Lived here now for 3 months and i have to say I love my neighbors, love the clean happy environment the owner is so nice, its pet friendly, walking distance to a big park and comunity center, this truly is the best place to rent/live in tooele, btw my rent, cheep as you would not beleve even with the pet fee its still cheap

No maintenance or security is available,owners of trailor court enjoy making tenets misrable for petty petty reason.over all any other trailor court in town is advised before this one.
