This place was fun 10 years ago. Now half the games don’t work or have missing parts. Definitely don’t buy a game pass until you check out the games. There will be no refunds. The go karts and bumper boats are 25 years old and half don’t work. Laser tag may be their only savior but the instructions were not clear and teams were not sure how to score points. Will not be coming back and will not recommend to family or friends. We were wishing we were at gulf n stuff the whole time.

My kids always have a great time every time we go to funtastics I really should invest in a season pass since we have been there about once every other week. The staff is friendly I just wish they would add more ride operators on the weekends its pretty busy, and it sucks that my kids have to wait because there is no ride operator. But many times the ride operators let my kids go on multiple times so thats fun. I dont have anything negative to say about funtastics, a suggestion would be maybe more Lounge type chairs at the waterpark and definitely more tables

This place has really gone downhill. The mini golf course is filthy. The turf is torn. The stucco is missing and it really needs a remodel. It cost 24.00 even for a 5 year old! Half of arcade games did not work and took the credits, impossible to get the credit back. I am very disappointed. I feel like they should be charging half, due to only half the park working. The water isnt even running at the mini golf course! Everything is run down....Dont waste your money!!!!

They Ramadas have been improve with refrigerators, Tvs and a safe for your valuables.

We had a great experience. We chose to have my sons birthday party here and wow, Brittany the manager was awesome, as well as the entire staff. Very friendly and helped us have a great day. Thanks for being a family friendly place with great staff. Brittanys customer service was incredible, always checking in making sure we had what we needed. Great place for birthdays.

Made reservations to have a birthday party 2 weeks ago. The staff hadnt been told about it prior to the time of our arrival AND WAS NOT PREPARED FOR OUR SONS BIRTHDAY PARTY. We decided to buy day passes since we had already driven from Sierra Vista.Had several others issues with staff giving my kids attitude about wanting to ride the the rides such as the Frog Hopper again (there was no one else in line to ride). I wouldnt recommend this place for anyones special day. Save your money and pick something else to do with your family to celebrate birthdays!!!

Many machines broken or new and not set up. Mini golf was fun but is old and could use some maintenance. Go carts were fun as well.

Bought the premium wristbands for the family. They come with arcade cards, 80% of the games do not work or do not read the cards correctly. The golf course is falling apart and the water that is stagnating in one of the areas smells horrible. We spent almost $200 tonight and I cant believe how unhappy my family and I were. Staff was rude and two of the cashiers snapped at me when I asked about the available food options. When we asked about the arcade cards not reading, the cashier told us she couldnt help us that the manager was the only one who could fix it and he was busy with someone else. We waited for 20 minutes when another girl came up and said that they wouldnt reimburse us as the cards are part of the wristbands and we should realize that they cant give us our money back after weve been there all day. I told her I didnt want my money back, I just wanted my kids to be able to use the cards to play the dang games. She rolled her eyes and walked away. We never did get an answer about the cards and ended up leaving after riding the go carts once and the bumper boats twice. Not going back anytime soon...so sad, we used to love spending time here. :(

The staff is amazing, my children loved the rides. Expect for most of the games to be broken. Once youre ready to buy a toy with your tickets, the prizes are less than pleasing. We had over 200 tickets and left empty-handed.

It has a water park area with slides for big kids/adults and slides for younger kids. The laser tag area is really fun and the bumper boat water us SUPER clean! Theres much more to do there too. Great place to take kids of all ages to have a memorable time

Had a horrible time with the family. They were understaffed and rude. Games didnt work. No one was working the bumper boats. Stood in line waiting for gocarts all just to be told we were in the wrong line and had to go to the back of the right line. The golf courses were not kept up. Ricks and debris on courses and were run down. This place has gone downhill. Dont recommend taking anyone here to have fun. Not worth the money.

Couldnt bring our own food. Shut down by staff. Last time I listen to an employee that says we can bring outside food. The main goal however was met.... The kids enjoyed there time here...weekend saved.Rides for kids and adults,arcade, and laser tag both to enjoy.

We enjoy coming to Funtasticks because it is one of the only places open for family fun. Most of the games are broken and steal your money. You also have to track someone down to operate the rides for the kids. What gave me the most anxiety was the number of people not wearing masks when the signs clearly show masks are mandatory. When I asked about this I was told they don’t say anything because people get mad. The clientele they deal with is clearly a rough one but if that’s a Mandatory protocol then staff needs to be better trained to enforce it.

Cactus springs is very fun for all ages. It’s very clean and attractive. I think they should add another higher water slide park. 2 reasons: the rest of the park isn’t nearly as nice as cactus springs. Another slide area would increase business. Also, having older kids and younger kids on the same slides is dangerous. My son and two other small children were ran into by sliders who didn’t wait long enough to slide down and ended up running into them at the bottom of the slide. My son was hit by a full grown man and ended up with a bloody nose.We also had a lot of fun in the laser tag.I think they need to clean more often. The tables don’t get bussed too often.Once they start cleaning more and monitor the slides, I will add an extra star!

We had a pretty fun time with my 3 year old. He enjoyed the little kid rides, Lazer Tag, and mini golf! We didnt pay for the water section because we didnt come prepared with swimsuits. We definitely want to try it out next time. Since we spent some much time on the little kid rides I wish there was more than one worker. We had to wait for the one worker to finish at one ride and then run over to our ride to get it going. Sometimes we werent seen and ended up waiting a long time. Overall we had a fun time and cant wait to check out the water park side.

WELL WORTH THE PRICE!!! WE HAD A BLAST ALL DAY!!!! Celebrated my daughters birthday there.

Our trip was on a Monday afternoon and we only visited the water park, but it was the perfect price on a hot day. My little ones are 7 and 2, just the right size to enjoy all the water slides, I think kids older than 13 may find it less exciting. Staff was friendly, park was clean, with plenty of parking.

It is still fun. The go-karts and bumper boats and the staff were great. But the golf course is getting run down and half the games in the arcade were out of order. The laser tag was enjoyable though.

Mask enforcement was non existent. Social distancing was difficult/unable to achieve. Our food order we were told 5-10 minutes took over an hour.BUT for the first time ever all the attractions were operating even if staff to run them were often distracted.The only attraction I witnessed being cleaned between uses were the go karts.We had fun but I didnt feel very COVID safe.

Understaffed, horribly like 1 person to run 5 rides... not observant allowing kids who have rode several times to ride again before another..one of my kids were the exact height right under the height marker and was refused to ride. Refillable cups were not available for purchase.. here on a vacation/ family matter and trying to have fun and not really having the greatest time here..

Worst time I have ever had at this place. Many of the machines were either broken or they would just steal your money. You would think with this place being closed down for Covid, when they opened back up everything would be nice and clean and working properly. Nope.. Last time Ill be here. Peter piper is way nicer.

They completely botched my daughters 13th birthday party. Greatly understaffed, half the games dont work right, and waited way too long and far too often for employees to randomly show up and run the rides and laser tag. We waited over a half an hour for them to walk our cake back out from the fridge. I wont be going back any time soon. Everyone was kind, but being that understaffed meant that we paid per hour to just constantly wait around for employees.

This was our 1st time. We enjoyed ourselves playing miniature golf. The strong smell of chlorine was unpleasant, but necessary. Customer service was VERY POOR.

The only water park left in Tucson, but its a nice park wish there was a lazy river it would be perfect.

My kiddos adore this place. So much to do for not a lot of ! Their laser tag ring is huge and my kiddos from age 6 to age 12 fall and enjoy themselves tremendously. We will definitely be back

Awesome experience, truly loved this place. It made me feel like a little kid running around, excited about the next game. When over with my son, played a little bit of everything and I can tell you it wasnt really expensive (at least the gaming part), not the food part thats another story, do not order the personal pizza its a $5 waste of money. On a different note though I actually witnessed this kid who won a play station 4! They have this gaming machine right next to the restrooms. Its $2 each try but this kid spent less than $20 and walked away with a brand new ps4 so I guess its worth the shot

Everything is so great I would have given it a higher review EXEPT for when doing go carts 2 people hit me and caused a collision. The girl who caused it got a talking to and she said that it wasnt her and I should get kicked out even though she hit me. I was suspended even though it wasnt my fault. I hope next time they will not blame the person who didnt do anything wrong

Cool place to bring family. They have an arcade, mini golf, go karts, waterpark and some kids rides. Pretty cheap prices too they have a 3 hour unlimited outdoor pass for 20 bucks

We payed for the elite wristbands and it allows you to be the all day and use all the attractions. However there isnt staff attending to the rides so its a if your lucky to get on you get on type of deal. I wouldve liked more for my buck. We got to get on each ride at least once.

We go for Cactus Springs, and my 5 year old loves it there. It is busy, and a bit expensive but totally worth it for the joy she gets from the place.

Drove up to funtasticks with 3 kids. Wanted my kids to have some fun after being cooped up for so long. Arrived two hours before close to take advantage of their Twilight wristband. Was told they would not be honoring it (even though it was on their website) because they were just opening again. So i was expected to pay 25 bucks per kid for two hours of playtime, when half of their stuff is not even open. Waste of time, horrible customer service. DONT waste YOUR time.

I wish I knew about this place sooner.........my whole family loves it .... even my 80 year old mother .....it is alittle pricey but its great......

Food is not what they advertise online the cashier was rude food was cold that is for starters a little go-karts there was only one so my friend sends couldnt even use them at the same time together this is my first time most likely my last too bad about the food menu online the restaurant and employees did not all match on what you offered and when I got offered was not what I asked for

Went today and got the elite wristband so the kids could do the waterpark the rides and have the arcade cardsAwesome time at the waterpark my four-year-old had a good time on the rides it was worth itThe only thing is we were signed up for a laser tag a certain time and the kids didnt even get to go in until about an hour after that set up time they said it was due to shift changeand that the other attendant just might not have seen us even though we were literally sitting at the booth at the entrance of the laser tag so that was kind of a bummerI would bring snacks if you go because a lot of their menu that is listed they do not actually haveMy moms a vegetarian she ordered a veggie burger they were out so she ordered a salad they were out then she ordered a fruit cup and they were out of that as well I tried to get corn dogs a quesadilla or mac and cheese wedges for the kids and they were all out as wellThats definitely not any of the employees fault just a heads-upOverall the water park itself is worth it

Lights are out everywhere around the miniature golfing areas. The fountains have standing water . The bridge is about to collapse if the right person walks on it.

Lots of fun!! Laser tag is pretty cool here, 3 story area to run around and play in. Also have go carts, bummer boats, mini golf and other things for all ages. In summer there is a water park to cool off in too.

We went for the water park- and we WILL BE BACK. I think what sets this aside from the rest is that they allow you to bring your own food. It was so nice. Families picnicked and stayed for hours. The kids had a blast, and there were no issues. The lifeguards were super friendly as well!

There are a lot of fun things to do at Funtasticks! We only did mini-golf, which was okay. There were quite a few holes that needed repairs done on the turf, several of the obstacles were either broken and/or missing. I am sure that the rest of the place was better, but the mini-golf area isnt too great.

Brittney S. has been super awesome and helpful. Since the COVID-19 virus came, we were unable to do my sons birthday party, which in turn caused us to cancel and request for a refund. We had a slight hiccup with miscommunication with another associate, however, Brittney S. was attentive and was able to get it fixed quickly. In addition, she went out of her way to reach out and thank us for our business. We will come back for sure, after AZ opens up safely. Ask for Brittney for your birthday package, she is kind.

Not a huge park, but great for my 3 kids (6, 9, and 11). Theres barely ever any lines, the staff is always friendly, and the prices are pretty good. My kids have a blast all day. We will be getting season passes, as they are less than double the price of a daily pass! Had I been told that at our last visit before I bought the daily passes, Id have given 5 stars.

Good place for mini golf, including one course that works well if youre in a wheelchair. They also have a small arcade, and a fairly big go-kart track. They could use a little ventilation in the main building though.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered chicken tenders and fries from the snack bar and was served completely uncooked chicken tenders. I brought the raw chicken tenders back up to the counter and asked for a manager who then proceeded to argue with me telling me that all their chicken tenders are pre-cooked so my food couldn’t possibly be uncooked. All the while I’m holding raw chicken in my hand showing him. Getting no where with him I told him I was going to make a complaint to health and safety. He then tried to take my food that I’d already paid for away but I stopped him long enough to take a couple pictures. After all of this I had to demand that he replace my food with a new fully cooked basket of chicken tenders and fries. I’m completely surprised and appalled by the lack of quality and service of this place.

The new water park is extremely amazing the water is ice cold which is perfect for this summer heat.

Funtasticks its such a fun place to visit. I decided to buy the annual membership for my family and weve been enjoying a ton. It is totally worth it. If youve never done laser tag and are able to do it I recommend you give it a try there. It is so much fun. The rides are fun for kids ans adults. Theres something for everyone.

While at cactus springs this weekend my daughter went down the red slide and was ran into by another kid causing my daughter to chip her front tooth. When I asked if there was liability insurance I was told by the manager no. I would think there would be for situations like this. We will be rethinking the decision to have her party there.

The mini golf course was fun. There are two courses 18 holes each. Good sized for young kids. The rest looked fun but we only play mini golf there. They also have laser tag, a few rides, and go carts as well.

We got an annual pass for Christmas. Half of the arcade games dont work and the train was down while we were there recently. They were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully everything will be up and running next visit.

Not sure how to rate this.....the grandkids had a blast and enjoyed themselves a lot. I would give 1 star if they hadnt had so much fun. I had my service dog with me and the employee at the gocarts said I needed to tie him to the fence, in the grass. I was there for fun, so I didnt fight about it. After our turn, I hurried over, untied him and left the track area so they could start the next session. As we were watching the twins in the mini carts, an employee approached me and told me I had to leave because my dog had went to the bathroom in the grass and I hadnt cleaned it up. I explained what happened and apologized for not picking it up, as I didnt see it or know that it had happened. He hassled me a little more and I explained that he could explain it to his boss and if he had a problem, he could come see me...he did and did. Again I got to explain everything, including the law. Altogether they wasted about an hour of my time with my grandkids. Seeing how I got to take 1 go cart ride for $20, it really sucked. It was extremely expensive and overpriced, especially the food. Probably wont be back here, Ill find a better location.

This place is the funnest place ever i go here all the time and i love it

I took my daughter here for her 12th birthday. They had a good time. However, its fee structure seemed complicated. Food prices were over the top (typical with such places), and I felt like other than miniature golf, water bumper boats and laser tag, there wasnt much else going on. It was not crowded when we went, which is a bonus in my book!

I usually take my kids and their friends here for birthdays. They have mini golf, go karts, arcade, mini rides for the younger kids, and an extremely cool laser tag. The laser tag is probably my familys favorite. They have s water pad/park but we havent used it yet due to when we go during the season.

This place is very good for children and for children to have fun but there is no restroom.

OMG!!! I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Funtasticks!! My daughter had her very first big girl Party, unicorn themed of course! I must have called the event planner Terry a dozen times in the week leading up to the party. She was so helpful and answered all my questions, and so pleasant.I checked in on the day of the party and was assigned Ryn as my hostess. She introduced herself and said she was here to help with food and drinks. She noticed me running back and forth bringing in boxes of decorations, balloons, and helium tanks. Ryn immediately offered to help carry the decorations in. To my surprise she even helped decorate! She set place settings, helped hang the banners, tape balloons, EVERYTHING!!! She absolutely went above and beyond, and it continued after the guests arrived. She made sure everyone had their food and drink orders timely. One of our guests had her hot dog roll onto the floor, and they replaced it at no cost!When the party ended Ryn was right there to help take all the decorations down and carry the gifts to the cars.If youre considering using this facility for your childs birthday, or some type of event, I highly recommend you do!!!Thank you, Funtasticks, for making my daughters first birthday party so wonderful

We had a blast! They were low staffed so we had to wait at a ride for an attendant but it wasnt bad at all. It wasnt a huge place but I thought for a day of fun it was well worth it. We had pizza and it was pretty good. Some of the rides looked a little older but thats fine. The kids enjoyed everything especially the water park. Will definitely be returning.

Fun place for the kids but some investment in the mini golf course is needed as numbers and flooring are very worn. Also same staff dealing with food, tickets and prizes so queues are confusing. Menu could offer some variety and an order screen would be good so you can see when your food order is processed.

Staff could be a bit more enthusiastic and helpful. More guidance around the activities.

Fun place for family. My kids love the cactus spring, cold water doesnt stop them. They could pause and take some rides, go-kart, frog hopper, and back to the water. From morning till afternoon. Great lots of fun and laugh

It was fun! However I wasnt impressed with the attitudes of some of the staff and there was only one kid go-cart charged. We live about 90 miles south east of Tucson and came after much deliberation for my sons birthday. We went on a Monday night which hugely cut down on crowd traffic. Enjoyed laser tag a billion times, the big go carts, bumper boats, the kids even played a few games. Didnt really have time for golf...and it was still to cold for the water park to really be fun for us. Over all it was great, with better customer service it would have been an amazing experience.

Best amusement park in Tucson. Laser tag is spectacular compared to Golf n Stuff. They added a water park which I heard is fun. It also has go kart racing, bumper boats, and mini golf.
