We have lived at this clean & quiet Park 8 months and both of the managers are helpful every time we needed help. They get mistreated by a few troublemakers so do not believe bad postings here. i would tell everyone that this Park is a no frills low rent cost place where you can live day after day with confidence that that it is much better than many many other Tucson trailer parks. I moved into Arizona Manor 8 months ago and right away there was a couple problems with my mobilehome that Mrs Katheryn immediately fixed for me FREE. THIS IS THE CLEANEST PLACE THAT I COULD EVER HOPE FOR. i luv the handy laundry room and all the outdoor security cameras that keep all of us protected. And, right closeby is the Super Target store at Oracle road with a Big Lots store & more big stores & great restaurants everywhere nearby. Also, for everyones THE TRUTH..I remember my neighbors Diane Lopez AND Yavone Rayes > 2 bi polar crazy troublemakers that screwed up here and were made to get out. Thankyou again Park Manager Mrs Katheryn. This is a fun,safe,quiet,easy in & out, constantly improving, real value trailer Park everyone, i am Lillian.

Worst place ever. Never BUY And RENT here. you will not get a refund back or anything. Buyer BEAWARE. Be careful guys This is the truth. We have many witnesses and you can already see many negative comments and it is true!!!! There will always be problems in this mobile home park. 13 court cases within 2 years so there is some type of corruption here!

I heard the manager/ security yelling at a neighbor across the fence with the worst language ever. No one should be spoken to like that & i sure didnt appreciate hearing it. Keep your wife & children away from this man. He sounds terrible.

Dont buy it, its plumbing is severely bad very old pipes need replacing no hot water due to broken pipe for washer hookup, and no water pressure, back stairs only attached with tiny screws we fell off, adjuster from Insurance said roof has to be replaced not painted its severely cracked and leaked, floors have weak sunking areas this should not be sold should be condemned due to mold smells after rain leak through living room ceiling, we complained and said you bought it as is....Security Manager is crazy we found out 11 evictions in one year. Dont live there, bad for your health..and you cant even have visitors without Security Manager approval. And its your trailer...he called us liars, but God knows and he will be visited by demons for his dishonesty, KARMA IS NOT GOOD TO MESS WITH, IT DOESNT LIKE DECIEVERS AND LIARS.Update: Lillian Homer is Billy the stinky man that calls himself a Security Manager, What shall I wear today Oh Black Tshirt and Black shorts as I recall your previous comment we were Bipolar, sorry Billy Bill or Lillian lol you dont look like a Lillian more like an Ethel or Gertrude lol...we won our case you guys owe us.
