We had a great time bowling here. There were empty lanes between groups for social disting. Plenty of hand sanitizing wipes and spray bottles that you can use to re-sanitize your bowling area or bowling balls. We went in on a Tuesday and there was a bowling league playing. We were able to get two lanes at the very end of the alley. Since there was 7 in our group (family) we were able to get two adjoining lanes. We got sodas and an appetizer plate. (Thought about removing a half star for this next part) The only down side was that there was only one employee dealing with most all of the interactions with customers. He gave us our lane, shoes, cooked and served us our food and sodas, responded to our request for assistance on our lane and took payment at the end of our games. We did see a second employee but we never interacted with him and we only crossed paths with him when he was using the access door to go behind the lanes. We had a problem on our lane and it took quite awhile before the one employee came over and corrected the pins in our lane. Overall we had a great time and I can understand having minimal staff as we start to open back up from Covid19.

I ordered nachos. Thats it nachos. After 30 mins and still no nachos. I went up to ask for a refund and they were just making them. No gloves and chili and cheese on the guys hand thats making my food. Grose. I will never go back again. They lose my business. They deserve negative stars

Nice center. $5.32 per game is a way too high. Youd think first day open would be a special rate.Bowled on a lane with no fan.Desk person for some reason could not understand my questions.It is a very nice bowling center to bowl in.

Literally average. Average bowling experience. Average dive bar. Quintessentially average arcade games (although priced outrageously as seems to be the norm)The specials on drinks that we stopped in for were sold out and no compensation was had.The specials for bowling were a tad misleading.Overall just a meh experience. If the company hadnt been so delightful that I kept, I daresay I would have had a 1star experience.

We brought a group of 11 people this evening. We arrived around 1030. Signage and online says they are open till 1 am and we chose the unlimited bowling per person. It appeared there were plenty of people bowling and spending money to stay open till their standard time of 1 AM. They decided to close at 12am anyway. We had a mixed group of minors and of age patrons.11:08- One person from our party went to get a drink, was served, and literally right behind him was another person from our party who was denied.Around 11:10-11:15 a person from our party went to get a sprite and was told she couldnt be served one because they quit serving.At this time an of age patron went to get a pitcher of beer not knowing that they had quit serving 50 minutes before they closed.He was denied and told that they announced last call just before he arrived to order. None of the people in our group heard this announcement, had we, I guess we shouldve rushed to the counter (thats definitely something wed hear)Most restaurants and bars do a last call around 15 minutes before close, being in the industry I know that is a standard amount of time.Jacob (the one making these decisions) was less than interested in serving the guests and more interested in clocking out at 12:01.11:30-The girl vacuuming vacuumed in between 2 people from our party. Rude.Im frustrated that we brought a decent sized group of people to this bowling alley, ready to spend money and have some fun. Instead we felt unwelcome, rushed out, in the way and not valued. (We definitely overpaid for the one game and 3 extra frames of bowling- youre welcome).We wont be returning.

I really enjoyed the alley. Its a traditional bowing alley without all the fancy lighting and videos. Great place to get some games in with little to no distractions. Place was a little older but everything worked fine. Overall a good experience.

We had our Christmas party at Bowlero, and I thought this place was great. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. The place was clean, and the food was good considering it being a bowling alley. I had only a couple issues with my visit. One being that the bowling balls kept getting jammed up somewhere and would not return until 4 frames later. The other issue was that the place was way too hot, its winter in Arizona, I dont think blasting the heater is necessary.

Recently renovated. Clean and fun. Good pizza. Put up the bumpers and order a pitcher. Play pool with your friends, or make new ones in the arcade. Dont forget to claim your prizes!

My family and I spent our New Years Eve there and it was GREAT!!! The food was good, the bowling was good, even the service was good. Highly recommend Bowlero.

Cosmic bowling was a thrill, you have a choice to bowl without the neon lights. I enjoyed the music. On Sundays its $2 a game & $2 shoe rental, the electronic scoreboard is easy to operate. Theres plenty of lanes, bowling ball choices, seating, clean, spacious, friendly staff. They have a separate bar with 3 pool tables (2 tables had some tears)a bathroom in the bar as well as in the bowling alley & large screen in bar to watch games, snack bar menu is decent & affordable. The location is a bit hidden behind the shopping plaza but good parking. Leagues available.

Date night with my wife. We had not bowled in some time so we wanted to get out and throw the ball down the lane. Lane 22 has a problem with keeping score correctly, second ball. Informed the staff and they know of the issue. Apparently has to do with night bowling lighting. They offered us another lane however we decided to ride it out. (Just practicing anyways) Just giving a heads up to the next bowler. Especially if playing for something. In the future, should we return, we will ask of any known concerns with any lanes before taking that lane. Otherwise nice establishment.

The Approach was sticky, tables to close to the Approach you feel crowded( need to move the tables back... ) and the fans sounded like they were about to fall.., the food was good and the place was clean and friendly, alot has changed since bowling there 2 yrs ago.....

Jacob, the manager, refused to serve a sprite at 11:10 to one of our under age patrons. Also, he refused to serve 6 of us who wanted one more drink at 11:10 when they closed at 12:00. Very bad customer service, and we will not be back.

I really dont have enough good things to say about our recent birthday party at Bowlero. We had our daughters 9th birthday party there and everyone had a great time. Usually its a bore to sit through kids birthday parties but the kids and adults all had a blast with bowling, the arcade, and dancing to the music. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure we had a great time. The kitchen staff even double and triple checked to make sure some of our food was gluten free per our request. Thank you Bowlero Tucson!!!

Very nice and clean bowling alley! Good food, good bar, and nice arcade area as well as 3 pool tables. The lanes/equipment are kept up very nicely. Most importantly, the staff there are VERY friendly and helpful! This is definitely the only place Ill be bowling in Tucson.

Bowling is cool, arcade is cool, standard fare.But what really shined for me was the staff at the snack stand. Two women, one with pink hair and her coworker (forgot their names, but it was Sat. night, 3/2) really showed great customer service and understanding with a problem I had. They listened, and made an effort to make it right...and its the little acts of care in the seemingly most unlikely of places that can really count. Five stars for them

This place is great. I havent been here since it was Brunswick Bowling. I love all the changes they made. The seating is conducive to all body types which is kind of neat. The staff is friendly. The bowling balls are sized for all hand types which is cool. Only downfall is their arcade room. Its quite expensive and their claw machine malfunctions some but they dont give back what was lost. Thats why the 4 stars. The arcade room needs something, not sure what, but definitely needs something.

Lanes are decent, air does not smell like smoke. We had no trouble with the auto scorers like some bowling alley seem to have.

Its a nice bowling alley, good but a little pricey food, and reasonable deals for bowling. I go because the owner of the pro shop also gives bowling lessons. Hes rated as a silver coach and for our area thats very good. Cory is great!

Good place for a Saturday night family bowl. The kids enjoyed the cosmic bowl ambiance and the place was clean and the employees friendly. Decent food, though nothing to write home about. We noticed after we left theyd charged us for an extra shoe rental; though such things will happen now and again, it would have been better if it hadnt. Overall a pretty good experience.

The quality of the actual bowling lanes have gone down in the past few years. They have added TVs for those who wants to watch games while there. The bowling shop is fantastic, and I will buy from and trust my bowling balls to be drilled by no one else. The staff at the bar are usually friendly, but they are often understaffed for the need, but they make it rarely known that this is a struggle.

Not the place to go to have a good time. If your looking for a spot with a good vibe look elsewhere. Pricing is $20 per person for cyber bowl. You can barely hear the music. 1 star for me and that’s being generous

Went with husband, also with son and his date. Comfortable, inexpensive. Even on league night they keep lanes open. I dont care for in dining prices or drinks but we had a blast. The staff are very helpful . And there are coupons

Staff is great and the pro shop has always been a great spot for a few pointers and new gear. Id have given it 5 stars, but the lanes were a little dry and had a few minor delays that a reset couldnt fix.

So, my family and I came in a couple 2 weeks ago and have made this place our new family fun place! Every single time we come here we are treated like family! The GM/staff is so friendly and its so clearly authentic! I absolutely love this place! The food is good, the atmosphere is family friendly, also good for a date night! This place has become a new staple for my family!

Visiting family in Arizona and had a birthday party for my grandchildren. The alley was clean and accommodating. We had a great time together!

On the pricey side, about $5 per game per bowler plus $5 for shoes, and the lane we used kept getting caught up. Food and drinks are pricey as well, mixed drinks are weak, and its about $16 for a large pizza (twice the price as a similar pizza from Pizza Hut). Pizza was good tho and overall a good time. Well have to come back on a tuesday night when they run specials.

Fun Girls Night Out

I took my family here, when they came into town to visit. It was a pleasant atmosphere, when we went. The kids had a blast. The staff was friendly, and super helpful at getting the kids shoe sizes right. The price was pretty average, Id say. Id go back again.

I just started a league here everything here seems pretty laid back which I LOVE the ONLY reason I gave this 4 stars because their food is outrageously priced some people like me dont have alot of money or no money I cant drive across the street to McDonalds and have her being that in because it would be rude, but it was $10 for one large drink and one Medium drink first time I visited... anyone else think this is a little high?

For a bowling alley its a nice place. Pretty clean. Just always a little too busy and understaffed. The wait for anything is quite a long one. But the atmosphere is nice. There is a bar with pool tables and a bowling ball shop as well. Lots of lanes. Just note that there are often tournaments for the bowling leagues held here so be sure to call ahead if you want to bowl in the daytime.

We played for garnes, had a pizza and some drinks. We had a wonderful time.

We packed up and headed to Tucson Bowl and ended up having a great time Bowlero has lost business due to the lack of loyalty shown to consistent regulars. Im visiting from Waco,Tx.,...I guess you could say Im addicted to bowling. I brought two bowling balls with me for the first time travelling. I have bowled at 5 bowling alleys surrounding the Air Force base here within the past 7 days, including the one on base. The Brunswick lanes are the best by far in the area. I received bowling tips from the lane guy, great service from the bar, and felt very welcome by the manager and the staff. I am only here for a 11 day business trip. I wish I would have found this bowling alley sooner. Thanks for the enjoyable experience! I have a couple of days left in Tuscon and plan to visit this bowling alley at least one more time.

This is the best bowling alley on Tucson. My Dad has been on a league here for 20 years, my brother was from 2007-2017 til he moved to Chicago, and both my brother and I were in Saturday morning kid leagues til we were 15 and we started at 4 years old. The recent remodels and new Cafe really classed the place up.

Miss informed by staff and what time bowling started for the unlimited bowling that according to the employee was from 8 to 11 which in actuality it was 9 to 11 so I had to stand around twiddling my thumbs for an hour and basically felt like I got ripped off for an hour so unlimited bowling was actually 9 to 11 15 minutes after bowling started they closed the snack bar and the bar when they still have customers in their building for another hour and 45 minutes before they actually close so while Im there and bowling I have to get my food within the first 15 minutes of getting there and then if I need a refill on my drink then Im basically out of luck for an hour and 45 minutes bowling alley was much better when it was Brunswick this is the first time I have been there since it is now bowlero and was not happy with my experience and not sure if I will go back or recommend this place to anyone

Went here because they brag about their arcade room. Thought it would comapre with the likes of dave and busters...NO WAY. Arcade is tiny and most games werent working. Go for bowling....nothing else.

Very nice place with decent food choices. Im not a pro though and I dont bowl very often. I did a league there once and that was a pleasurable experience as well. Except when that guy threw his ball at us, but that wasnt their fault.

The cosmic bowling is great the service was just as awesome. They have really made some awesome changes to that place. Loved it!!!

Very much overpriced. Brunswick was great, friendly employees, snack bar was decent price, drinks were okay. Bowlero overpriced food, drinks, the cosmic bowling is the highest price in Tucson. I just cant believe the prices, but it makes sense. They need to up the prices to make up for the remolded snack bar menu and name change.
