Helpful! Ordered something extra when I went to pick up the pizza. They offered to keep the pizza warm and they always mention a deal or a way to save some money!

We went around 330p.m.It was fun!!!With this whole COVID it was great to see how managers have sanitizer at the entrance and through out the facility and the areas 6ft apart.All staff were very welcoming, really nice and attentive.

I entered the establishment with my 2 adult sons and as we approached the counter a young latina woman dressed in black yelled at us stating, You need masks on! Her shouting caught the attention of a family seated and eating at a table. A woman approached us and offered to give us masks. I politely and respectively declined her offer. I donned my mask and took the order from my sons then they went outside the establishment. The young lady took my order but in a very aggressive and condescending manner She continued making remarks to her coworker which I couldnt quite discern about my sons and I not wearing masks. I was not pleased with this young ladys manner in her handling of this situation which created for my sons and I an unpleasant and dissatisfied customer service experience!!

I had my sons 6th birthday here. The food was good, the building was very.clean. employees were in top of making sure customers were following the rules such as having masks on while in the gaming area. When I called ahead to make a reservation, the gentleman I spoke.with was extremely friendly and was very informative, telling me things to do and ways.to.save money. I forgot a knife to cut the cake with, and they provided.me.one free of charge. I didnt like the fried zucchini too much, and music a little depressing, very very mellow but those are the only 2 things I myself wouldve liked to be better. The pizza was very good and so were the boneless wings

Nice experience for any kids birthday party! Friendly staff with great deals on food(only for birthday parties). However, if youre not there for a party, the food can get quite expensive. And staff can be hard to find at some times. But, I enjoy this place for birthday parties.

Somehow our party reservation didnt show but they took such great care of us anyways. Cant thank you guys enough for everything. Staff and food were fantastic!

I like this location but he sprite taste bad i hate places where there soda is bad seeing u are paying 3 dollars for one i should taste right. If not for the bad soda this place would be 5 stars.

It is what it is- only restaurant can take hyper 3 yr old /bored pre-teen/grumpy grand ma and everyone has good time. Beer, pizza doesnt suck. Be prepared to spend $20 @least on games -take a coupon (they put them in mail)

This Peter Pipers is a very good place to go when you want to have family time and just kind of get away so like that you dont have to really think about anything you go. There you have fun. The people The staff are very friendly. Very nice. Me and my family been going there for years. We love it there. Its our local Peter Piper Pizza. Thank you for being in our community.

I made a pickup order went to get pizza no curbside parking to pickup order only space I could find was behind building.

We had a party for my son here on Sunday, and I love the fact that Peter Piper assigns somebody as your party host because it makes the whole experience so much easier. The pizza was delicious and you could tell it was very fresh. All the games were in working order, which I appreciate since there were a lot of people there. My ONLY complaint about my trip is that there were only two machines working to count tickets. This caused incredibly long lines at those ticket counters, sometimes waiting up to 15 minutes. Other than that, everything was great.

New york style three cheese is really very good. Kids love the place. Smoke free!!!! Weekends get very busy. Take out is my deal when its real busy.

This was my first time in 15 years that Id been to PPP. I had a good time there. The staff were very nice and responsive. Im going there again for another friends kids birthday party, next month. I hope the experience is equally good.

Peter Piper is always fun. We have been going there for years but this past Saturday night they had the most unfriendly policeman as security. He obviously did not want to be there and did not smile one time in the 2hr. span of our visit. I have seen the coolest, friendliest police people. They are approachable and warm, especially to children. This hard stoic man made me feel like I just robbed a liquor store and I am a 50 yr. old women. Was he there to intimidate the kids? I do not get it.

No longer self serve. Things that could be touched are handled by staff including plates silverware and straws. Re-designed to serve you and not spread viruses. Helpful management and employees. Everything is doubly cleaned including bathrooms.

It is Awesome the kids really enjoyed themselves they had a very good time and that was all that mattered they were Happy. Staff were great our Orders were not long Excellent Service it was a busy night and they had a lot of Pizza Orders for the evening. Peter Piper Pizza is consistent and distinct for what it is. Sometimes you just have that craving for it. Not anything special, and the venue is pretty much a kids party palace. But if you have a coupon and its during the day mon-fri (to-go is your best bet otherwise), then indulge on pizza flavors you can only find at this or any other Peter Piper.

Not great pizza by my standards, but the kids love it, so its a great place to go for a birthday party to keep them happy and for everyone to enjoy themselves.

Very family fun oriented. They have good party packages for large groups, the cast comes to around $5 a person which is pretty inexpensive. My family and I always have a blast when we go. They even have beer for the grown-ups so that is a plus. The customer service is pretty good and the pizza is always great.

Excellent location, big space for birthday parties or just family outings. There is a small indoor playground for smaller kids, free merry go round rides, awesome buffet prices that includes unlimited pizza, salad and breadsticks. The arcade is very fun and perfect place to have fun with your kids.

Our family had an amazing Family fun night last Friday!! Special great big thanks to the staff... Kaylie and Danielle. Our 9 year old son has autism and was overwhelmed at the prize counter. Staff ANYWHERE generally get snappy and short... Not here thank God she was as patient as can be!!! My husband who since a recent spinal surgery has needed to use a cane. Checking the pizza he was supposed to call me if it was up so I could help carry it.... No need STAFF right there for him offering to help carrying or order to the table... You never know what people are going through.... A slight act of kindness can make Family Fun Night... An AMAZING NIGHT!!!! :)

Had my babies bday party here, yes everyone does but our host was so nice and very attentive even woth all the parties going on.

My experience here was very nice here. There are many games to try out. Speaking of the rides, they were okay but not good: I was getting on a ride with my friend when an employee told me that I couldn’t ride with my friend. I tried to tell him that she was my friend and she gave him four tokens and she was from our party. The employee didn’t care and said that I had to give him the tokens as well. I ran out of tokens and before I finished telling him that, he told me to “get out of my way!!!” - =

The kids had a blast celebrating their cousins birthday. They collected lots of tickets and purchased over priced items like candy and toys from China. The jungle gym smelled like feet. The pizza was like hot cheese on cardboard. I drank beer as money was siphoned out of my pocket. Overall, the perfect Peter piper experience.

This is a great way to celebrate my daughters 2nd birthday because all the kids and adults can enjoy. The food was brought to our table hot and with a smile. There is parking in the back of the building if the front parking spaces are full.

The buffet closed at 2pm, we arrived at 1pm. There was no salad bar or wings and the pizza was hard as a rock . Everything was so salty Ill probably die of heart attack. Wont be eating here again!!

Kids love this place. We had a birthday party there. It was reasonably priced, service was good for a Saturday. Food was good! Definitely a win for the kids.

I reserved just the tables for my sons birthday party instead of paying for a party package. When we arrived the tables were all set up with the tablecloths and reserved signs at the ends of the tables. They had no problem with us bringing our own themed tablecloths and balloons. They tell you when you reserve for a party that you only get 1 hour and 45 minutes for the party. In our case we were there much longer and no one bothered us or tried to kick us out. At the end they cleaned everything up. Party was a great success.

LUV this place. Im in my early 40s n it was my child hood pizza place 2 GO 2. Now I luv taking my GRNDBBYS n enjoy seeing their LIL faces light up like mine n bunch of of other people did when we was once that age.

Peter piper pizza has the kids birthday party down to a science. They provide excellent service even when the place was a packed and it would seem like that was impossible! Great job! I love their pizza, not the highest quality pizza out there, but they have a tangy sauce that makes it one of my favorites!

Peter Piper Pizza here in Tucson has never let us down. The pizza is always delicious, the wings tasty and good beers on tap. When the adults wanna hang with the kids for fun and games on any night of the week, this is the place.

Some of the games bootgang your coins, the advertisements made it look cool but not as great, the tickets are easy to get but I see why, BECAUSE A RING POP IS 500 TICKETS! Then have EVERYTHING OVERPRICED, candy low as 30 tickets. Im done I spent 1103 TICKETS ALL ON CANDY, and only got 23 PEICES! Then tokens are kinda cheap. The only good thing was I played with my friends, sorry pp pizza.

Pizza is very good and the manager is awesome! Friendly staff which is also nice when you go out to eat.

This location is extremely busy for the most part. Just be prepared to wait a bit longer than usual for your pizza. Still great food and lots of games for kids to play, including a roller coaster. Personally, I often opt for other locations to avoid the big crowd.

It has good food but the games are not kept up very well some take your coins and wont play and some just dont even work. The game area is not big enough for the amount of people that go there so it is hard to walk or play since people always bump into each other. There are also some employees who are not so kind to the kids and some who just do not even seem like they want to do anything. I did give 3 stars for food and seating. Lastly if you plan on going get there as early as possible since parking is a nightmare.

I have never seen such a large Peter Piper Pizza its like a large theme park in there so many machines carousels etc for the kids to play on WOW. Lunch buffet was nice also.

Always a nice place to celebrate birthdays but its always packed during the weekend.

Peter Piper Pizza makes some great chicken wings. We expected something greasy but they were made well. The biggest issue we had was not being able to hear our number called when our order was ready. I would suggest installing something that would display the number that is called and those ready for pickup.
