This is our favorite place in Tucson hands down! The staff is always helpful and kind. Everything is organized and clean! This weekend our daughter celebrated her birthday in one of the party rooms and we had the best time! Our kids love the snack bar with all the signature drinks, ice cream and candy. It’s fun for kids of all ages and fun for adults too.

Weve been to Wild Katz twice in the last month and I am so impressed. My four kiddos ages 8 and under LOVE it and theyre all asking to plan their birthday parties here. With a wide variety of activities for all their ages, they stayed entertained the whole time we were there. And they also slept soundly afterward!The staff is friendly and always around for a question or to help out. And it seemed that they were always cleaning one section or another. They also frequently made announcements to remind everyone to wear masks.The Fountain is awesome, especially with the new additions of hot dogs and nachos. The Monsoon is my new favorite beverage!Well be going back to Wild Katz as often as we can and I highly recommend it for kids, parents, and families!

I took my daughter here last week for the first time, and I couldn’t believe the lack of effort to keep customers safe. Drinking fountains were open for use and were being used. Masks and face shields WERE NOT EXPECTED TO BE USED OR DEMANDED to be enforced at all to wear in this establishment.AT ALL. When purchasing a drink, customers are to just touch and grab there own bottled drink out of the refrigerators. Upon arriving here, everyone must type/sign there waiver on one of three iPads. In which, none of these iPads were sprayed, wiped down or cleaned while we were there. Leather chairs and stools are sat throughout this place, and they are grouped together and were not wiped down, cleaned orsprayed of any type of disinfective.After using the restroom and washing our hands, we realize-to dry our hands-that we had to manually spin a knob, and keep turning to get paper towel to very slowly come out of the paper towel dispenser. (With covid being so bad in Arizona, why would this place have manual turn knob paper towel dispensers?) why notmotion operated dryers?If the kids want to rock climb here, (they have 4 different attractions for kids to climb on) they are put in harnesses and then latched to whatever wall they choose to climb. In our 90 minutes here, not once was a single harness washed, sprayed, or wiped down, Before it was Given/put on another child’s body. Slides, tables, chairs, doors, counters, NOTHING WAS WIPED DOWN, SANITIZED, OR CLEANED. Ball pits, metal rings, swings etc,NOTHING WAS CLEANED, SANITIZED, OR WIPED DOWN AT ALL WHILE HERE. Not to mention the very young staff that was working, that acted like we were bothering them when we asked a question or they had to do there job to help customers. I was completely shocked how super relaxed they were on ALL safety and health issues. I don’t see them being open much longer.

Be prepared.. Had a birthday package. Lil over priced. Hostess wasnt around but 2xs. Cleaning was far and in between while there 3 hrs

Granddaughter had her birthday party here. Very nice place. Kids had fun. The party setup was quite nice. The activities were fun for the kids and safety measures in place. Moniters at each area. Very well pleased.

This place is perfect, especially for younger kids! Other places in Tucson bring an older crowd, which can be difficult for parents with younger kids. This play space is perfect, and offers a true toddler hour. The staff is great and it’s always clean here. Love it.

I brought my 6 year old son here today for the first time. The place is well staffed, clean and feels safe. I like that Im able to get a cup of coffee. The only improvement I would suggest is a few more seating areas for parents.

We werent aware this place existed until my friend suggested it. We decided to take our daughter and she had a great time! Masks are required. You can purchase grip socks for $2.50. There is seating but its all spread out to 6ft apart so there is limited seating. Hand sanitizer is almost everywhere you look around. My daughter is 5 and she enjoyed herself so much. Its more than just trampolines like airtime or pump it up. Theres slides, dodge ball, obstacle course and toddler and tot areas.

What a great business! Kids love it, and the big kids (adults) can join in too if you’re up for it. My son had a great party this week there...so easy, fun, and affordable! Oh, and the signature sodas are awesome!

Locally owned and operated, Wild Katz is the perfect place to get away from the heat and enjoy some family time. My kids and I have fun jumping on the tramps, climbing the rock wall, sliding down slides, and working our way through the obstacle courses. We also really love getting one of their signature drinks from the old-fashioned soda fountain. We have been to several birthday parties there that are fantastic! The staff are kind and the bathrooms and equipment is clean. If I could give Wild Katz 10 stars I would!

This is the best place to bring your children! Very clean, nice staff, and affordable prices. We celebrated my daughters 2nd birthday and everyone including the adults had a blast!!

So disappointed! We visited for the second time and were kicked out for one of us not having wild katz socks on (they were grip socks nonetheless). An employee came after my 5-year-old for wearing different grip socks so when we bought wild katz socks for him to wear, said employee loudly and sarcastically said thank you, causing other customers to chuckle at my son (thankfully he was unaware). I was then watching my kids (not playing) and was asked to leave because I was not wearing wild katz socks. I told the employee (or owner she said) that I was not participating and had already bought my son wild katz socks. She said she wasnt going to argue with me and asked me and my family to leave. Thankfully, we were refunded our money. When I told her that as the owner, she should know that this had not been an issue during our previous visit and that her employee had approached our son very rudely she simply said thats not true I have cameras. Youre rude and need to leave. My children left in tears as they had previously loved going there. For a place that caters to children, they definitely need training in approaching children to ensure a positive experience.Edited to reply to owners response:I have nothing to gain from this awful experience so I will not be defending myself online against whatever negative comments or treatment you might be insinuating; those that know me and my family know our characters and thats all that matters. Hopefully, your cameras have good sound so owners and staff can review exactly what was said to me and my 5-year-old. I can tolerate poor customer service but I cant tolerate someone being rude to a child. I hope your business can take this opportunity to improve your customer service. Regarding your passes, I was in a hurry to go calm my children down and not cry in your establishment (which when I was on the verge of tears waiting for my entrance refund, the owner/employee Jennifer told me I was causing a scene) so I forgot all about them but rest assured, the passes will be thrown away. Forget about trying to support local business. This establishment won’t work with me whatsoever on pricing and accommodations for a small (5-6kids) 12 year old boys birthday party. You either have to buy a huge package or cannot make reservations for a table until day before. No wiggle room and unfortunately, I will be taking my business and several hundreds of dollars elsewhere.

This place is seriously awesome. Its super clean and all the staff is so super friendly. My daughter has a blast here and we are here every week! Really affordable as well.

Very clean and well ran play gym for kids. The workers make sure to sure down one small section at a time to clean so the kids don’t have to wait around. Highly recommend going

Amazing place! So fun for all ages. Love the big obstacles because parents can play along with their children if they want. I love how friendly the staff is. The guy running the climbing area was so patient with the kids and helpful. Cant wait to go back :) already been here twice and definitely coming back.

This place was great! Nice and clean and the kids had a blast. We purchased the 90 minute slot, but kids could have easily stayed for the 120 minutes. The only complaint is that they forced us to buy THEIR grippy socks, even though we brought our own. I have never been to a location that required you to purchase their socks, and I thought that was kind of a rip-off. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Great place for kids to play and especially good for young kids, but they don’t enforce mask wearing in the adults at all. Lots of careless people sitting around with no masks even though it’s supposed to be mandatory. We left quickly and won’t be back until the virus gets better. Too bad.

A great place for the whole family! Fun for all ages! They do a great job keeping up with cleaning and sanitizing. We had my son’s birthday party there and a dedicated party attendant helped it run smoothly. An exciting and adventurous outing without having to deal with the heat or the sunscreen-what more could you want?

Giving it five stars for the amount of play area that there is and for cleanliness my 22 month old is still a little too young to really enjoy a lot of the climbing things, (which is a big chunk of the equipment) But she did like playing in the ball area. We’ll be back and work on getting her used to all the fun climbing and jungle gym sections that there are to do here!

This playground is so fun! The equipment was very clean, the staff were friendly and were wearing masks every time I saw them, and our kids loved exploring everything. I loved the graphics in the party rooms.

I was so grateful to find an indoor place for my very active kids! I have been to trampoline places before, but WildKatz has it all! Obstacle courses, ball pits, trampoline area and wall/rock climbing. The snack bar was extremely reasonably priced. Finally we have a place worth going in Tucson!!

Very clean and professional. I like the big cat theme woven throughout. Fair prices. I hope they do a membership price because I could see us here ALOT. My kids want to go back again today. You have to buy their jumping socks (2.50$). They have a snack bar and lots of seating throughout the place. Parents are free if they don’t go on equipment, otherwise you pay half price. Lots of tot friendly jumping and climbing, fun for older kids too.

What a fantastic place! Ive been looking forward to the opening and it did NOT disappoint!! Masks are welcome, but not required. You can sign the waiver before paying (or even online ahead of time!!) so the line isnt held up. We went at Tot Time and it was wonderful. We paid for and stayed an extra hour after as well since we got there later than planned. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The air conditioning is very comfortable if you are a parent meandering and keeping an eye on your children. The designs are colorful and the play structures are huge and so expansive. I got a pair of socks so I could extricate my child when our time slot was over. Speaking of that, they give very courteous and clear announcements when your color wristbands time slot is over and its time to leave. There are so many obstacles and also different play structure areas. There is even a separate area for children under 2 and a separate area for children under 5. The only seats I saw for parents were bar stools by the tables bordering the different play areas. There is an eating area with many picnic tables. While we were there (90 minutes), I saw the staff wiping tables and chairs down. There are hand sanitizer stations scattered throughout. The womens bathroom was clean, smelled nice, and included a large marble counter that would be perfect for changing diapers. I felt extremely safe and comfortable and we will be going back!
