I have lived here for almost nine years and i love it here. Its pretty quiet and we have good neighbors there is also a nice park for the kids including a basketball court. If you are looking for a mobile home to rent or buy then this is the place

They are so helpful security is there a quick efficient Jessica was the best employee that Ive ever worked with in a few days we used them again

They take peoples money and homes and kick you out

Its a trailer park nicer then some not much shade very tight mngmnt even if you own your home miss your lot space payment and they take your home think and read b4 you sign anything

This will be my new home

Yes, its a community of manufactured homes, but it transcends the stereotypes often associated with trailer parks. I lived there for two years and never had a problem or heard of anyone having problems with crime, other residents, etc, In fact, all of my neighbors were great people, mostly families with kids. The MHC management has taken initiative to improve things since taking over last year. I met a few military service members on my street alone. Some residents / owners have let their homes fall into disrepair, but overall the community is clean, safe and well maintained. Some of the manufactured homes are nicer inside and out than some of the homes in Tooele that I was looking at purchasing. Snow removal in the winter is immediate. The management are friendly and willing to work with residents, but will also be quick to resolve any problems or infringements on the contractual agreements. Living at Overpass is a great way to save lots of money on rent and utilities.

Its a trailer park...

I have been trying to get ahold of the manager to fill out an application for the park after purchasing a 50,000 dollar home. Its been two weeks and i cannot get ahold of him. The home also cannot be moved from the park. Horrible management horrible customer service even the call center is dishonest and have no concern to any issues you may have.

No fencing allowed! It is so hard to have animals or a family. And no amenities besides a small park that has missing pieces.
