Great people there! They gave me and my friends a great free test run to see if we would like to pay to play some more. The free test gives the full experience of the VR so you can fully know what it is all about. Overall, go there and spend some time, i think you will love it

I had high expectations after reading the other reviews, but they were exceeded. The experience is extremely immersive (the walk the plank free test had my heart racing and one of my kids actually thinking he was on a building ledge!) and the staff is extremely engaged, friendly, and accommodating. I brought my three kids (8, 10, 12) and despite being first-timers, were well-instructed and having a blast playing against each other in just minutes. Pricing is reasonable, too, especially compared to alternatives, and the studio environment itself is comfortable and relaxing. Will return!

The staff isnt as friendly as it should be. I think the area could have been much more enjoyable if the staff took a real hands-on approach to helping the customers. Some of the games are slightly complicated. Even though I finally found a game that I started to have fun with, the experience as a whole didnt leave me wanting to return.

I went to Survios After Dark, which is there 21+ Friday and Saturday nights from 9pm-12am. It was so much fun! I invited all of my friends for my birthday. For a $25 cover charge you get unlimited games for the entire 3hrs. You can play solo or team games! Another plus is that its BYOB and you can bring in whatever and they also allow food. Staff there was really helpful and attentive and they played great music! Definitely something that I would do again!

It was really exciting me and my friend went and we were very entertained. Lets not forget the great customer service. Even though it was our first time there and it was free they made you feel very comfortable with the way they helped you put on the headset and all. It was very eventful I will definitely be going back.

It was really fun for me and my brother but one of the worker was just watching my sister in a creepy way which made her and i uncomfortable. Over all the games were fun and i would come again.

It was so fun coming here. If its your first time, they give you a free trail on either best saber or a creed style game. Once the game is done you can continue for an hour or so they have the prices in the front. Will be back soon.

Went with my family and one of my sons friends. The staff is super welcoming, helpful and friendly. The kids didn’t want to leave. There is so many options for them too. We are going to have our next birthday party there.Definitely a MUST GOCF

I wouldve rated 1 star but I considered combining my first visit (5 stars)and it being the complete opposite of my second & third visit. (1 star).The main reason I am giving a low rating is because the controllers were not working properly. I wasnt told that if I were to have issues with the controllers that I can get them replaced with a working pair. So I took off my headset and looked around trying to get an employees attention. I stood there for a while with no luck. I would say 6min had gone by. Realizing that they were busy at the front desk with potential customers and my time was still running.....I decided to try and see if I can somehow manage playing a game with faulty controllers.Even the headset would glitch and would get me unbalanced cause Id be on ground level then glitch out to the sky/ map flips diagonally/ halfway underground then slowly rise back up to ground level. Super annoying. It happened more than 5times. It kept on happening actually until my time ran out.Really disappointing since I had high hopes for this place. I am going to give them another try right now. I am on my way. :)If I am not satisfied with tonight I wont be returning and will take back my recommendation that I shared out with all my friends and family.^_^

Great place to go, don’t get me wrong. My husband had a monthly. He tried to cancel 3 months ago and they said it was cancelled. They kept taking money out even though every time, my husband kept trying to cancel.

When my friends and I walked in, they greeted us very kindly and walked us through how to use the equipment. Even if we didnt know how something worked or asked a question, they were very patient and would tell us exactly how do to it. The fun thing is that they were just as enthusiastic as we were!

The actually experience was fun and pretty great, and the employees were nice! One of the VR units didnt work so we had to exchange it. Its cool you dont have to hold anything in your hands, but then your arms glitch sometime. The only reall issue for me is the experience is really short! I felt like I was just getting used to playing after 5-10 minutes, then it ended. I got to go for free for a promation, but I believe it cost $30+ per personfor what our group did, I personally wouldnt pay more than $10-15. If I played $30+ for what I got I would be pretty sour!

By farrrrrr the best virtual reality experience Ive ever had !!! Superrrrr affordable, and for the amount of time you get to play; literally cant beat it !! Raw Data and that dodgeball game were amazing by the way 8-)

Saw this place while walking by with my gf. went in and had an awesome experience so we came by again the next day and stayed for twice as long. Staff is helpful and the equipment is well laid out. We had a tiny network issue but they were able to resolve it and added back our lost time. All they need to do now is increase their game catalog, especially the multiplayer games. in case you guys are reading this MORE MULTIPLAYER GAMES PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.

The wife and I stopped by on opening day as we both are very interested in this new developing VR tech. Spoke with a few very interesting employees that were primarily software developers - this store being their direct customer contact. This is a very good concept to continue - hopefully a truely blockbuster VR game will come from this... We decided to come back on a slower day to try out the Vive equipment when there might be less customers. The following week we returned and we walked the plank! What an intro! We then continued to play individually and teamed up play too. Have sent friends to follow and can only say “ Go try this!”. Next week I have a dentist appointment one block away and I can see another hour of fun coming here at Survios!
