We were driving saw the decorations for Chuck E.Cheese and the specials theyre having we ordered the$25 pizza deal along with toy treats for the kids at affordable prices! And a graduation lei for the graduating kids I bought 2! My kids were happy Chucky cheese still brought Joy while social distancing and affordable meals for the family! Family and kids mean a lot we love Chuck E.Cheese! Will visit again soon Thanks!️

Pizza was better than expected, fun filled place where kids can spend a lot of cash for not many tokens.

This location is great. It doesnt get overcrowded and the employees are very friendly. And the food is good. I had my son birthday party there without reservations. My family kept telling me how much they loved that location, and all the kids had so much fun.

Very good family oriented location .kids having fun and parents enjoyng a talk with watchful eyes on a relaxing atmosphere. The food is good and the service is prompt. Not a large location but good enough many small birthday parties . Parking is plentiful.

Not very organized. Went for a childs birthday party and there were multiple parties going on. There were no signs to differentiate between the different parties. The gaming area was not clean. There was trash on the floor. The drinks area was a mess. Soda everywhere, trash on the counter.

I hadnt been here for a while, as all the children in the family are grown, but now that they are having children of their own, i get to re-enjoy chuck-e-cheese! i must say their games have improved. there are quite a few games for very little ones which was nice since my cousin is 3yrs. we didnt eat but everyone else seemed to be enjoying their food. the only thing i didnt like was feeding the game tickets into a machine one by one, which isnt an easy accomplishment if you have a toddler because you cant leave the machine too long and you need both hands, so they need to maybe use the weight method to count the tickets instead. its also worrisome that Id seen the front door unmanned which isnt a good thing if there are clever tots trying to escape, seems to me it would be easy to lose a kid with all the stuff going on in there. so Im taking away one star for those two issues. other than that we had a great time!

My 5 year old had fun. We enjoy playing video games together. He beats me at all the games.

I was so disappointed. I grew up going here thought Hey lets take my daughter for her birthday. The place was trashed. The staff well they where under staffed and way over work and it should on there faces. I understand the customers are messy but all the trash cans where over full. The staff was to busy tending to the broken or breaking machines that they couldnt clean tables or handle the trash. I feel really bad for the workers on the counter. The kitchen staff just hid away and never responded when asked a question from the little window. Very sad to see the state this place was in.aybe on a Saturday or Sunday bring in a couple extra staff members to help out.

Great for kids but this place needa an upgrade as well. Better games and ways to get tickets. Have more rules and parents need to watch there kids more. But my kids always loved it.

The establishment looked clean enough. Children were enjoying themselves and having fun. The pizza was pretty good and didnt look at all deformed, though some slices were cut too thin. I hadnt been here in about 6/7 years, and it looks a lot smaller than I remembered. Theres no more playhouse w/ tubes and theres fewer games.

Place wad busy, but associates kept line moving. Pizza and salad bar delicous.

Its always nice coming in here early so the kids can enjoy getting on games, without waiting for their turn. Absolutely love the dance off game They have a cotton candy and ice cream machine. The kids love it when Chuck E. Cheese comes out and gives them free tickets. Kids get their pizza and we enjoy the salad bar..

It has been a long time since I have been to a Chuck E Cheese location and I was pleasantly surprised. I dont know when they changed their model but now you can pay for time and have unlimited games for the kids. Being the parent of a 2 y/o this is great as he wants to try everything but does not have a long attention span.The food is what you would expect and not too expensive. And they have beer. :)

Were here on the 5th of October for my sons 3rd birthday. Chuck-E-Cheese is always crowded, everyone knows that. But I guess the staff didnt. Everyone who works there was air headed and couldnt even grasp simple math. We had to order twice and even then our pizza was wrong. I had to start an entirely different order separate from the food, because my cashier wasnt allowed to sell me alcohol. As far as the activities went, my son had a blast! For having kids run about, the place was very cleanly.I would recommend training your staff a bit more before putting them on register.

Instead of tickets you can pay 1cent per required ticket for a prize so kids leave happy also use online coupons saves $$

I went with my daughter and 2 grandchildren. We had a salad and pizza. The food was delicious and everyone has a great time.

I take my nephews here and they always have a great time. The pizza and salad bar are delicious. The games arent sticky or dirty. The Chuck-E actor can sometimes be too cold with the kids and not really pay them any attention which is disheartening.

Absolutely terrible - 6 games were broken but still let kids scan their wristbands. And additional 4 games out of tickets. You would think that there would be someone that comes in prior to opening at 11 checking games to verify they work or are full of tickets. Staff is very confused on what to do.We set this up for our son’s birthday party and it was a complete let down. In addition to all this, we when got to our reserved table, the name on the reserved table stated Steve. Our son’s name is Liam, fairly accurate.DAVE and BUSTERS will now be the only establishment that parties will be scheduled.

Terrible place. I used to like Chuck E. Cheese, but now, I see it as a bad establishment. I personally feel that the cleanliness at friendliness of the staff has gone down. The place is not clean, and the games are almost always sticky. And with little ones picking their noses or sticking their hands in their mouths, who knows what germs are out there?Many of the games are broken. Thats also a downside. And the prices have gone up in recent years, which makes me sad. Theyre even adding cards to the games, which if they were, shouldve been added long ago. Even my 6 year old cousin doesnt come here anymore- she realizes that at places like Dave & Busters, the games and prizes are much better.

Kiddos loved it. Little pricey though. I leave spending 50$ at least everytime

The customer service over the phone at this location is great. Actual party service wasnt bad either. This location is clean and well kept. The bathrooms are clean as well and the games are maintained. Only one was out of order.

Its big lots of space for the children to play, our waitress was slow, our table was missing the pepper and cheese, we never got the parmason chesse

This location was horrible, manager and staff were unhelpful in every way you can imagine. The spaces between the games and rides were traffic aisles and kept bumping into people.Staff being rude was just the cherry on top.Im glad I dont live close by to get invited to another birthday party at this location.

Happy that they serve gluten free pizza. The new pay for a time not tokens system sure adds up quicker but at least you can pause it while you eat. Online says 2 pauses but cashier told me 1 pause. They messed up our order but what did I expect when they werent paying attention when I ordered, cashier was annoyed I asked too many questions. Salad bar was messy but plentiful. Toddler step-grandson had a blast so was a great choice to go, but my wallet took a hit.

It was really busy, but we still had fun. A few of the games either ran out of tickets or werent meant to have them. Did like the train ride when it stopped when someone got near it.

Going during the week is the best time to go. Ive been on tuesdays && thursdays not packed at all.

We have birthday reservation at 6:30pm on Sunday. The parking lot is almost empty. Only a few tables of people. Perfect for the game night!!! Less crowd~ My first time here, this is totally kids paradise or kids Las Vegas!!! Unhappy with service tonight. Went to the prize area to redeem tickets. The had toy cars on display for 150. The server Carolina said they had no more. I asked if she could give from the display and she told me no. I dont think that right. She should of gave my son one. Come on its for kids

All good.This place was awsome. My Cousin fleew in from Hawaii with his Boy for his 8th B Day. I looked up online for the best place in the South Bay to take my Cousin and his boy. First we did Universal Studios Hollywood, then we did 2 days at Disney Land. Then we hit the Chucky E Cheese on PCH in Torrance. We bought a couple of them alll-you-can-play cards and hit the games. Won so many tickets that we had to put them into a shopping bag. Bought a lot of nice things latter with them. We ordered pizza right there. They did not have any cake so we had to go down the street and duy an ice cream cake. But had no problems with bringing it in and they even helped us cut it up.The place was very nice. The staff were awsome. We all had a wounderful time. It was a great value. The owner should be assured his people were spot on in there service. If ever I have plans, to make pkans again for a kids B Day, Chuck E Cheese is #1 on my list. And it will be the one on PCH in Torrance.

40 mins for a small personal pizza.... super disappointing considering the location of this Chuck E. Cheese. Asked what appeared to be a manager about the delay, and was lied to about a fundraiser being the cause. Could not have been more than five families/groups there at the time.... extremely poor customer service and dishonest staff. Choose another location if you want to enjoy your visit!

Was crowded and wait for pizza was said to be approximately an hr and got it in 20 min. New rides/games. Beer was nice and cold

It was an okay experience. The kids had fun. I was irritated that so many machines were down OR took your points but didnt work. I couldnt find anyone working the floor to help the situation. We just took it as a loss and moved on with our day.

Friendly staff, on top of kid checks at the door. My kiddos are older who didnt have many options, I feel like the same went for kids under 4. This particular location has a small game room in comparison to others Ive been to. This location serves beer and also during the week they offer a buffet style lunch and an unlimited hours worth of games.

Good place to go if you have kids. The wings are really good and I love it.

Went here on a Sunday, not enough staff to cover customers needs on the floor. Machines kept running out of tickets or breaking down. It took a long time to find a member of staff to get things fixed. Buffalo wings were soggy. No cheese or pepper shakers anywhere for the pizza. They were also out of most of the toys at the prize stand as well as regular sized cotton candy.

A few machines need attention, but Great place to take the kids to have fun.

The food was not expected to be good but they got my order wrong then when I wanted to leave there was nobody around the exit after waiting five minutes I just walked out with my grandson scary cuz anyone could have walked out with any kid

This is a lovely place to take the kids and let them run around and have fun. Great environment for familys and partys. Never too over crowded and theres a 2 drink alcohol limit for adults which is perfect for a stress free environment.

Had to wait for over 5 minutes for them to take the money then I had to wait another 5 / 5 minutes to cash out

This Chuck E Cheese is spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and bathrooms r usually kept clean and stocked. Party area is large, pizzas and salad r good :) the parking lot is plentiful as well.

Less than 1 star! Horrible service, each time we come it’s even worse than before. Would skip it all together if grandson didn’t want to come. Many games out of order, take your points without any play. No one at the door, people waiting to get in and go out! Long line for food orders, dirty tables, and don’t even think about the bathrooms!!! If you have tickets to redeem... expect only half of the redemption machines to be operational. Once you get your points coupon, expect a horribly long wait for your child to claim prizes! As I said, not enough personnel on the counter to help process food or prizes! Mulligans or Dave and Busters will be our place from here on! NO MORE CHUCK’E!!!! I’m so done!

I like to be able to insert the cards in each machine. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Love the machines that count the tickets such an easy way to get rid of a large amount of tickets, and cant forget the pizza was delicious. Our grandkids enjoy this place.

This place is kidding, right?I would say, at no exaggeration that at least HALF the games and machines dont work. I would have left 0 stars, but that wasnt an option. Ive been taking my kids here for years. This past year has absolutely been the worst. Alot if the games that do work are out of tickets. Pathetic place now. Its sad. We used to love to go here. ONLY on rainy days and if theres nothing else to do.

The staff was great BUT its under staffed. Dirty tables, nasty bathrooms with no soap or towels, games that are broken. Ive seen better days at this location but tonight wasnt one of them. Now, they dont drop off the pizza to your table. You have a buzzard and have to hope over children to get your pizza.

Nice for family night or kids birthday party. Pizza is just ok, nothing special, but kids like the games there.

The salad bar was dirty,empty .table we were sitting at was dirty. Worst part half the games were empty no coupons & it took an hour for a worker to refill it up.

The guy who took my order was very rude and unprofessional. My pizza took about 40 minutes to be ready. The waitress threw away my and my daughters drinks when we went playing. When i asked her i she had thrown our drinks she cought an attitude and was very rude. I dont think im coming back to this location.

One of the nicer Chuck E Cheeses I have been to. Nice and bright and almost clean inside. But not the best service. They were out of ice for an hour after telling them they were out of ice and my daughter stood at the counter waiting for help for over 10 minutes while the staff ignored us. I miss the animatronic band that used to play when I was a kid.

Well lets start off with I placed a order of a sampler on the picture it had like 10 wings slot of fries and bread sticks like 8 pieces when I was ordering lady taking my order said I could get 2 type of sauces on my wings so I ordered bbq and hot when I got my food i had 3 wings and 5 bread sticks and a cup of fries? Idk but itz straight false advertising to lure customers the people on the floor taking care of the games where respectful and hard working any problem they will fix it but the food when I ordered was not what I expected false advertising

Clean. Not too crowded. Working games. Great buffalo wings. Lol my husbsnd only left me 2. Even had games my small 20 month on could play. It didnt have Juraddic World which is the one game my son asks for by name but thats I wont hold it against them.this time.

The food was absolutely wonderful from the beginning to the very end! I know anyone who visits the wonderfully planned and organized restaurant will be very pleased and spoiled just as we were! We have plans of returning very soon! Thanks to everyone who made our visit and dinner so exceptional.

All of us who frequent these places just need to be sure that we communicate to them, that they should not overfill the place. Sometimes it can be too crowded.This location was well-organized and the machines worked. Guess what? No more tokens, now they provide a card. Seems weird and not as much fun......
