Harkins 12 on Friday has become a family tradition for me and my son. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Theater salons are clean. Popcorn is world class.

Ssshhh.. its a secret spot for us to get a great theatre experience outside the city at a great price.Edit: 6/5/2020They still arent open for film watching but they do offer popcorn/nacho/candy/soda via drive up and order and pay on Fri, Sat, Sun. Pretty nice because the popcorn is delicious and they even have the butter toppings for sale as well. The staff all wear masks. Kudos.

This is written during COVID, this place was immaculate and they were adhering to all current health regulations. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of people visiting. In fact, we were the only people in the auditorium watching our movie.

Manager Anthony Quihuis took excellent care of CTIs private corporate event of 20 people. He made sure everything ran smoothly, including all of the little details. He and his team were friendly, organized, easily accessible and professional. The facility was extremely clean and complied with COVID precautions to ensure safety of customers and staff. Will definitely schedule another event!

Harkins really has their act together here!First of all, their prices for tickets are extremely affordable. For example, I bought three 3D tickets to see a 4:30 showing of Solo on the opening weekend and it was only $18!!!The theatre is consistently clean. The employees are helpful, polite and always greet you with a smile.Ive never left this theatre feeling disappointed for any reason.

Came to see Tenet 9-5-2020. Ive been craving to see a movie. Staff was great, so was the movie. I wore a mask to enter and buy popcorn. Nursed my popcorn through the movie.....felt 85% normal. Do yourselves a favor and go see a movie

This is my favorite Harkins in Tucson. Everyone is always friendly and the place is usually very clean. They try to help people as quick as they can even when its busy. They started to do seat selections which is helpful If youre going in a big group. Harkins popcorn is my favorite and they have the reusable member year cup that makes refills only $1.50 soon to go up to $2 in 2020 which Im fine with. Its still an amazing deal.

Having relocated from Portland Oregon, we weren’t only surprised, but shocked and how inexpensive by comparison, the movie going experience at Hawkins Theaters is. From tickets to concessions and everything in between. Thanks a million for being reasonable with your pricing and the comfort of your venues. We will be enjoying the cinema again after a long hiatus.

Absolutely love this place they have the most legroom you dont have to move when people walk in front of you. Concessions is always clean and fast they work very hard at keeping their lines short. One time I spent all day I bought three movie tickets and they were all to our movies and I had the best day. I do enjoy the warmed cashews they have.

The popcorn is great. Place is clean and the bathroom are actually decent for a movie theater.The staff are really friendly and very helpful if you need anything.The seats are clean and comfortable. The sound within the various showing rooms differs from movie to movie. Some viewing rooms have great sound and others its very muddled. Especially when you love to sit near the top in the middle.

This place has the best people working here. The staff are always super nice and courteous. Their ticket prices are amazing. Snacks and candy are expensive but that is expected at a movie theater. Their drink deal is amazing just keep your cup in good condition. I recommend this place all the time.

Nice place assigned seating is a plus. Went to a matinee showing. Snack bar service was quick. Separate lines for ready to do stuff and food that need to be prepared. Clean theater and great sound quality.

Awesome theater. It is always clean and the staff are always friendly. The reserved seating is a nice touch so you know where you are sitting and where people will be around you. The $6 price is also a definite plus.

Went to see an AARP sponsored movie. A very nice experience. Easy in/out parking, theater was clean, very comfortable. But the best part is how lovely the employees were. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The theatre chairs were nicer than average. They were cushy, but still with good support. Also, the seats allowed plenty of space between myself and the person next to me.No refills on large popcorn though :(

$6 tickets all the time (they used to be $5 a couple years ago, but still cheaper than AMC)! They also have shakers of popcorn flavors, which is cool. The seats rock (as in back and forth), and the arm rests go up. Pretty nice handicap seating, I think. Roomy and good view. Bathrooms are always clean. Theyre probably my favorite theater in town.

Jonathan was amazing, engaging, gave very courteous service with such a wonderful attitude, attentive. He saved our evening... Our first server just walked away from the register without saying a word while we were trying to place our order... We stood there for a L O N G time waiting for him to return, we found out he went on break... Never said anything to us.... But Jonathan was just so personable, we just had to smile as well... They have $6 movies ALL the time!! Great value!! The service at the ticket counter and popcorn stand is exemplary! And you get 1 free refill!! The theaters are different sizes, so you dont really know what kind of screen/set up its going to be. The seats are pretty comfortable. They rock, recline a little. Im a big gal, and I fit! I do wish the arm rests went up for date night though! Full ADA. Nice theater with good handicap parking too.

Movie prices are great. Snack prices are a little ridiculous, but I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at this theater. I definitely recommend.

Went here on a mid-day Monday to see 1917. Long ticket line, as there was only one person at the tix windows. Choose you seat requirement has plusses & minuses. Takes much more time. Theater was clean & comfortable, with seat rows & numbers easy to spot. Brought our souvenir cups for $2 sodas. This location still only charging $6 a head for most flicks.

Local theater in Marana. You can almost always find good seats. All seats are comfortable rockers. Ive always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They keep everything very clean. Nice concession with lots to select from.

Always a nice theater to go to. Always clean. The customer service is great. The best prices in Tucson by far. Especially if you become a Harkin member there are so many discounts. There are only a few Hatkins in town, the only negative is that it is quite a drive from town. Me and my son always go to this one and know we will have fun.

My family and I love this theatre. I have yet to have an issue here. The staff here is friendly and efficient. I love that they will hold tickets for late running guests with the box office. The summer time is fun too with the cheap previously viewed movie pass. Fun if you dont mind children playing in the rows or stairwells. Please be responsible parents,some of the kids may have not seen the movie,thank you.

Were loving the Tuesday night classic movies. This is the second time seeing it on the big screen wow.

Tonight was a okay experience. The sound system was too loud and it seems that every theater in there has sticky dirty rails. Hate touching them. They need a good scrub and fresh paint. Otherwise love seeing a movie for $6 and some popcorn. You cant beat that.

Great customer service! Its increasingly rare to find truly great, old school, customer service, but, in this arena, Harkins delivers. I also love that Harkins has retro movie screenings on Tuesday nights (weve watched Love Actually every December).Its clear that the folks who own/operate Harkins Theaters do so out of a love for movies and with a core set of customer service values. I hope they continue to invest in their customer service training, because it is the reason that Im a huge fan of Harkins.

Harkins is my favorite movie theater. Only complaint is prices on good and drinks, besides that its good.

In this day and age of vibrating giant recliner seats and food served at your seat its nice to find a theater that feels like a theater with comfortable seats, good food, and friendly staff all for just $6 a movie. Between that and the popcorn and drink deals I buy each year I only end up spending less than $8 each visit.

I would say out of the three major theater brands I have to say harkins need to take the time to reinvest and upgrade its facilities. I enjoyed seeing the movie but AMC is still my favorite, harkins does have some pretty good food loved the mini corn dogs.

Love this place. $6 movies day or night and with the popcorn perks program and $1.50 refill cup we can afford a weekly date night. Short lines, and most of the time well temperatured theaters. Once and while a bit chilly. Highly recommend.

Theatre was great! Really affordable, cozy seats. Huge theatre room. Clean bathrooms. Overall great spot. Customer service was friendly. Definitely coming back here. Seats even rocked back and forth and were cooshy. Oh and the carpets had cool designs on them! Highly recommended.

My wife and I just moved here. We were initially pleased with all aspects of this theater. Until Christmas Day. We came in to enjoy a movie because our house still wasn’t put together from the move and we have no family out here. Instead, we ended up getting bullied by an entire family of entitled jerks who thought they owned the row in front of them. It was a crowded theater and there were no other seats than those in front of them. They kept making rude comments about us out loud and kicking our seats and putting their feet on the backs of them. We tried to get a theater employee to help, but they were rude kids who didn’t take us seriously. The manager we finally got to help was too scared to tell them to be respectful. It was the worst movie experience we’ve ever had. It was very frustrating that the theater we had already given so much business to didn’t care to ensure our experience was pleasant and ensure we as paying customers were treated with respect. We will not be frequenting this theater anymore. Ruined our already tough Christmas!

This is the only theater Ive experienced in AZ, so I dont know how it compares with others. I thought the food prices were high. The entrance fee was reasonable, however, and the theater itself was comfortable.

Best theater in town! Why is this the best theater in town? Its all about the popcorn. Yes they have really cheap movies here, $6 at the moment, but their concession stand is great. You buy popcorn perks which grants you something like 30 free medium popcorns throughout the year. They also have loyalty cups that, once purchased, gets you refills for $1.50. I have kids, and getting free popcorn and 3 drinks for $4.50 is totally awesome! Plus, their popcorn is delicious, literally the best theater popcorn in town. The theater seats arent the best, but they do sit comfortably. Staff are always nice and they have a good sized parking lot for those opening nights.

We saw Addams Family. .I think we were the only ones in there. The whole complex was clean,and the staff was friendly. We purchased our tickets at the kiosk, as there was no one at the ticket window. This was at 12:30, so the attendance was understandably low.

There kiosk dint work and there is one person selling the tickets.....and then rather than open a 2nd person someone comes out to yell for people to come inside.....so any new people walking up can get helped before people who have already been waiting. Then picking the seets make this already long wate worse!

They are starting to show all new movies again. For a while if it was a movie with too many black actors, youd have to go to foothills mall. The Harkins on the Southside always shows everything! This one is getting back on track! Thank you, I live closer to this one!
