I have been here for over 5 years and proud to call this place home. It was a little rough back in 2015 due to some sketchy tenants but all the riff raft has been evicted! Kudos to management & maintenance for making this a safe place to live peacefully. Thank you Tracy & Susan

A great trailer park to live in, the management is not anything the reviews say they are. They are kind and professional. Yes, the rules are strict but that’s what keeps the park safe. I highly recommend this area! Kid friendly, elderly friendly, and always clean.

Lol I am reading some of these reviews and cant help but chuckle . I moved from TX to here a year ago and this was the place we ended up going with. I needed space and quiet and this offered it. Some of you are looking a bit bitter with these reviews and I have to question if you pay your rent on time the people in the office are super nice and if you get denied due to your credit . Pay your bills its not management who decides its the owners.

Very nice and clean place to live, despite all these bad reviews from people who no longer live or have never lived in the park and from bitter tenants who dont bother to voice their concerns or issues with management, who are super friendly and very helpful. I have lived here for many years and never had issues with hidden fees or anything that you may be lead to believe. If you pay your rent on time and follow the rules listed on the lease that is given to you as you move in, youll never have a single problem. Credit and background checks are done by a outside third party company, park management has no control over who is approved or denied. Its done by the owner of the park.

Ive been told the manager is a huge jerk about people having their vehicles parked in front of their homes.It took awhile for maintenance to help with a burst water main on my boyfriends place.It in a nice area though.

Very nice and friendly management, I have never had any issues or complaints. I keep to myself, and stay quiet. Management and staff go out of their way to help you, Ive even seen them buy food for people who are grieving over a loss of a family member, and Ive been invited several times to park events put on by the staff like park BBQs and pool parties during the summer months. I have always followed the rules as listed in the guidelines of my lease, and whenever I have a issue in my home. I know that I can count on the management and staff to fix and correct it when I let them know.

We do not have any heat in the trailer that we are renting and we lost water pressure for about 2 weeks now and they told us 2 weeks ago that they would be back to fix it its been 2 weeks now and they still have not came back to fix it and now its getting colder but no heat we pay 750 a month for no heat and no water pressure thats not right something needs to be done about this.Beware do not rent from this trailer park they are very rude and very mean if you asked them to fix something they will kick you out of the trailer park for good.there are 3 guys that work for the trailer park but they dont know what they are doing besides of being drunk.

This is an ok park. It needs more shade before it can be great. There is a nice paved walking path.

Never a single issue or problem, my home is far from Poor Conditions as some of you have listed. It seems more like bitterness from spoiled children who didnt get their way. Staff and Management are amazing, they go out of their way to make this place feel like home and to treat residents with respect. We lost a resident recently and they rushed to make sure everything was taken care of, even going out and buying the family dinner and flowers. Very hard working staff, far from being drunk or on drugs as Ive watched them rebuild and remodel homes. The bottom line is that the staff can not fix anything if you dont bother to tell them.

Hey, not as scary as most trailer parks in Tooele County.

Management there are liers and scandalous people who get away with literally ruining peoples lives and for some reason they are still Managing there.FYI... 472 Linden St is infested with BED BUGS, yes u heard correctly.

This place is complete trash! My dad lives there and they are supposed to do maintenance on his trailer. The refrigerator has been out for over a day and the roof has been leaking for over a year! No help from the office at all

My experience in Grandview trailer park was horrible. I grew up there in a home where my pill popping mother spent more time nodding out and her face in the cereal bowl than she did with her children. Grandview trailer park later turned out to be called the hood where lots of drug activity and prostitution still take place

I live their and I love it

Friendly management and staff, never had a issue or a problem. Any time something came up, I let them know and it was fixed in no time.

They have a pool, faculty is very nice

Poor living conditions, know from experience. Management are LIERS, hidden fees that are not on contract get added to monthly invoice statement . Maintenance inside and out is soule on the renter.. shunned if you question management about monthly invoice.
