This was our first time ever to a Dave and Busters franchise! It was quite busy but the happy energy was good! I have to say I didnt expect the food to be as good as it was!! All in all, we had alot of fun and we will return! The only problem we had was that we ordered the cheese curds and they never arrived and we were never charged....the order was completely forgotten.Our server was great though! She had her hands full but managed to not make us feel rushed!

The games were awesome if you get the free all day gaming pass on groupon for $25 for 2 people. Tons of games to play, you just cant play the games that give you tickets for prizes, which wasnt too many. STAY AWAY from the FOOD though, absolutely trash. Got the Philly cheese streak and the nachos supreme, it looked a lot better in the picture but tasted like cardboard and what I would imagine rat meat to taste like. Paid 35 bucks for that garbage. Maybe if your half drunk and starving it will be better but maybe eat before you get there to avoid that nonsense.

Cool arcade that reminded me of something like a Las Vegas for kids! Haha loud, tons of lights and sounds. Id give it 5 stars except the prices are a bit too high in my opinion for what the games are. Theres a virtual reality (VR) ride too but it costs six dollars for a 5 minute ride. Take money out of it and its a great time for the kids. They also have a restaurant and bar for the adults.

This place is really fun. The atmosphere is great. Even with a lot of people the food is still good quality. The service is great. Shout to Carlos the server for his great service and great spirit. I would recommend this location for all types of event. Good drinks as well.

Took a long time to get a seat, the food was a bit cold, but very good food and the waitress was very nice. I changed my rating to a 5 star because my review was replied to right away because of my rating i really appreciated that!

Nice clean place. I just wish that all locations had some type of security at their doors so that children who might wonder off wouldnt be able to get out. I know its parents responsibilities but things do happen and that would be a great way to prevent something like that from happening. Other than that we like this location.

We selected Dave & Busters for my granddaughter birthday and had a great time. The service was excellent during the event and the kids (17) had a wonderful time. The food was not gourmet, but it was a kids party so it was perfect. The only reason for four stars and not five, is getting the reservations secure was a tad challenging with the first events planner.

It seems that each time I go here for lunch during the week there is very little customer service in the dining area. I enjoy this location, but the service is a bit lacking during the day compared to the night. There also isnt much explanation on the rewards program if I already have a card. My wife and I enjoyed our lunch for the most part, but again there was a longer then anticipated wait especially since there were only 2 other groups eating at the time.

This is a great place to bring friends family girlfriends. Yourself wife husbands boyfriend boyfriend girlfriend girlfriend is a great place. Come and have fun. Eat at the bar. They have happy hour that great food. You wont be disappointed.

Lots of games and also for many ages, the cost for every game varies and it is on the side but its well worth it and they have a good deal of specials such as 1/2 cost games. Especially Great for teenagers who have outgrown chuck e cheese.

The only reason our family goes to this location of D&B is based on proximity to home and our son loves playing all the games. Our biggest complaint is the attitude of the people who work there. Its not all Dave & Busters locations, just this one.The employees have some sort of morale issue that needs to be resolved by management. The servers are slow and basically dont appear to want to work there. The first couple times we ate there and got bad service I figured it was just THAT waitress but its a consistent issue of with their wait staff regardless if you go on a busy or slow night.When a customer orders appetizers, its because they are hungry and it is typical that the item is brought out prior to the meal (not with the entree). If any of the servers had decided to check on us as they walk past the table, they would have seen everybodys drinks were empty (but why would you want to make a customer happy, right?, Thats just extra work). Same thing with the bill, each time weve dined there, the meal is over and servers just walk past the table and dont ask if we need anything.. systematic failure the management to monitor its employees.

Definitely go on Wednesday when all games are 1/2 price. Spend the bare minimum to literally spend hours playing. The cool ways to stores points is spectacular as well versus the traditional plastic card. I personally purchased the wand kind of makes me feel like I’m in a Harry Potter movie and by the way it lights up! Download there app and get a discount on your first load up purchase.

Finally got 1000 tickets on this game! Always loved Dave and Busters. Disappointed in this location for getting rid of Guitar Hero. The rest of the games are ok. The Mario Olympic machines are frequently abused and broken. The carnival games are always my favorite though.Bathrooms are clean and parking is plenty. Wait staff is always nice and service isn’t that bad. On a busy night you’ll have to wait, nothing you can do to change that.

Not a place to have dinner. Host was uncaring and I was always looking for a staff for service. Drinks took awhile to come and my meal was cold. Obviously went with kids, good place for the kids to play with high price games. Other D&B are better than here.

The service was good ambiance was live. Food good too. The henny cocktail gets you good.

This was the first time ever visiting Dave and Busters and I will be back. The atmosphere was cool and there seemed to be something for everyone to do.The drinks were absolutely amazingly yummy too!!

Came for a birthday party for my kids friend. They enjoyed the arcade, but were disappointed a little in the prizes they won. One of the games gave away collector cards, but they got nothing but duplicates of one particular card. That was the only negative. They enjoyed their food. I, on the other hand sat at the bar, where I was treated great by the staff. Their menu was a bit eclectic, but I loved the chicken and waffles! The waffles were fluffy, and just the right hint of sweetness to counter the spicy BBQ sauce on the chicken. Very tasty! 5 stars for the food, and 5 stars for the staff!

The best, newest, must fun way to spend family time. The food is amazing and the games are the best, newest attractions.It take all its competitors (Johns incredible, Chuck e cheese...) out the park.

Chuck E Cheese for adults. Only all of the machines are actually working unlike Chuck E Cheese. The prizes here are great. Reasonable prices. Definitely coming again. I highly recommend.

Management is not accommodating AT ALL. I understand NOW that you cant get a birthday package when you walk in, but the real question is why not? Its a super slow Tuesday night, and you are telling me there is no way to accommodate a 9 year old, in a party of 4 with a birthday special. ITS VERY EASY FOR COMPANIES TO SAY NO, THEY NEED TO FIND WAYS TO SAY YES!

Ok 1st time going. We were celebrating my daughters 21st birthday. Food was delicious. The wait time was pretty long. If youre a big group. Drinks were nice wide selection.

The atmosphere was a nice vibe. The bar area was crowded during the football game but we still managed to find a small table in the bar area. After the game we moved to a larger table which was perfect because the kids were done playing their games. Some food items were just ok like the wings, I probably wouldnt order again. They had more of a baked than a fried taste. The first time they came out they were cold, so we had to send them back. Our server was great. She was friendly and attentive, so that was good.

Super bad service. We waited 15 min to get a table because the guy was far from his area talking to the others. The only one who was so nice and gave us a great service was Crystal the waitress.

Dave & Busters was the best place Ive ever been! Out waiter Ignacio (Iggy) was very nice to attend us. He was heartwarming to attend my family and he was also friendly. If you read this Ignacio, thank you for being welcoming and friendly! The games were awesome I had so much fun!

Extremely racist environment. Only friendly towards FAIR toned Latino/as. My African-American family that spent hundreds of dollars on food and gaming was treated extremely poor by both management and staff. To the extent of the heavy set manager waddling over to our table to harass us for letting one another taste our beverages, even though we’re all 21+ at this table, including my 85 year old who grandfather in his walker at the dinner table. In humane treatment, regret spending a dime here. Again, if you are not a fair toned Latin person like majority of their staff, expect such poor treatment.

Very bad service. We waited so long to place our food order. They sat us on our table and the hostess completely ignored us after we asked her if we can please be seated at a booth. Our waiter took sooo long to take our order and we even had to get up to get our own napkins and ask for some water. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to grab a bite.

The drinks here are amazing and Carlos always makes sure to take care of us promptly and efficiently. I seriously only keep coming back to this location for Carlos amazing costumer service. I always make sure to sit at his section :)

Very Racist and Discriminative Staff and Faculty. My Family and I experienced very poor service compared to the Latino guests who were there at the same time. We were constantly harassed about the ages of our party even though we all proved to be 21+ Multiple times. Overall Terrible Visit and wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is looking for friendly staff and a good time.

Came to a company event and overall the staff was great and the games were all functional and ordered a couple a drinks and didnt have no issue getting served

Went within an hour to happy hour ending, and usually we try to sit at the bar and we end up waiting quite a while for service. The bar is usually the most busy location so we decided to sit at the tables this time and we were greeted almost immediately and our waitress was very nice. She gave is the happy hour drinks menu but we did have to ask for the $5 bar bites menu, which she quickly grabbed for us. I have to say that was the fastest service weve had there thus far. Also we went during the week in the evening, so that may have also played a factor.

It was a good time. The waitress did not get my order correctly and got it right on the third time. I ended up getting it when everyone was done.

Theyve changed a lot from when I remember. They had a deal with unlimited buffalo wings and unlimited tokens on Thursdays. Eventually they took that off and you only got about 10 dollars worth of games to play. They wont let you get it if you guys are gonna mooch off of one person.

The games are a bit out of date. Couldnt find one decent racing game. The 3 stars are for the food and service. Food was amazing and the servers were friendly and polite, even after cutting us off...

This place is cool tons of games to play. It is like an adult Chucky cheese but also fun for young ones in my opinion.

Always a good time! Classics like Ski-ball, Air Hockey, high octane DDR to group racing Mario Kart and everything in between including Wheel of Fortune & Fishing. VR thrill roller coaster at an additional $6 purchased and loaded at the customer service registers. Happy Hour ends at 7pm. Dont forget your prizes on your way out or keep them to load up on more points your next visit.

This place was amazing. When I was buying the power cards, the lady gave me free unlimited plays on certain games. The food here is good. The only problem I have with this is that it is pricey. Overall, this place was very nice and entertaining I would come again

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I used to go to the D&B in Orange Irvine and I think Ontario Mills and the ambiance at the others is a bit more upscale. I feel like the brand was downgraded at the Del Amo location - otherwise, great staff, fun games and interesting drinks!

I spent over $600 at Dave and Busters for my sons 13th b day and I the manager advised me they are not allowed to put cakes in the freezer. I have been to and have had plenty of parties at Dave and Busters and they had no problem accommodating our cakes. A big disappointment to myself, my son, and our party . If a policy is followed at one location it should be followed at all locations. The more I think about it the entire place was a cluster you know what. Very disappointed. I would recommend going to the D&B in Orange, much better.

Im really glad that they finally added like a new attraction to the Del Amo Mall. This Dave and Busters is really cool, simple and fun to hang with friends. There is a restaurant within the Dave and Busters which is good. It is located in the older part of the mall and isnt as big as other Dave and Busters which makes me sad, but its a great place to hang although. Hopefully they choose to expand this location to make it even better. There is a bar by the way.

My waitress was not doing her job good at all. My party was only of 3 kids 3 adults and 1 senior. I spend over $500 including the fun cards. Really bad service I will not recommended this place really bad experience.

Went there for my birthday dinner and to play games obviously .. the waitress was terrible she didnt notice we did not get a few items we ordered and she just took forever she had a nonchalant way about her and was only interested in the guys around her.. give me abreak go get a job at Hooters..The food was barely ok.... GO TO THE BLOCK AT ORANGE ITS WORTH IT...Food is delicious and Atmosphere is Amazing huge professional place with Excellent Customer Service!

Some of the food was cold other than that i enjoyed watching the football game from my table rather than the bar. Please serve food hot and do not seem upset when ask for hot food

Good family fun

I like the atmosphere here. I also found some pretty good food options (if you like sweet things go with the chicken and waffles sliders)! The down side was that I downloaded the app and none of the staff knew how to use the rewards system. The manager took forever to come and help us out. This is where they could use improvement, everyone should be trained before they launch a system that is confusing. Also the digital play card on the phone was working and no one could get it to work...I ended up closing out of the app and opening it again and it started working. Its simple fixes like this that they should be able to help with.

Dave and Busters is a lot of fun when it is not busy. They have great day of the week deals that, if you are able should take advantage of.

I wanted to go to the beach on this hot Saturday, but my kids wanted Dave and Busters. We had a great lunch. Bought the meal and unlimited game card. Although the game card is only good for the games with blue lights. We spent 5 hours in an air conditioned place during the heat wave. Who doesnt like that. This Dave and Busters is at the Del Amo Mall so I might do some shopping while the kids play

Good place for gaming and food is okay, its a bit pricey and not as good as it shows on the menu. First time here and enjoyed it overall!

This place has the worst entrance ever with no notice what stays open or nothing first time here and I was told to walk all around!!!!! I don’t mind the walk just put a sign of some sort it’s the worst engineering idea on the malls behalf and David Buster... should be fixed or at lease announce that it will be closed on certain sides of the mall!!!! Or even have a Specific parking for David Busters!!!

I visited this Dave & Busters location a few minutes ago. I was really impressed by our server, Luis. He was so attentive and was willing to change our order after we told him we cant have cheese on the burger. By the way the Buster burger and fries are fabulous. Even the manager came out to bring us our burger after they remade it without the cheese. We had so much fun after dinner, driving the race cars at the arcade area. I would definitely go back.

My granddaughters loved it they played game after game and enjoyed the food. Also, used their reward points for prizes on the way out.

The games were FUN. The service was subpart. I understand that its happy hour but I shouldnt have to wait an hour and a half trying to order a second drink, and the pretzels with beer cheese. Our server never came so I have up and went and played games with my co-workers

Went there last night for my birthday, it was the 1st time I went inside and my mom, a little of my family went with me and a friend of mine. A new generation of arcade games at Del Amo and reminds of Aladdins Castle way back in the 90s when I was little.

Overpriced for the Quality, Diner BewareFirst time at the new location near me (Torrance). The service was acceptable but not great. Not greated until asked for seats. Appears as if we interrupted a conversation between coworkers.Seated right away but no knowledge of who out server would be. Took a while for our server to arrive. First server took our order, then another server came along accepting our table. Madison was great, talkative and helpful.Tried the lettuce wraps (over priced) but a tasty. Pepperoni pull apart (hubby craving pizza) fit the bill. Philly Steak was small considering the price. Very salty, I think it was the cheese. The cheap kind in the can. We split the sandwich, I never eat all of my half. Today, I left hungry and thirsty from all the salt.I know I should have complained and sent it back but it was supposed to be relax and have fun day so I held it in and gave a nice tip since the server was amazing.I will likely never eat here again willing and would not recommend it unless there is a party or celebration and you are catering other items in. Eat somewhere else before and after. This one is near the mall with a plethora of restaurants. Dave and Busters youll have to up your game to get me back.

My family and I love this place. Kids have fun playing games and earning points for prizes, dad enjoys watch the game, and I can enjoy a nice X-rated Mojito! Really wish theyd bring back the unlimited wings & unlimited game play because my little one enjoys the video games and my teen can throw back a boat load of bbq wings LOL!

Brand new place. Its in the old side of del amo mall. I like it bc its not overcrowded yet and the parking is so much easier than the Howard Hughes location. Also being new everything is very clean and new. Played for hours even with my 2 month old baby.

Words cannot describe how I felt when I was in this place. I was there attending a kids birthday party. Everything was planned and scheduled for the time and date. My family member arrived 1 hour earlier before actual guest arrived to ensure things went smoothly. I walked in at 6:00 pm, found the party group at the bar area, come to find out that they could not get into the scheduled seating area for some reason. While waiting for over 30 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, we had to go and find and stop a waitress, some group members had to order from the bar area, because they where hungry and tired of waiting. We finally order wings, fries and a blended margarita. Had to send the fries back because they where cold, waited additional 20 minutes for luke warm fries to come again. Mind you still no glasses of water or even the margarita that was ordered. The whole time I am watching this guy in a vest walking around back and fourth looking lost, come to find out this guy was the manager or person in charge. He did say anything to us at all about our groups situation. When I finally did receive my margarita I couldnt drink it all due to all the ice chunks in it. So I decided to share it with my 23 year old female cousin. She had went to the bar and asked for an extra glass to share some of my drink. The guy behind the bar gave her a plastic cup. Now all of a sudden the person in charge comes around and starts staring in our direction and speaking with the same guy behind the bar area that gave my cousin the glass. Now I am wondering what is going on. All of a sudden our waitress comes and ask my cousin about the glass and how she got it and now she needs to show her ID, because she was sharing my margarita. Now while this is going on a group of like really young looking people are at the bar area ordering drinks, no ID is shown or anything, I only noticed this because one of the females in the group was shorter than 5 feet tall. My cousin is about 5 feet 6 inches tall. But thru all of this no person in charge came to speak with us or to ask how everything was going. WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS MY FEELINGS TOWARD HOW I DESERVED TO BE TREATED AND HOW MY GROUP WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TREATED.

Poor customer service wait was 2 hours to eat the chef kept messing up the orders and the recpit was correct but the chef was reading it correctly kept sending g iut the wrong food also the waiters can do a little bit better with making sure were good also stop rushing to take orders but not bringing then out n a decent time and also if a person order bbq sauce with there food way before the food is brung out and then the orserbis wrong and they never sent the sauce out then wait another 15 mins and they burn f the order back out and there is still no sauce then u have to reorder sauce for ur food and then they say they have to go ask the cook ...another wait to eat .. so guess what now my good is cold and its been 2 hours and its 5 of us and yaw service sucks
