The park itself, is very nice. We were there for a softball tournament. They were looking through coolers as we went in, deciding which snacks and drinks were acceptable. They also charged $4 per person, as if the tournament fees we paid for our kids to play were not enough. The sign at the gate asked people to wear masks until they got to their seats. Then, people were going around telling people to put their masks on. It was a little much. The snack bar was good, but towards the end of Saturday the sewage smell was getting bad. Honestly, this is the first place we have ever had to pay to watch our kids play a club tournament and we have been all over the country. I wont ever go back if I dont have to.

Beautiful morning to bike ride

All six fields were very well kept and ready for league play. 2 dollar entrance fee and snack bar serves alcohol.

We were unaware there were certain items we couldnt bring into the park to eat and/or drink. It was a hot day 108° and we needed to keep our players and Fans hydrated. I paid $13.00 for 4 bottles of water. We were there for 6 hours can you imagine how much we would have spent for 5 people? Then we had you pay to get in!!

Cannot bring outside food or drinks to a park. They sell you drinks and foods at outrageous prices. Will not be returning.

Came for softball tournament and had to pay to get in and couldnt bring in any food. Going to be here 5 hours and now I have to pay for this extremely high priced concession food. The guy at the front looked in our ice cooler and dug his hand down in there to make sure we werent sneaking in food. You would think this is a professional event. This is all fine and good if youre here for one game but this is an all day event and people have traveled from all around the state to be here. My suggestion would be to make exceptions for tournament play.

It is really kid friendly. It is really cold so I would bring like 2 sweaters and 2 blankets. There is a park and a grass area so if your child is 5 and up would like to play football that is what it is for. If you are a girl and want to play go ahead, the boys might not like it because well youre a girl and might be better than them. If a boy challenges us girls we show him who is boss. Make sure if you play football that people are playing my the rules. Any way you will enjoy Sports Park. ( Make sure to bring or money. There food is amazing).

New management is doing a great job with the park! Upgrades to the facility were needed and the did a good job with the new kids playground area.

Dropped my 15 year old off with his own money to have some fun last week. I got a call 15 min. later that I needed to come and pick him up again. He stated that he would need to pay a membership fee. I feel as if the $60.00 membership fee for the kids to practice on the BMX track is very high. Maybe they can offer a scholarship or a discount for those kids that may need assistance if they just want to practice and not race Kids should not need to pay this fee. My son just wanted something to do over the summer.

My kids have played the for years fastpitch softball at this park and while this was the first big tournament back since the renovation some things dont change. The sidewalks, parking lot, and kids playground much improved. The concessions terrible, long waits for nasty food. And both days bathrooms ran out of toilet paper, so then people start using paper towels... then toilets overflowed. Pima County has more work to do.

The new management has really turned this park around! They work hard and are constantly improving the facilities, fields and leagues. Thank you Sports Park staff!

Always enjoy watching my grandson race his bike there. Will be a nice park when the new parking lot is completed.

Everyone that walks through even if spectating has to pay $2 entry fee....kind of ridiculous. Smells like sewage, the sand volleyball pit has a bunch of hardened sand rocks, and the sand is course. Not even worth $2

Sand volleyball, softball, soccer, flag football...all at one facility. Lots of leagues. Facilities are good. Pizza and beer are great...for concession stand food.

Ive been playing here for 6 years they have a very well organized flag football league softball leagues volleyball adult kickball you name it a great thing you can take your whole family too

I grew up at this park and have a lot of memories here to be able to come back and play is great

Wont let you bring in any food. Gestapo will remove bagels and potato chips from purses at entrance and then expect you to wait in long lines for hot dogs served by slow inept wait staff.
