My daughter and I came here today and we had a great time! My daughter had fun playing all the games and riding on the many rides they had. I love how everything was one token. The lady at the front desk was really nice and the guy walking around was also nice. Great place! Pizza was also very good!

I came just to pick up a pizza, as I was nostalgic for their pizza. Unfortunately, their pizza is lower-tier, which shouldn’t be a surprise with how quick it was prepared. Plus, the ingredient base isn’t good, and you can tell that it’s not made with quality. Certainly overpriced for what you get, $10 for a personal cheese. As such, I’d honestly recommend trying to sneak food in. I’m still giving it 4 stars, as they provide entertainment with the food being a necessary afterthought for a place where people may be spending a long amount of time. I did receive good service, which should be expected as I went there during the middle of the day on a weekday, so it’s not like the staff have a lot to do as there aren’t going to be a lot of kids around at that time

Chuck E. Cheese was great as always even in a pandemic! Customer service was fantastic! They are always so friendly. Pizza was A grade for a eat & play spot as usual, & the safety accomodations during the Covid 19 crisis were very reassuring for my son & I. Although Chuck E. Cheese Mouse himself was at home working on music, we still had a good time. Thank you for keeping up the new reputation guys!

Not a corporate location so call for promotions as website shows deals for corporate locations only but they honored my promo anyways and they kept the place clean and sanitized throughout our visit. Good service and kids enjoyed it?

Didnt even make it in the door. Parked my dually in the shade taking up 2 spaces. Management greeted me at the door and asked if they can help me. I responded no I was just meeting my kids to eat pizza. She then asked me to move my truck. I asked why and she said I was taking up to many spaces. Ok I was parked in the corner and there were a total of 4 other cars in a lot that holds 60+. Thanks for the hospitality I guess my $60 pizza deal doesnt include parking.

First time to Chuck E Cheeses and I can honestly say that I just didnt feel what the hype was all about. Its definitely only for kids and you can tell by the layout of the bldg. So if you are planning to grab some Pizza there be prepared to hangout with a bunch kids. The Pizza isnt gourmet at all and for the cost of a Large Pizza its quite expensive. The games are kid friendly, but the game area is congested. They have a table area for kid partys as well but I couldnt tell you what the pricing was as I was attending a party there. I would probably put the target age of a place like that 10 and under. Recommend :|

Been a while since Ive been there. Pizza was pretty good. Loved the crust. Cant help but smile when you see the joy it brings the little ones.

Plastic from the dough in my pizza crust almost choked then there was more another guest food as well.

Every time Ive been there the services are horrible. Rude, hrs of delay on party food and extended for anyone ordering hot food. The games are mostly broken, they are completely out of service or just take your money and dont function. After 3-4 reimbursement from different games you get tired of tracking someone down to come help you. Only reason i gave it 2 stars was because the food isnt bad, the security at the door is great being that I have a 3yr old and the games that worked he was able to play at his age. The prices are ridiculous high for the broken down facility and big lack of service.

Went for a birthday party. The pizza was good! I liked that we only found maybe 2 games that didnt work at the time! Which is good if you been to a few places like Chucky E Cheese and half their games didnt work! We had fun!

Chuck E. Cheese stuck to what they do best, provide games, pizza, and a little entertainment. The pizza was actually surprisingly delicious, better than I remember it being. My main complaint about my visit here is that at least 5 different machines were not working or out of order without some sort of signage. I lost like 6 tokens simply because the machines were eating them up. Put some signs on when theyre broken, thats all I ask.

I appreciate their Tuesday specials, but their staff need a little more training. Specifically, the young man who was the chuck e cheese mouse. Not enthusiastic at all and so boring. He also wasnt helpful at the counter when customers were placing their orders. He failed to mention to them the specials which really frustrated a family that was ahead of me. I had to step in and explain their Tuesday deal! However, the manager working on this particular evening was wonderful and the pizza was delicious!!!

Everything is too expensive on this place im only giving it two stars because they have a good way of dealing with covid and a great staff but all the prizes kids want to enjoy are basically impossible to obtain because its 3 tokens for a dollar and the games barely give any tickets the food also takes too long to be done.

My niece had her birthday here this past Friday and it was great! A very affordable price for everything included. She was very happy. The staff was super nice and did a great job. Special thanks to our party host and Chuck E!

Our 4 year old wanted to celebrate her birthday at non other than Chuck E. Cheese.... She had a blast and management was a tremendous help working within our budget... Thank you!!!

Great food and service fun for kids

Decent prices and super friendly staff. One of my sons really wanted a balloon. There were no balloons at the ticket redemption counter. One of the employees stopped what he was doing and went to the back to find a leftover birthday balloon. Very kind.

Enjoyed taking grandkids, they both had fun. The young man that waited on us, have to say he was great. Friendly and helpful, great job!

Our host was great and service was prompt. The only downside was that the manager wanted our table cleared right at 12 on the dot even though there were no other parties coming in. Other than that everything was great!

Our son had a great time with all his friends! The staff was really kind and helpful, we had no idea what to plan or expect and they knew how to just keep the party on pace with pizza and singing and dancing with chuck while the kids still had plenty of time to play! The pizza was also great, better then standard kid play zones pizza. The facility was very clean and fun! We would do it again in no time.

First time bringing my 2yr and 3yr olds. They had a blast and the pizza was very delicious. 98% of the games take 1 token which is even better lol... and chucky came out to great the kids for a few minutes and threw out tickets to the kids.. planning next family day here or even a birthday party... we will see....

My kids really love this place, everytime we give them the option of where they want to go they always pick here. I love that they check the number stamp before you leave, it does make me a little more comfortable letting my kids play alone without me following them. The pizza is good, most of the games are one token which I love. I love the coupon they have for tokens only plus all the other coupons they have. The pnly thing is the salad bar that I feel is ridiculous expensive, it is a one time serve but that is my only negative thing about here. Alwaya friendly staff and we have a great time.

Disappointed with the birthday party. 5 children didnt show up, but they charged us for all 11 children, eventhough we told then. They were out of the dip n dots. The pizza was terrible, one was burnt/black on the bottom. No attendant in the game room. Half the games were out of tickets or not working properly, when we hunted someone down and told them, nothing was done. The host wasnt verry helpful. The manager didnt rectify the over charges when we brought it to her attention. And the person in the Chuck e Cheese costume, obviously didnt want to be there. We will never have another party here! Havent been here in years. Brought my granddaughter for her 1st birthday so she ride the little rides and play a couple games. Over half the games we played didnt work and everytime Id tell someone ( cause Im spending my money to play) I got an eye roll from the asst manager This place was not fun and I saw more upset customers than happy one . Ill never come back. Peter Piper Pizza has better customer service and never have they made me feel bad for a broken machine

I went there with for my youngest nephews birthday party it was very enjoyable lot of fun games recommend for birthdays for the little ones they will get to go in the ticket tube which will blow tickets up in their face and in the air and all around inside the tube they get a hangout with Chuck-E-Cheese himself for a little bit I would also recommend this as a weekend or after school activity just because of the games they have cool prizes that you can redeem with the tickets the pizza was very tasty and the staff there was very friendly and welcoming and I really liked that they have a system in place to make sure kids dont leave with strangers they use a invisible ink that they check and make sure that the parent or legal guardian have the same specifically designated number for the child accompanying them hands down would recommend it

Im guessing it was the manager since he was dressed in all black but he was very rude. The place was empty no one but myself and two 2 year olds. But they were having fun as theyre suppose too and he kept breathing down our necks as if he didnt want them touching any of the games. I even told him sorry sir if theyre bothering you but we will be leaving right now he just let out this little smirk and walked away. Very bad experience felt uncomfortable even being there.

The food is REALLY good, we went for a birthday party (like most adults who enter) as soon as they opened. It was nice being there that early with a toddler because it wasnt too over stimulating as soon as you walk in.Surprisingly my shy son (2yo) was not afraid of characters singing, music, noise, lights (i think i was more affected than he was haha) and the staff was spectacular with all the birthday kiddos.

Kids had a lot of fun and the pizza wasnt bad. The salad bar had a lot of options so it was great. It was quiet for a Tuesday night but very nice

I like that games are 1 token a piece. However, the lunch buffet had little to no selection of pizza and it looked like it had been sitting for awhile. For about the same price, I would recommend Peter piper pizza, even with their games priced from 1 to 4 tokens per game.

I have small children, so most of the games and rides here were great for my kids. Theres a coupon from their website that we used; 100 tokens for $20, which works it to be 20 cents per token. Its a pretty good deal, especially since you can pay a penny a point when redeeming tickets.I didnt love it, because it is rather old inside, and well loved. The pizza was also kinda extensive, and the DRINKS were crazy expensive.The parking lot was difficult to get into just because the road has a divider, and you have to make a u-turn to get in, but the parking itself was good and clean, and there was a trashcan outside for last minute trash.Its a pretty good place for young children and families.

It was the first time our family went to Chuck E Cheese. We went with my 3 yr old grandson. It was really a fun time until my grandson had to go to the bathroom.The bathroom was not kid friendly at all. The counter tops are too high which makes it impossible for the child to turn on the water or to even reach the water. At the same time that we were in the bathroom there was a young girl about 6 yrs old and she could not reach the handles to turn the water on to wash her hands after using the bathroom. I did help her but for being such a kids place I was very disappointed the the bathroom was not kid friendly at all!

They don’t have the pizza and dessert buffet anymore, they don’t do any promotional stuff that’s advertised, and when we asked about it they told us in a snotty way and just let us walk out without checking our arms for the correct codes, it’s not a happy play to be at, some workers are rude and it could definitely be better if they added a sign on the door saying they don’t do anything that’s promoted by the Chuck E. Cheese brand!

Bring your earplugs and hang on for dear life. The employees always seem irritable (because they hire young kids to work with kids), the food isnt that great, and you spend a fortune getting tickets to buy a piece of plastic that was made in China for 1¢. The mouse doesnt even make his way around to the tables unless youre in the birthday zone. If I could never step foot inside this place again, Id be a happy man.

This is one of my daughters favorite places to eat. She really loves the games. Some of the games a little finicky but staff has no problem giving back any adjustments needed. Staff is friendly.

It was pricey compared to other like restaurants. Unfortunately, quite a few games ate some of our tokens, others werent working properly or were missing parts. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. My daughter is very particular with her pizza and wanted some extra pizza sauce for it and they even warmed it up for her. Overall, it wasnt a bad experience.

My Son had his Birthday party here and he and his 12 cousins had so much fun. The staff was awsome, curtious and attive.

Update: Another visit, a completely different experience. Several machines ate tokens, several others didnt give tickets. Not as clean, stagg not overly friendly. Dropped from 5 stars to 2. What a disappointment.Best one Ive been to. Clean, speakers set at a reasonable volume. Friendly staff.

Well, if they installed a soundproof adult only beer garden, with a two way mirror to keep an eye on the kids it would be perfect. My one complaint was I paid 7 dollars for a single serving at the salad bar. Really? Maybe include one more trip to it for that price. Especially since I saw only one other person eat from it on a busy weekend day!

First of all, the pizza is gross. Would rather buy dollar store pizza than eat chuck e cheese pizza. At least the dollar store pizza will all be the same size and has no gaps in between the pizza. Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL! >:(
