If you live in an RV or mobile home this is in my opinion the best place to live. It is clean, safe, and reasonable rates.

I was nervous to stay here. The reviews were mixed and Ive never parked my rv at a mixed use property like this. The place is beautiful. You can tell its well maintained with mature trees and very green grass. The office is brand new. I loved the ease of texting for a reservation. I worried about the noise from neighbors and Main St. I had a peaceful nights sleep. I cant wait to return next year.

Only visited but it seems like a nice quiet place

My favorite part is when the four point bucks in full velvet walk through the main drive.

Wonderful place! Owner is easy to communicate with and friendly. Its a great neighborhood. We love it here!

Too expensive even when you just park a Motor home.

The owner was very helpful when we needed to do repairs to our trailer and let us stay an unexpected extra two weeks. Trees all around the park.

Yes the staff is pleasant and very accommodating but it does not make up for all the dog poop! It was like walking thru land mines. We paid for three nights but we left after two mainly because our hydraulic stabilizers sank one foot into the ground and we thought soon our tires would sink too. And no it was not even raining. Basic dirt & mud site. How hard would it be to put a little gravel down? What really got our goat was that there were two other sites that were paved... and no one was even in them. The electric box was very old and did not have a breaker. Dont know about you but plugging in a 50amp electric line and removing it with out a breaker.... just does not feel right. This park mainly has long-term tenets, not overnighters. We checked google aerial maps before making this our designation park put there is so much that you just can not see until your on site. Stayed two nights in February 2018.

Jan Vorwaller was great to work with. The construction seems like it will be a great building.

It was ok for the price but they had a water leak right where we hooked up to the water, sewer and electricity.

Its a ok rv park the park for kids needs work badly as well as relocation for better view of the park to keep our kids safe (nephew got chocked out there)

Its a cheap place for long term 350.00 a monthly has some nice people who stay there year round, they putting up a mens& womens showers & laundry building. They also have a propane man coming around to fill everyones tanks.

Its a small town enjoyable and peaceful.A place you can relax after work. The Vorwallers are definitely LDS and live by the Principals​ of that faith. They honesty, work with people to provide the best maintenance help for set-up or provide RV repair companys numbers to help in low cost and high quailty work.

No problems been there two years, nice place.

Fairprice needs maintenance

This RV park is really just an extension of a mobile home park. There are no amenities like laundry, showers, or a pool. A lot of the lots have a pretty extreme slope to them and there are no pull through spots. There is no office and communication relies on phone calls which can at times be difficult. However, there are some pluses too. All lots are concrete with some of grass. We had plenty of room for our long fithwheel and truck. You can pay your bill quite easily online with PayPal. And this is one of those parks where the owners leave you alone. No patrolling golf carts or overzealous management. We like that in a park not because we can get away with stuff but because it allows you to relax and feel more at home. This is no resort park but for a place to stay while going about your business in Tooele, it isnt bad. And there really arent any better options in the area.

They did not communicate well regarding our request for a 6 day stay. The roads and spaces are cramped and one way into dead ends. No one is there to manage things, call in and hope you get a response. Also no amenities, no pool, showers or anything. Never again!

If I could give this park negative stars, I would. We waited for an hour after calling to check in. No response. Do NOT bother with this park.
