Wonderful fun time! Great service! Great food! Theres hand sanitizer and gloves available for the game area. Also saw a person sanitizing and cleaning the game area. Thanks for doing your part in keeping us safe while we are able to enjoy time out with the family.

Always have a great time here. If I come with the kids, we have a great time with the number of games for them. Going on a date is always a ton of fun between getting some drinks and playing games.The VR Star Wars game is amazing. Being able to swing a lightsaber and have force powers.

So yummy, got the garlic cheese curds and the bacon burger with fries yummmmmm. However, the waiter didnt check on us as frequently as we liked. We had to wait awhile to ask for ketchup and ranch. Other than that, customer service was wonderful and food was delicious!!!!

Menu was so limited, trying to be bougie. The game prices were good. It was a Wednesday night, games are cheaper. Two basic drinks 3 sodas 1 kids meal 2 apps (consisting of 5 mini pretzel dogs, the other 4 sliders) 1 burger. 90.00 after 18% tip. Easy before you go.

Everything was awesome while we were watching the Thursday night football game, but our server wasnt always around, but when I went to the host stand Aaron was right there and either answered a question as to where the bathrooms were or when I need silverware they went and got me it. Aaron was awesome and extremely friendly, service was pretty good overall and whenever I needed anything Aaron was there to help. The games were also fun, bit in a Covid-19 word, I never saw anyone cleaning the games. I still played and felt safe though as there was hand sanitizer all over the place but the fact I saw nobody cleaning the games was the one criticism I have on an otherwise fun night.

I would give it a 5 star but most of the machines were down alot of old games and seating was very limited food was exceptional and drinks were phenomenal

The place was GINORMOUS, and was stock full of some really cool games. The prize section was super cool, the bar was really nice, and the televisions were awesome as well. The food, honestly, was the best part. Its was AMAZING.

This place is huge! I had a great time with my family. They had great food with dedicated employees. This is a place for clean refreshing fun.

Food was good, the arcade games are alright but a lot of them are just ports of mobile games like temple run and doodle jump so theres not much point in playing them if youve already played them on your phone. The card system that tracks your earned tickets electronically is nice, as you dont have to carry around a bunch of physical tickets. 3 stars are for the good food, missing two stars since it was kind of disappointing as an arcade.

Great location!I love that they have discounts for military members and first responders. I always enjoy coming out heee and playing the arcade games with a good drink!

Super clean and really good service! Theyre definitely great on the whole covid 19 keeping it safe and yet still fun. Food is priced fairly and the games are awesome.

They close the place at 10pm however they close their game off 20min after they call last round. Our server was Rude to begin with. The manger was nicer and the person who help us in the front gave more Of a friendly welcome.

Came in to celebrate my daughter birthday with 9 in our party. Our sever was Michael was nice but when we ordered our food everyone food came out but my order. When he finally came back he said he messed up but that they were making it. My food came out after my party had already finished their food. I wasnt going to eat alone so I just sat there. Micheal never apologized or offer to take my meal off since I didnt eat it or give a discount for my meal coming out so late and that it was his fault. Every disappointed. Hope I dont get his table again.

The current service is severely lacking.There isnt any signage to seat yourself in the lounge are or a hostess to assist you.After fifteen minutes of standing around waiting to be helped a staff member directed us and informed us of the self seating.After seating ourselves twenty minutes had passed and we finally got acknowledged with some menus.Another twenty minutes goes by and more guests arrive and are greeted with menus as well as beverages in minutes!At this point we just left and informed the manager of the current situation although he didnt seem too concerned.

Server was super attentive and food was decent. The little one loved the game s and the virtual reality ride was impressive.

There service started out amazing. The girls at the front really went out of there way to find me and my daughter a table to sit. However, when I got to the table server was ok. Then service got slower and slower. I asked for my beer did not get it till 20 mins later. The cantina nachos were cold and awful. Good thing is my you g ones is to young to notice these things but me on the other hand was very upset that service went from 100% to a 40% so unfortunate.

Perfect place to take the family for a meal and tons of fun. Good food and worthwhile prizes.

Quesadillas presented a burnt taste and presentation. Restaurant opened 7 minutes late and although one of first patrons, service was a little slow. Food was cold when condiments were finally received. Drunks were bit slow in being topped off. Thanks to the front counter greeter for stepping in to provide table top service.

Very inconsistent!!!! Went here on a Wednesday night and had a great time played virtual reality played half price games really enjoyed myself. Well decided that my daughter would really love the VR so I called back the next day to double check to see if VR was open but it went to voice mail. So we decided to give it a try went back on Thursday (the next day) and they informed me that they do not have VR on week days only on Friday and Saturday! I informed them that they opened it last night which was Wednesday. They then said yeah they decided to open it that day but normally it’s not open. It is very frustrating when a business is so inconsistent and on top of that they don’t answer there phone to even answer basic questions that a customer may have!!! Sooo for that I am giving them a one star!

Great food, lots of different options. Also if you drink there is a bar with lots of cool beverages! Great service! The staff are very attentive and quick to help fix games or get drink refills, etc.Use the phone App for better discounts on tokens. Fun games with great prizes available! Great for having a birthday party. They let you decorate tables with your own decor and have gifts and cake from outside sources. Come early to reserve the tables though because otherwise you do have to pay if none are available. I recommend for all ages!

Drinks good, food good, service good from server! Still same ol bartender that is RUDE and not customer friendly. Anytime you ask for anything it always seems as if your an inconvenience to him. Been here many times and its a trend it seems like. Other than that wont let one sour apple spoil it all. Great place for family fun and normally I dont care foe the food here but upon my recent visit they changed my mind. Got the turkey bacon sandwich and wings... so delicious!!!

I love Half Price Games on Wednesday!! Your money is worth it on Wednesday, plus it isnt as busy. If you want to play and have a good time without having to spend too much on games, I highly recommend visiting on Wednesday evening. Staff is always friendly! They also have the best VEGAN BURGERS!!!

Many people were walking around not wearing masks in the crowded gaming area. I did not see hand sanitizer readily available. People were not social distancing and many people had masks pulled down around their chins. I left after 30 minutes due to being uncomfortable with the amount of maskless people in the gaming area. I cant necessarily blame the business for people being non-compliant as they had plenty of signage saying masks are required, closed certain machines down to allow for social distancing, and the employees were wearing masks. Pre-COVID I loved D&B but I will not be returning until the pandemic passes.

The games are awesome. I always have a good time here. I liked the Jurassic Park game, they have old school games like shooting hoops like the old days, they have Halo and Air Hockey too. They sell beer as well, so its a good time is guaranteed. You can also play some games for tickets and they have cool prizes. I would definitely go again. This place is fun. They also have a restaurant area, so if you get get hungry you can buy food there. Its cool.

Decent experience, the clerks are good about getting costomers through the checkout line quickly. And they seem to be better stocked than a lot of stores at this difficult time.

I dont think D&B needs this rave posting because the brand sells itself, but I always know to call out when credit is due. The staff from the check-in counter to the restaurant, the VR experience to the game floor was just outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time. As a seasonal visitor to Tucson, I have now added this to the top on my go-to list for family entertainment to escape the heat.

Last 2 weeks ago on wednesday we came it food was good and but today for the amount of money we spend couldve gotten more and better tasting food. Our app of wings came out when our food did, wings tasted old not as they were before. Food was bit cold and the forgot to bring out the side salad and brought out fries instead of mac n cheese. Also holding onto our credit card for the whole time made me worried cause they added chips to our game card first. Waitress was super nice and kept checking up on us.

Fun as always, drinks are a bit high but I get that given the current situation. Great job spacing out games so ppl can still enjoy the atmosphere.

So much fun :) if youre looking for a good place to hang out with your family Dave and Busters is the right place. Great variety of games, screens with all the sports and the best part was watching our football team win. Oh, and dont forget the food and service are great.

Good spot for Sunday football.

The kiddos can go off and play but the adults get access to a bar and a pretty tasty menu. I was excited by how delicious the chicken and waffle sliders, a balance of savory and sweet, were at not-a-typical brunch spot. Definitely worth a try!!

Limited gluten free menu for celiac. The lettuce wrap cheeseburger was delicious. It was hand delivered by the manager who specified mt allergy on delivery. It came in a closed container and was handled with care. Hot and fresh.

We waited 5 min at the front desk before someone came to help us. Then we waited for someone yo come take our drink order. Our server came looking for us in the game area not once but twice. Maybe he thought we were gonna take off, I dont know. When he came the 2nd time with the check he asked if we were done. Mind you we ordered their steak, lobster Alfredo (I think thats what it was) and the wings player with fries and some other stuff. I told him were still eating. He said oh because people are eyeballing your table. I felt like we were be rushed. The food was just ok. But as long as my grandson enjoyed himself it was worth the $170.00. I did let a manager know On my way out and he was very apologetic and accommodating. Because of him we will go back again to give them.another try...Update Armando made sure to make our second visit a great one... We will definitely return!

Great place to bring the whole family for a get-together and leave the kids alone while you have a few drinks and play a few games yourself.

It took awhile to get an initial drink at the bar but its understandable with reduction of staff with whats going on. If you want to have fun playing the games but hate being around people this is the time to go a whole lot less of people then at the normal rate.

Originally gave it four stars, for no reason other than Im very hesitant to just give out 5 stars. There really was no downside to the place. We had my sons birthday party there, and everything was handled perfectly. The manager and staff were attentive, the food was quickly prepared and tasted great, the game selection was great, and the kids (and I) had a great time. But the icing on the cake, and the reason I changed up five stars, was the follow up to my review, were it seemed they sought honest feedback in how to EARN that fifth star. So in answer, there is nothing you need to do to earn that last star. Your staff did it all yesterday. The fault was in my review. Thanks for a great party.

Lots of different types of games to choose from. Visiting from out if town, and there isnt anything like this where I am from. Was really fun. I had never seen a 4 player air hockey table until now. Really cool.

Great food and so many games options. We always have fun. We had an issue with one of the games not giving us tokens. The associate on the floor quickly assisted us and got us our missing tokens. This is one of our favorite places to go as a family.

Had our company Christmas party there. Buffet style. Food was very tasty. Service was excellent. It is just a little too noisy for my taste

We normally come here and have a great time, however this past Saturdays experience was a little different. My husband had a medical emergency which resulted in hospitalization. During the incident the staff was attentive, caring and nothing short of medical pros. We want to Thank Manager Mando and his team who helped keep this terrible incident private and offered the utmost care. Thanks again.

Fun place to go play

Service is always great. Even on a busy day, most employees try their best to keep up with everyone. Would like to see a bit more game selection and the VR is not something I enjoy so I cant speak much about that.

Our second time here and the place loses water pressure. Nothing has water, bathrooms are full to the brim, you cant wash your hands. Unsure why they didnt close.Service and food were excellent as always. Beers are ice cold. Jess is a spot on waitress, witty, and a attentive.

Awesome place so we thought till the system crashed while playing games and in the middle of a jackpot ticket win that cost us that win!!!! Nachos where thrown together by RAY CHARLES huge pieces of chorizo like a chorizo meatball, all toppings on one little corner and the rest of chips nada... What a joke!!!!!

Its a great place for kids or if youre into video games this place is for you, however... the food is pretty good the service leaves alot to be desired, its run the gambit of good to basically being ignored by the server. And the hostesses have always had an attitude bordering on rude. I always brush it off but still why? Theres no need for it. The kids love the place thats the only reason we keep going back.

The food and drinks were terrific. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Bathroom cleanliness was an issue. The mens room was messy sink area and papet towels littered the floor as well as no toilet paper in some of the stalls. Game play was fun for us. A great selection of games. The power went out in the middle of us playing games which was disappointing. We left after power outage.

This place is fun. Food was good, service was great. My only complaint would be at the small booths, the tables are actual tables during on the floor, not attached to the wall. I say and then moved to 3 different booths. Every. Single. One was wobbly. And not just slightly. Seriously?! Stick a napkin or something underneath.

We only go for the games now so I only gave it 3 stars. We have been a few times and the food was not worth the price at all. And it takes forever to get a drink. But we love to play the games so we will keep coming back and playing the games!

It was all right we went in to watch the fights the fights were good but the food was kind of off business was slow as usual though because of how packed it was all in all and give it three stars would go back but yeah

So I went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Decent service, accurate if a little slow. The noise and kids were not as bad as expected and we could easily see the game we wanted on a big screen near the table. I had the buster burger and fries. It was good. Not great but good. My companions had the sliders and they enjoyed them, and another had the avacado toast and she didnt appear to like it much. I wont say know if my group wants to return here for food and games.

Great place to play games and even take your kids to play different arcades unlike your common peter piper machines. They have all the upgraded games here.

Dave & Busters is a grown-up persons place for fun, that being said I also believe its a family-fun and friendly place as well. Nothing really for toddlers but they can just run around and theyre having fun. They have better than expected drinks, only reason they dont get 5s is because they dont serve micheladas. All in all we had a blast. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

First of the food service is not the best and the only reason its not a 5 star review. But the food here is delicious, The buffalo chicken burger is the best i cant describe how great this burger was i put ranch on it and it exploded in my mouth so damn good. The games a pretty cool to they have a new VR experience and that was really awesome as well.

So much fun with the kids great games and the food was good too! It is not cheap so plan on taking a small loan out before letting the kids loose. The kids love coming here and ask all of the time to go. The prizes they can win with their tickets are pretty cool. This place is also great for adults with no kids. Cool bar area with a lot of T.V. s for watching the game.
