Nastiest place known to man this place needs new management. Plus the Joes mobile service would steal peoples mobile home parts awning materials etc. Do not move in here

We moved 2,489 miles from New York, they were very responsive and showed us a number of trailers to choose from. No complaints yet!!

First time buyers bewear, DO NOT BUY HERE.First off the trailers are run down an most of them arent even hooked up right. Even if you get a so called MOVE IN READY place they will make sure you fall behind on your rent payments (because they put an asis part in your lease) an take you to court,witch cost more like 400$ more.So sure you think your getting a good deal but buy the end or close to the end to pay it off. You will be evicted an lose your place anyways an all the money you put in to fix it an payments of a100+ to pay it off,All so they can resale it cause your EVICTED for some dumb ass reason.DO NOT FALL INTO THIS MONEY PIT TRAP THEY HAVE GOING HERE.

Trailer trash

Do NOT home hunt here u get left hanging (no calls returned timely) or was offered smallest home possible as only home altho signs on half the parks homes but yet takes/requests app fees for what the drive way...asking for app fee after being told home to small...it sounded if they had something else in mind for us. Wasted alot of calls drive overs and days waiting on false hopes. Thanks for nothing karen and jesus lying asses

Cant expect to much from any trailer home park on this side of town

Worse place ever not only was my sewer not hooked up my water was connect from trailer next door by a hose bath tub wasn’t connected in beginning of moving in water was running under my trailer insulation was soak told me trailer was 2005 but once detail read buyer agreement it was a 1988 trailer n had me paying 10,000.00 for it I lived alone had people constantly lurking outside my trailer kids throwing rocks at my trailer beating on my ac calling me awful names when I would go outside An worse part is got behind on my rent due to loss of job but I got help for my rent but management refused to accept it knowing that I was going to be homeless and living on the streets gave me no explanation for why they did not except rent payment from ics and just evicted me now I’m living in my car in a Walmart parking lot due to cold An heartless management worse place ever don’t rent or buy anything from them or your nightmare will start to begin

Poor mangement here not recommended trailers are not up to code .Have it inspected before buying.
