of this theater they need to shampoo the carpet, seats, and walls really well.

Never crowded..current movies. Clean restrooms, excellent snack bar, popcorn and cashier help was friendly!

I love this theater. Prices are competitive with other theaters. Concession is the best and I can still get great popcorn and all the butter I want any and every time I go see a movie there. I highly recommend this theater for family, children and as a great place to take a date.

I will never go here again. We sat in the theater for 30 min...with the lights on while they showed commercial after commercial that we couldnt see because of the blinding lights. Be late if your going.

To the rude lady in the ticket booth... If you dont like your job then please quit. Your bad attitude is contagious and its not fair for a paying customer to be on the receiving end of it. Other than that, the movie and the quality was fantastic. Everyone else was very courteous. Id give This theater a solid 4 stars if it wasnt for the rude ticket lady.

Need better food, hot rolling on the grill for 3hour. Nothing to offer food wise.

While an older style theater (meaning smaller seats, no recline, etc.) The theater was clean, the staff was friendly, the concessions were well prepared.

Went for a 3pm showing of Deadpool 2. At 3:45, they were still showing commercials, so I left. The young manager gave me my money back. I said Id write a bad review and never come back. He was fine with that.

The manager was very helpful, getting us chairs for my handicapped friend to sit at the back since she couldnt go down stairs.

Nice theater, a bit chilly tho I would bring a blanket or hoodie.

I choose to go here over the newer cinemas in Tyler because its usually not crowded at all. If you want to see a movie nearly all by yourself this is the place to do it. Wait until the movie is about to leave the theater then LEAVE YOUR SCREAMING BABIES/CHILDREN AT HOME and enjoy!The service here is top notch. If there is a screaming baby/child all you have to do is tell the manager and he will give you a ticket to use for any movie you want to see anytime. Pretty cool.If you are a parent and you are taking your screaming babies/children to that rated pg13/r movie youve been dying to see then look forward to me and you having a problem!Muah!

Most dirty theater in the area the staff is friendly but the place is not clean

Worst experience for a movie theater. Didnt open doors till 15 min till our movie started. Purchase price for a small drink, $6, which is ridiculous! Hardly any employees there for ticket purchase, concessions, or ticket takers to direct you to right screen. People can easily go through and watch movies without paying. The only thing good was the movie we saw, it was awesome!!

If you want to go to the movies in Tyler, consider AMC. The staff is very disorganized. Who sends someone into a theater with the end of the movie playing for other people which spoiled it for me, it’s common sense to not send people into a theatre too early. If you consider this place, don’t expect a clean theatre, you also won’t have the option to raise the drink holders.

Staff directed us to wrong theater, they did know what was playing where.

Its a good place...good food with the movie...couldnt enjoy the movie there were kids disrupted the movie...there were kids that shouldnt have been in there to young it was rated R movies

Waited about 10 mins in line to get food. When we asked a manager what room was the movie we were going to watch (we bumped into him, no one directed us anywhere, poster was not posted anywhere) he simply said room 4 I believe and kept walking. It was 3. The guy that charged us for the tickets was really nice. Everything after that was just bad.

Half of the movies that were scheduled to play didnt. Had to get the manager to fix the problem in our theater but several other families joined us because their movies went playing

Old but a good place to go.

Its a known as the ghetto theater here in Tyler but its actually one of the best ones we have especially for the price. They also have a small arcade upstairs.

I dont know who said this place smelled bad, the only thing I could smell was popcorn. I like this theater. Friendly employees, good selection at the snack bar. I no longer drink soda pop & they have tea. Also, they give me an AARP discount & the popcorn deal is just that, a great deal.

Hubby and i like to go on tuesday nites. Tickets are alittle cheaper and half price on popcorn. Mmm theater popcorn soooo yummy! Use our regal card to earn points too.

I only stopped by to see if the movie is showing tomorrow. Very helpful.
