The only thing wrong with it, its near railroad tracks
Gag...thank goodness I dont live here.
People are friendly around there and they keep the place clean!
This was a quick drive through experience but from what I seen going through the yards were well maintained it was very well kept for a mobile home park. Seemed a little out of the way though. I think this would be a location good for people who are trying to stay out of trouble or who just dont seem to care for people very much. But if youre wanting something close to anything this is not a good location.
I love living here.
Have a friend that lives there
Not a place to be when the sun goes down.
The property Manager sucks. If he doesnt like you he makes up stories and spreads them around town. He harasses and threatens the people he doesnt like. Allows his friends to break the park rules. Puts all the blame on the owners when he threatens evictionon. Saying its not me its the owners.
Run down trailer park. Some nice neighbors.
Horrible
My daughter seems to like it and its the cheapest place in town although itmight be a little sketchy
We bought a mobile home in this park in an effort to move my brother here from California when he was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer this has been such a horrible experience my brother has passed since, management here is trash for lack of a better word just so sad. If you are not buddies with the help then you do not belong here.
Not a good place unless you are a drug addict especially a
Management SUCKS, residents are good people
Agree totally with Sandra P. I might add he is a stalker as well this place doesnt deserve even one star
Ive been received well. Im comfy
Managment isnt the best at doing business or getting back with applicants
Its very trashy
No place like home
301 is the office
Its a trailer park
Good
Live here. Management no good
By the railroad tracks
The place is a disgusting looking trailer park
Manager/maintenance man isnt the best person but most of the tenets are
Trash!!!! No place for children!! Beware
