Great service and affordable rate. The foot traffic was low which made it great for me and my 4yr old son. It was a little warm but were there to jump and have fun so I dont think it was that bad.

We have taken our kids here several times over other similar venues for several reasons. This facility is well kept, polite staff, hours make sense, nice selection of things to do from full speed jumping zones, climbing wall, VR area, climbing obstacle course, party area and even the selection of arcade games add to the options for this location. Plenty of parking and located very close to I10, make for convenient exit when driving from further from this particular part of the city.

Fantastic fun for the kids! We just went to a birthday party there today and it was a whole lot of Fun! They have trampolines, jungle gym thing like an obstacle course, climbing wall and more!

So much fun! Each participant must bring or buy ($3 per pair) gripper socks. No regular socks. Expensive, but the kids keep so busy and have a great time running, jumping, climbing, hopping, and more, that we consider it worth the money.Send Mom to Costco next door and Dad can watch the kids at AZ Air Time with the whole family!

Pretty cool place for kids. Went for a birthday party all the kids seemed to have a lot of fun. Its not as big as I thought it was but its still a decent size.

A/C was broken & it was miserably hit. Only made it a half hour. It was over 100 degrees! It should have have been shut down until fixed!

It is intolerably hot. Turn up the AC so kids who are running around can enjoy themselves. Poor way to save money.

This is a great place to host birthday parties or just spend the afternoon with your kids. A little warm inside for me. Maybe more fans blowing or lower the temp. Lots of smiles, laughing and activity from all the young guests. Definitely worth checking out. And definitely cooler than outside!!

Attended a birthday party for my oldest daughters friend. The rest of us stayed to have some air time of our own. Staff was friendly and the jumping was a plenty. With the option to feed your crew snacks and drinks at the back. All of us had a real blast certainly worth driving out and giving it a try for yourself.

My family had been attending a birthday party for one of my daughters friends. It looked like so much fun that the rest of us decided to stay. Everyone had such a blast that we will be coming back for some more air time later.

Great place for kids to get energy out. Lots of space to run. Lots of different activities. The only thing was it was pretty expensive. I ended up spending $60 here in 2 hours for admission, water and a snack. You have to buy socks in addition to admission. $3/pair. My son had fun.

The staff are all AWESOME!!!!! My son is autistic and doesnt understand waiting or being too small for something, the whole staff there was wonderful on working with him and allowing him to try it all! We will go back at least once a month!

The kids had a great time here. They have a large trampoline court, two large-ish foam pits, an obstacles course, a smaller area for younger kiddos and an automatic-belaying rock climbing wall. The staff were courteous and friendly, and seemed to keep a good eye on everything that was happening in the play areas. They charge by the hour, you choose how much time you will need when you first arrive. We choose 2 hours, and we had a good time without feeling rushed. As for the food, we waited for the pizza for a bit after ordering, but it was worth it. It was delicious and filling. The facility and equipment seemed in good shape, nothing broken or dirty, although the mens bathroom did need cleaning. Overall, an excellent way to get your kiddos to burn up a few hours of energy. Fill out your waiver online to and some time.

My kids loved it

Kids love it here. Dodge ball is kinda rough, not for little kids who could get hurt but throw the bigger ones in there to toughen them up a little! Food is not great, just a small snack bar.

The trampolines and foam pit are great for the kids. Rock climbing and ninga course are better for teens. The only improvement is more staff at the Rock climb instead of standing around talking.

It has some fun areas to bounce and play with the family like a trampoline dodge ball section. Needs to be cleaned. Also, the workers who are stationed at each area were not actually supervising. I saw a teen try back flipping into the foam pit nearly hitting his head on the edge and the worker said nothing even though there is a sign that says no back flips. This is just one example of many that I saw in all of the sections.

Kids love this place. Dodgeball is always fun with my older boys. They also have an obstacle course which was great. My 3 year old loves the trampoline pad and jumping castle. We tried the new VR gaming system, and that thing is out of this world. Its so fun. The zombie mode was the boys favorite.

Had a great time watching my grandkids 3 & 1 years of age have the best time.

I’m happy to support local businesses, and very slow to leave a bad review...however, I am a little appalled that an indoor spot in Tucson is 85-90 degrees inside. After throwing down $70+ for an hour and a half (4 kiddos), I guess I expected we wouldn’t all want to leave after five minutes.The activities are really neat and I wish we had been able to enjoy them.

The younger kids love this place. It is nice, but it could use a cleaning and a refresh. A generous 4 stars.

I had never personally gone to Air Time till recently for a birthday party. Everyone, young and old, had a great time. Your able to take what you want to serve and also to buy pizza and cake. Its a great way to let everyone have fun!

My child enjoyed it for about 45 mins or so. Not too bad. They do however need to update their arcade games. The ones they have are absolute trash. Most of the staff seemed really nice though. Price is not too bad I suppose either.

For the price I expected more. I have taken my son to other air times and had so much more to offer. If your a teen, this place can get boring very quickly. We went there for his birthday party 15.00 per kid plus 3.00 for socks to jump, he had 5 other kids with him, they were all bored because the things they wanted to be able to do cost more money. They have a small little food grill in the back. The moms and I ordered pizza for the kids, it was burnt and rock hard on the bottom. The kids made the best of it considering how expensive it was, however we will not be back. If your a smaller child, this place will be the spot for ya, but anything older than 10, not so much.

Tons of fun! My kids love to come here when we have family with small cousins in town. So many different jumping pads for them and its a great work out for me. The like the foam pit and theres even a rock wall and a climbing structure.

The snack bar staff was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make sure our huge party of 20+ were taken care of. Have to give it up to the staff on the floor too. These young people really know how to manage a bunch of highly energized kids while keeping it fun for them at the same time. -Cheers AZ Air Time

I went to the trampoline park for nearly four years, and it is excellent every time I go. The system works perfectly and there is never any complication involved. The employees provide great service and supervision. Overall, this is guarenteed to be the best trampoline park you can go to.

My son had his birthday here, and a good time was had by all. They have reasonably priced packages for birthdays including Pizza, soda, and minimal decorations. The facilities are clean and run by helpful and safety-conscious young men and women. I would highly recommend this as a venue for birthday parties or a safe place for your teens to hang out and have a good time.

1st time ever being here and it was a great time. 12 jumpers, 12 non-slip socks, 2 hrs of jumping time, 4 Costco pizzas, 4 pitchers of water and soda (2 each), plates, cups, colorful table cloths and our own host for $300!!!Jumping for all ages babies to the adults.The kids were well fed, hydrated and there was absolutely NO room for electronics!We had a blast! Highly recommend.

Went here yesterday with my little brother and his dad that I haven’t seen in 3 years but it was super fun but VERY EXPENSIVE just for the 3 of us and for an hour and a half it was 60 something dollars which is crazy!! Also their bathrooms at least the female bathroom were absolutely disgusting!!!! I’d go here again but they need some Work!

I had my boy birthday party here, all was good, the service, and the games and activities for kids, the only comment I have is it feels like the air conditioner is not enough to keep it at a good temperature,*It was warm and humid .

Been taking the kids since opening day. They love it!! Staff are friendly and fun. The only negative thing Ive experienced are the helicopter parents. Let your child have fun. Getting hit in the face with a foam dodgeball isnt going to kill or permanently maim your child.

The kids love this place! Its a great time, but if you have kids multiple ages just go in ready to workout because youll be chasing those kids and wrangling them back into their appropriate areas the entire 2 hours that youre there!I wish they offered the Groupon more often, because $12/hour for four kids is a lot. They have great birthday parties, but if youre there during a very busy birthday weekend for your party, then it gets pretty crowded and theres not much sitting room.

Better be ready to move from area to area. Rock climbing, foam pit, dodge ball, lots of trampolines. Both a younger section 2-10yrs and for the older kids they have a big area. Jumping castle, food,snacks, must wear socks. They have some available for purchase.

Have been here a few times but this time, I couldnt walk ten feet without a grumpy team member telling me I was breaking some sort of a rule. I have two small kids and they wouldnt let me jump with them on the smaller lanes. Kinda defeats the purpose of going in there with them. They had fun at least but 56 bucks for an hour was outrageous, then to be told I couldnt be with them the whole time was frustrating.

My kids absolutely love to come here. Unfortunately its nearly impossible to find an actual staff member to help you. They also let nearly grown men play dodgeball against little kids. You see these man-child people whipping the dodgeballs at little kids. There really should be an age limit on that sort of activity.The obstacle course is cute for little kids but again no staff members to help make sure the kids are following the rules. These are typically little kids under the age of seven

A great indoor trampoline place! Tuesdays and Thursdays pay for 1 hour and get 1 hour free! My grandkids love it and they have a great staff that watches over each area to keep the kids in check. Rock wall and dodge ball areas plus a foam pit.

Took the kids here for one of their birthdays. We didnt have a birthday party, but just got drinks and let them jump for about an hour. You cant bring drinks or food from outside, its kind of expensive for one hour, but the kids enjoy it. Friendly employees, will come back sometime maybe with Groupon

Just the absolute best birthday experience that we have had. We had a lot of last minute (same day) RSVPs, and the management was more than accommodating. They added tables, helped with pizza and cake, made sure we always had drinks. They were extremely friendly and just went out of their way to make sure he had the best birthday party. In his words it was Epic. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be going back. Thanks AZ Air time!

The place could be better if it was run by adults and not children who cant be bothered with the safety of your guests. you have teenagers who are clearly friends with the teenage staff running around and bullying younger kids but its overlooked because their friends are on payroll. They are jumping and wrestling in areas that are designed for 6 and under knocking little ones down that this area is supposed to keep safe. very disappointed.

Previously I have had nothing but good things to say about AZ air time it, it has been a fun cool place to take the kids after school or on summer when we cannot go outside. Unfortunately that isn’t going to be what I am saying from now on seven months ago my father and I won a raffle for a free birthday party for 10 that came in a Christmas gift basket at the Harley Davidson bike give away. We had to go directly to AZ air time to pick the basket up my dad showed his ID to claim the prize, I thought it was an amazing prize that would make my sons 7th birthday party in June a big hit! (As this would be something that I normally couldn’t afford being a single mother) as it came closer to June I started to look for my AZ air time certificate for the party to set it up in advance. I was able to find the free Sox and birthday T Shirt. However the gift certificate was missing. Upon realizing this I contacted AZ air time multiple times to see if they could help me or have some record of the birthday party. All they could tell me was that thy cannot help us because they have no record of the donation and they couldn’t do anything to help us. I understand that I should have put the certificate in a safer place but with a 6 year old and two dogs it is a bit hard to keep track of things. This was pretty bad customer service seeing as though I only got one reply to my email and after that got ignored even though I left multiple phone numbers to be contacted when my dad finally went in to see if they could do anything in person they told him the same thing that he was out of luck. You would think a business would want to keep regular customers happy but I will find my indoor fun elsewhere from now on.
